In our situation, this company was neither competent nor honorable in correcting their mistakes…read more Disregarding the Bosch installation manual, they installed a heat pump system in an inside corner, directly underneath our bedroom windows and less than two feet from our neighbor's bedroom wall. The noise was so objectionable that we couldn't sleep in our bedroom and our neighbor said that it was so loud that they would need to move if it wasn't corrected. Still, it took two years and an appeal to Bosch to get AMS to move the unit, which they did in January to a location of their choosing. Unfortunately, their technicians did not properly prepare the ground under the new location. In April, the rhubarb that had been in that location grew so strongly that it tipped the unit enough that it was in danger of falling over. We secured the unit with a tether and reported the problem. AMS sent the technician, who had installed the unit in that location, to investigate. He admitted that he had noticed something under the new location, but proceeded without removing it, thinking that it wouldn't be an issue. AMS then charged us for the technician's visit and has refused to correct the situation unless we pay for the procedure. The problem remains unresolved and AMS has not responded to our objections. The unit remains tilted. Had I seen the many negative reviews on this company, we would never have contracted with them for this $30,000+ project. Hopefully this review will help others to avoid our mistake.

A very pleasant gal from Wired called me almost immediately, and within minutes booked my appointment for the following week at my request. I had told her that my order for the charger kept getting delivery delayed and that I was uncertain whether I would actually have it in time. She said that if I wanted, they keep Tesla chargers in stock, and if desired they could book the install this week, and I return the ordered charger to Tesla service center. I selected the day after tomorrow and voila Paul, the very knowledgeable and friendly electrician/installer showed up with the charger. After some discussion about amps, load, location, and yes, sports, my new charger was beautifully installed, the work area all cleaned up and my new car charging up! They made it so easy. They are highly responsive, efficient and take great pride in their work. They specialize in EV chargers of all kinds. Highly recommend!

We called; left a message; and received a call back later that day. I was impressed right up front when the owner (Ken) said he had a full day of work the next business day (a Monday), but would get us in Tuesday morning. He gave us a time, and that morning at 8 am he called to say his Monday job didn't finish up and would it be OK if he pushed us out until 11 am. Totally impresed with this honest approach. It was clear from the start he has a lot of experience and could troubleshoot. Our situation wasn't obvious, but he went through a thorough and what hit me as obvious and concise procss to figure out the issue, and he worked until he had what turned out to be rewiring completed.
