Earlier today 3/3/26 sometime between 12-2:30 pm. There was a woman working by herself. She was assisting someone as I came in, there was one other person waiting. Then I came in. Once she finished assisting the original person she went to the next guy (who was a fully grown adult in his 40's to 50's) who wanted to trade in a box full of stuff. She kindly asked him to unpack everything from the box so she could assist him. As he was unpacking she came over to me (also a grown adult in my 40's) and asked what I needed. I responded I needed to replace joycon for my switch. (A transaction that would take 60 seconds) Before I could finish my sentence, and the other guy even finished unpacking his box of crap, he started throwing a hissy fit about her helping someone else, instead of giving him her undevided attention. Meanwhile there were two other groups that came in after me waiting to be assisted as well. She was trying to be proactive and multitask. She handle the situation with professionalism and grace. If it was me I would have told the guy to go F himself with the way he treated her. She finished helping the clown adult, then helped me and made my day with her kindness. I was biting my tongue trying not to embarrass the adult clown because there was a young child that came in after me and I didn't want the situation to escalate. I say this all in the hopes that whoever reads this can look into the woman that was working by herself on that day at that time, and give her some positive recognition. She did better than most would. I'm going to assume she has children in her life because she handled that adult child with perfection. Ps. Among all the garbage that came out of the adult child's face I also overheard he said he comes into this store all the time. I hope he stumbles across this revue and reads it in its entirety so can understand how close he was to getting the fire slapped out of him by me for acting the way he did. Shady location. A year ago an employee added the pro membership onto my transaction without telling me and I noticed it when I checked my receipt. The guy said he did it because he saw it would save me $10. I asked if it would renew and he showed me the computer screen and said that it wouldn't. A nice lady answered the phone even though the store was closed and I told her I just needed to pick up a game I ordered online. She was nice enough to open the store and hand me my game. Love this location. I really only come in to buy and pre order call of duty games and destiny. The cashiers here really know about the products they sell and ate always helpful with making sure I know how and when to input codes into xbox live to actually get all the stuff I purchased. I ended up coming here a couple of times today to pay for my NBA 2k18 Legend Gold Edition and to pick it up. I always choose to go to this GameStop even though it is out of my way. It is simply because of how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is about their procedures. Their pre-ordering process is simple and organized. You can preorder at the store or on their website. You come back to the store again at a given time frame, 6pm-8:30pm, to get your receipt stamped so you can come back or wait until 9pm. Once it hit 9pm the staff brought people inside the store in a single file line with receipts out and games were handed out. Now it's time to play! read more

Dec 23 I went to this location to purchase the Pokémon Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon. At that time, I wasn't aware what it was really called. I asked the cashier to give me the newest Pokémon 3DS game and he said it's the Ultra Sun. I paid for a brand new game and he asked someone else to get it for me. The man can't find the game in the drawer. He asked the Manager to look for it. The Manager gave me an open box. She said that it's open but it has never been used. I didn't want to go to another location so I took her word. LIAR!!! They didn't have the Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon. She gave me last year's game. What a cheater. Now my nephew opened his present on Christmas Day and was very disappointed. Thank you for ruining his Christmas! read more

I went to the store on Sunday afternoon June 6. The person who worked there at this time had a horribly bad attitude. Every question I politely asked was met with a condescending answer. I was about to let it slide and spend $40 at this location but at checkout I was met with more condescending answers after I politely asked if the rest of my gift card credit went through. I'm not about to spend money at a place that doesn't treat you like a human being. GameStop has forever lost my business because of this workers crummy attitude and I am sure I am not the only one. This specific location is probably losing out on hundreds of dollars a day because of the this worker. Stopped in today and saw that the Wii games were all on a display that said 14.99 or less. I picked a few out. Hey, the Wii U will play them. Why not. Lady at the counter said that super smash bros was 27.99. I asked about the three large 14.99 or less signs and she said that it's the only display they have but the games are all regular price. Apparently they have never heard of false advertising or covering up misleading signs. I won't be back to this gamestop. This GameStop is out of my way but worth the drive every time. Charlie is one of the most knowledgeable and enjoyable people to discuss video games with I've ever met. She is full of great ideas and opinions and has never led me the wrong way. The rest of her staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Even when things go wrong (which sometimes happens) Charlie and the staff go out of their way to right the wrong. Video gaming is a fun and expensive hobby. This GameStop is one of the worst game stops I have ever been. The Pokemon go plus came out and I was calling all stores in the area to try and get one. All stores were sold out. I called this one and was told 2 people had reserved one and that if they didn't pick them up in 48 hours she could sell me one. I called the night before and she said no one picked them up so I could come in and get one the next day. I came in the next day 15 minutes before the store opened ready to get one. When I get out of my car there's already one person waiting. I show up and then an employee opens the door just as another couple gets out of the car. She asks who got here first and this couple and the other people both say they got here first. She ended up selling the items to the other people and I didn't get to get one. I had already been waiting but she didn't take notice at all. I still haven't been able to get this product that I want due to this worker.
