These employees should be ashamed of themselves. So many Apple computers with passcode and iCloud locks on them. A very rude female employee told me that Apple will unlock this if you can prove that you bought it from this shop. Of course this is a lie. You have to be the original owner with a receipt. They are also selling these computers at an insane price. I saw a base model M3 iMac with 8GB of RAM and a 256GB for $1230. A brand new M4 iMac is $1299 with 16GB of RAM and it's not sitting out of the box in a disgustingly dirty pawn shop. Just avoid all of these pawn shops, they are crooks. read more

This place and its business practices are very and highly questionable right off the bat and allow me to explain, I was there yesterday looking at jewelry found a piece I liked and was within the price range i was comfortable with so staring good, the associate helping me was a young white guy really nice and really friendly sparked up a conversation asked if the piece I was looking at was for a wife / girlfriend /mom ect ect. You know typical retail questions so I let him know who it was for and what I wanted it to say you know be a statement of it's own, so after all said is done negotiated a deal i ask the guy helping me if i could get a really nice case if he happen to have one and If I could kindly get the piece cleaned no issues dude is super helpful Now this is where the issues begin to arise mind you I havent payed for the piece just yet I have the money laying out on the counter, for some odd reason I could hear my mothers voice say ("get the stones tested and see if they're real") so of course I ask the guy helping me can I get that tested you know for my own personal piece of mind, dude is killing it meaning doing a great job so he gets the tester and starts testing the stones located on the charm of the necklace mind you its not exactly covered in diamonds but it's got a few and they are small no denying that. But they arent tiny either anyhow he proceeds to try and put all my worries to rest, starts testing the stones some pop green which is good others stayed in the red & others in the orange this is not a good sign I'm saying to myself Associate takes it in the back and cleans it again and whipes it down brings it back and starts testing the diamonds again same thing some pop green and the rest dont short version, I look at a fellow employee of the store an older white guy total douche by the way and ask could you help close this deal he refuses which I dont understand but okay, young hispanic employee makes several attempts same issue then It occurred to ask hey do you have a different tester or better one and unfortunately no they didnt. Was given a sad ass story how the company no longer buys the expensive ones anymore cause of mistreatment by the employees and they're costly to get fixed such and such and such then it's the stones are to small excuse excuse excuse, what pissed me off was that I was very clear I wanted the stones to be tested IN FRONT OF ME not from a distance, did it still happen yes cause obviously being given simple and basic instructions is too hard of a task to accomplish He hands it off to a young black girl whos also an employee who takes a stab at it, at this point I'm annoyed as shit she's having trouble. So she cleans it brings it back and proceeds to retest same issue I suggest she lay it down and testing it so its laying flat no unnecessary hand movements, does she listen of course not cause soul sister know what she's doing but she cant get all the stones to pop green on the tester either. Pissed off and annoyed I kindly ask IF I DO PURCHASE what's the time frame I can bring it back if I'm not happy with it cause obviously I'm gonna take it and get tested by a certified jeweler to confirm the authenticity of the diamonds The older white guy I called a douche bag earlier in this review, he opens his ignorant mouth and makes the comment "what you dont trust us", I reply well if guys are unable to literally prove to me that what you guys are trying to sell me is in fact REAL then why would your word mean anything to me, when I can just take my business elsewhere ..... Older gentleman makes the common sense move and gets the store manager store, manager assured me he'd get it sent it sent out to their jeweler at the other location they have with a letter of authenticity attached so now it's just a waiting game. I've dealt with pawn shops throughout the years and by far, the staff here made the transaction easy and without problems.

I want to rate this establishment with a zero. I had the worst experience. 1st I stood in their long line to be turned away and told me to come back later because their assistant manager had the keys to unlock the bikes I wanted to potentially purchase. I came back an hour later to stand in that long line again. When I was finally assisted checking out the bikes, the assistant manager called his clerk in just abandoning me outside not even finishing my potential purchase. That was rude for the manager to just leave me hanging outside to help me to try to buy an item. That's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I guess maybe that's how a pawn shop operates. Oh well no lost on my part. I'll just go else where to give my $$$ business. read more
