Not only did he process me quickly, it's the way in which he asks his questions and pauses to hear your entire answer that made this professional, but not cold. He actually listened to me, and as a result, was able to make suggestions to me that were very helpful. Usually they are too busy Mark was awesome.

Unfortunately they will most likely be the last guns I purchase here. Yesterday I call about a gun I wanted. Pretty standard stuff. Well a man named Tom answered the phone and I cannot emphasize enough just how disgustingly rude this name was. I genuinely thought there might have been something wrong with him due to how rude he was. It would take me 2 paragraphs to explain every thing he said. So I said ok let me not act up or anything so I ended to phone call on good terms and due to how nice James had been I decided to remain a customer. Well when I walked in the door tom was there to scream in my face that the gun was gone because I didn't come in last night and he said it as though I was the stupidest man on the planet for not coming in. Listen I buy a gun every 5-10 days, and since James has been so nice I decided I'll do most of my gun shopping here which I had been doing. I sadly will never be shopping here again. This isn't some small oh an employee had an attitude no this was rudeness on another level of nasty that I've never experienced. I hope James gets all the praise in the world I genuinely hope he can go work elsewhere so I can still do business with him. But Tom, you sir are a horrible person. I've seen the way you talk to the other staff members and the way you talked to me. You're awful and I hope management can see that and you get removed so I can go back to my favorite pawnshop/gun-store. I walked in with $3,000 cash this morning and walked out upset that I won't see James anymore. Tom good riddance.

While it may not be clothing that we find as useful as the Romans, many other things can be pawned or sold to meet your needs . You can tell he knows what he's doing, but more importantly, he treats you with respect, which goes a long way in a space like this. The other side of the shop is more focused on toy collectibles. We didn't get a chance to meet the owner there, but the woman working was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe was positive. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're into coins or collectibles. Good service, knowledgeable people, and a unique setup having both businesses under one roof.

At that point, we were excited to continue working with Ben Bridge for our wedding bands. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. When we returned to order our wedding bands--simple, classic gold bands--we learned Erin was no longer working there. From then on, the service became inconsistent. We were shuffled between different staff members due to scheduling issues, and no one seemed to take ownership of our experience. About 10 days ago, I visited the store intending to order and pay for our bands. I was told they needed to contact a third-party vendor for updated pricing and would call me Monday. I was also told they couldn't take payment over the phone, even though I made it clear I wouldn't be able to return until the weekend due to my work schedule. No one called. So I returned that Saturday, only to be quoted $3,500--up from $2,700 just two weeks prior. That's a 22% increase, and when I asked why, the sales associate, Angela, rolled her eyes and started being disrespectful and condescending giving me the excuse that "the cost of gold goes up." Except--it actually hasn't. In fact, gold prices per oz has declined by about 2.6% over the past two weeks. Her condescending tone made it feel like she assumed we were too ignorant to know better. This kind of treatment was shocking, especially after spending $5,000 with Ben Bridge and returning to spend another $4,000. We ended up walking across the hallway to two other jewelers, received clear, fair quotes in MINUTES --without the attitude or hassles --and made our purchase elsewhere. My advice: avoid Ben Bridge. The customer service is dismissive and unprofessional. We will never return.
