Zero stars for this pawn shop I've been coming here for years and they always come through with a good prices for your items. The old manager that used to be there was a solid guy, but he's gone now and this place went downhill. I just brought in a $3500 Louis Vuitton purse in great condition. They offered $600 for it. I understand they have to make their money of course I get that but that is just trying to rob someone you're gonna turn around and sell it for two grand and make $1400 off of it. The crazy part about it is I was only asking for $1000 for it horrible place I will never shop here or bring my items here again. read more

Ended up with some new DVDs like 13 Ghosts and Pulp Fiction for a dollar a piece . They sell computers here and lots of bling. This place is horrible!!! I've been a customer for years and I've already left a review for this spot already , but this particular location has gotten soooooo bad over the last couple Years, Daisy and Tony are still the managers and DAISY IS BY FAR THE RUDEST!!!! Tony has his good days and his bad days , I'm tired of this place!!!! I have been to other locations and this is by far the worst location, you would think that being a LONGTIME CUSTOMER, that they would be a little more kinder and compassionate, I had items that I needed to pay interest on and I was wanting to just look at them first beacause I have so much in pawn And because my family and I are struggling in these tough times I have had to let go of a lot of my belongings. Purchased and paid cash for a Rolex Submariner one of two Rolex's I purchased within a month from the same store. I put it on a couple day layaway (at the request of sales person-they had some promo for sales staff if the got a lot of layaways). I came in a couple days later picked up my Rolex. From day one the watch didn't keep time. I came back to the store the next day...since I had been a customer for YEARS. No one to help me get the watch going, a customer showed me how to get the watch going. However, the watch continued to stop. This was a gift for someone, and I didn't wear it. I decided to wear the watch for a day to see if it would keep time. While wearing the Rolex the bezel insert fell off and the time stopped...For no reason, just fell off. I made several attempts to contact the district manager, store manager and sales person, I even called corporate twice. I requested a FULL refund (Given the fact that I had purchased two Rolex's from the same store, the other Rolex had NO issues just a fit issue that my jeweler resolved). After, finally speaking with the district manager of the store he only agreed to refund 70% of my purchase. After I was accused of turning the bezel the wrong way by the district manager, and being treated like a criminal, because I took the watch to a Rolex store and due to the multiple issues with the watch they stated they felt it was FAKE. Remember Again, I've been a customer of this store for years. But, treated like dirt and refused by the district manager to give me ALL of my money back. Disgusting...they love you when they get your money. But, after that they want nothing to do with you. Then when I came to the store to get my 70% refund they excluded the tax so I didn't truly get 70% of what I spent. Plus they decided they needed to take the back off of the watch in the office where I could not see what they were doing and it took them almost an hour to give me my 70% which wasn't really 70% of what I spent with them. And, they asked to see my ID. I've shopped there so much they don't ask me for my ID. I once thought very highly of the store, however, I see now that they could care less about customer satisfaction. Granted it's a pawn shop but it was a pawnshop that I frequented for a number of years and thought that they had high ethics. The district manager who belittled me on the phone Offered to have the watch looked at by some of their people and have it repaired if I wanted to keep it. As I said it was a gift for someone very special and a Rolex doesn't just fall part like that, and what would happen if down the road something happened with the watch they certainly wouldn't do anything about it. It looks as though you have to prove your innocence and make about 10 calls and a good 12 text messages to get any response. It's amazing the day I purchased my Rolex the staff just smiled in my face so happy to take thousands and thousands of dollars from me, without having to show any ID. Just tell us upfront that all sales are final. We can accept that fact. Don't make us read through all the fine prints. We bought an iPhone watch with the impression that I have 30 days to return it. Came in this morning and was told that the fine print says that you can only return items if you purchased the warranty. I said I was not offer any warranty. He then said we don't offer warranty on watches. Well then all sales are final then. Say it when we buy it so we'll make a wiser decision. I will never come back to this place for being sneaky. Wow this was my first time selling something to a pawn shop and it was very easy and the Gentleman helping me was super friendly. I kind of felt like a degenerate walking in there with my Xbox One to sell since I am getting out of video games. Be new to the process i was surprised at how super fast it was. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes or so. To my surprise they actually gave me more than what I was anticipating. I was on the fence about selling it to the pawn shop versus trying to sell it myself on Let It Go, but my previous experience with trying to sell my old Honda Civic I did not want to deal with days of meeting people at the grocery store and then trying to haggle over getting it for like 5 bucks LOL. Rip off! I was at this location to sell a chromebook on Saturday. After punching everything in the computer or whatever they do to determine the price the lady working there told me $60. I said no and left. I had a change of heart and came back today only to have Jason or Justin (short fat guy with a ponytail) tell me $30...without even entering anything into the system. He makes up prices as HE sees fit! Total ripoff, do not do business with them. I don't need the money I got a larger chromebook. Best to sell it on Craigslist instead. Strangely enough, when family comes from Mexico, they want to come to pawn shops for electronics and jewelry. So we take them here because they're prices are reasonably fair. My sister got her itouch generation 4 here and it works great! We went to 5 different pawn shops for the best price and this place had the lowest price and it looked in better condition! They have jewelry-necklaces, charms, pendants, watches. They have DVDs, video games and video game systems, TVs, DVD players, phones, mp3 players, stereo systems and other electronics. If you need money quickly, you can pawn your valuables, and as long as you pay your interests on time, you can get it back. Granted they are good condition! I went looking for a sewing machine! I found 2 but chose 1 of them, it was a Singer. Ohhhhhhh I was super excited! I talked them down a bit, so I walked out the door paying $30.00. But once I got it home, and wiped it down and plugged it in, I found some issues. And for me to buy the parts, this machine would have cost me about $75.00 I can buy a new one for that price. So when I took it back, I decided to get the Brother sewing machine $32.00 out the door. I thought it looked like something was missing! there was a part that goes under the sewing foot, the whole panel was missing. And the stem for the thread was missing! Uggggg, They had other machines, they were more expensive! At this point, and the 2 returns already, I wasn't willing to buy another one, just to have to take it back. I love the pawn shops this just wasn't a good buy, specially if you have any experience with sewing, and machines. I will just get a new one! read more

This company is not exactly customer friendly... I was charged $5 for every item that I did not have a ticket for. Meaning that I was charged for not having a receipt when my item ticket numbers display when my contact information is searched and verified by ID... Also, they only accept cash because they are still in 1995 rather than 2015. Good luck and use this info wisely! read more

The worst experience ever. Took a very nice, 18k gold and diamond bracelet to sell. She took a chunk out to test the gold. Insults me the whole while running the test and has her manager tell me that they have to do further testing to make sure it's real. I have had the bracelet appraised before and it was real 18k gold and diamonds. There is a large chunk of my gold missing and she kept saying that it didn't even test as 18k. They do this to give you a low ball offer and scam people. Both the girl and her manager were so rude. Now I have a bracelet which has gold missing from it and they rudely insulted me. I will never go to a super pawn ever again. Beware of them because they will insult your jewelry and low ball just to make a better deal for themselves. I'm so angry at the whole situation and now I have to have my bracelet polished because they are ignorant and don't know what the their doing. read more

i have been a customer of this store for over 5 years. I recently went in to pick up my items out of pawn. They found one of my items the other one a diamond ring that had belonged to my great grandmother they lost. I do not understand how they lose an item moving it from on safe to another. I found out they do not log the items in the safe or have any type of checks and balances when they move safes. I have had that item in there for 3 years so when did they really lose it? I asked if they had sent things out of the store and the asst manager told me no. So where is my ring?They told me they can replace it with a similar item. well that is not replaceable. So now i'm out all my interest and my ring. The only thing i got was the money i got the loan for so a 2000 ring i get 210 how fair is that. I would really think twice about taking my items to the store.
