This is a very congested area, so I like to get here early in the day so I can then get out quickly. I have been to this location, as well as the Las Vegas location...which I overheard Nancy say was now closed...on three separate occasions. It is very simple, and they have always had exactly what I needed without hesitation. This place is a bit quirky though. Not in a bad way, but it is unique in here with the various 'games' or 'goodies' handed out. Also with the owner's hand made signs around the place that try and show the humorous side of rude customers. More passive-aggressive, than professional. This will not deter me from shopping at this location though. I can see her point with some of these signs. Ha ha.

Small Shop with great service!…read more My home brew club has used Crown Trophy for hundreds of medals over the past few years. I just made a small order for some medals for a pickleball tournament. They always have our medals ready when they say they will and they are very fair in their pricing. Definitely recommend you give them an opportunity to earn your business if you need small or large medal, trophy, plaque needs! SLOW Service-Avoid !…read more I have 2 small engines that were in need of tune-ups after sitting unused for a few years. One Briggs Stratton lawnmower engine mounted on a blower assembly, and a Makita leaf blower motor set up as a "shop-Vac". On November 1st, I stopped by Green Valley Turf Equipment to drop off my motors.I asked how long it would be, the clerk stated they have a 5+ week turnaround time, and they did NOT service Makitas. I placed a 37.50 deposit for my Briggs with one H. Balmontes, then drove to Burlap Landscapers to get my Makita serviced. They were quite happy to take in my Makita motor and said it would be ready in about a week! I didn't have time to go back to Green Valley Turf to retrieve my Briggs, so i stopped by a week later (Friday the 8th November) to get my motor and deposit. I gave them my debit card to get my credit for the $37.50 deposit from my initial transaction-they informed me it would take TWO WEEKS to get it posted to my account! The clerk helping me could not locate my motor at first, then she asked the second clerk about the invoice. The motor was still sitting on the floor in the same place the first clerk had placed it the week before. Not very encouraging! I drove to Burlap Landscapers to drop off the Briggs, I was then informed my Makita would be ready the same afternoon! Only one week turnover, and this is with the same working hours Green Valley Turf Equipment has. Both are family-run businessess, but their service departments are as different as NIGHT and DAY.

I feel like I've been to so many furniture spots here in las Vegas and became frustrated because they were pretty much carbon copies of each other. Because of this I resorted to online furniture shopping which has its advantages and disadvantages. However, I was still looking for a dining room table that would match my theme colors of my condo and had so many choices here at affordable prices. Specifically, I was looking for a pedestal table which is hard to find at an actual store front which this place had. The ladies were so helpful in comparing sizes and prices for me. I ended up taking just the table and not the chairs because I'm picky lol and they worked with me on the price. I was kind of mad I didn't find this place sooner because they definitely have some nice pieces that I could have purchased from here instead of the other places I purchased from.

A very rude female employee told me that Apple will unlock this if you can prove that you bought it from this shop. Of course this is a lie. You have to be the original owner with a receipt. They are also selling these computers at an insane price. I saw a base model M3 iMac with 8GB of RAM and a 256GB for $1230. A brand new M4 iMac is $1299 with 16GB of RAM and it's not sitting out of the box in a disgustingly dirty pawn shop. Just avoid all of these pawn shops, they are crooks.
