We were just waiting to ask a question and see if the game we were looking for was there. Once he was done helping the couple in front of us, he apologized a million times and helped us, which was so nice and not totally necessary! We were fine just waiting for him to wrap up with them. He helped us find the game very easily and mentioned there was only the display game left, which wasn't a big deal to us. The only weird thing was that he did try to sell us on the insurance for the game but the game was honestly only $30 to begin with and the insurance was $15. It was kinda silly. We joked that it was for my husbands siblings and if they break it or anything, that's not our problem. I didn't even know they offered insurance in video games. Learn something new every day. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a video games. The staff is super kind, helpful and patient. You'll be digging through a lot of stuff that isn't exactly clean. This place is basically where all the unsorted items go. They dump everything into large bins, and shoppers line up waiting for new bins to be rolled out. When that happens, it's pure chaos -- people rush in like it's Black Friday. One woman even started pushing me, and I had to push back multiple times. Some people can be really rude and aggressive. If you enjoy hunting for treasures in the middle of total disorder, this might be your thing. But if you prefer a structured, organized thrift store, you'll probably find this overwhelming. You pay by weight, not by item -- everything gets weighed at the end, and I think it's around 50¢ per pound. Some people walk out with a lot of stuff for cheap, but just know it's a true dig-and-sort experience, not a regular Goodwill setup.

I've lived in CA for 10 years but somehow Goodwill of Southern Nevada found my address in MA from 10 years ago and shipped it there!!! I received a package from another goodwill location 3 weeks prior to this supposed deliver and it came to CA. I also had another package coming so I immediately called them and li and behold they had my CA address! The man at Soutjern Nevada said tough luck basically when I spoke to them. I then emailed a higher up, they opened a ticket and finally got back to me and said "sorry have a nice day". I only wanted them to retrieve the package and nothing more. I heard crickets. I've initiated a chargeback AVOID GOODWILL OF SOUTHERN NEVADA AT ALL COSTS They should remove the name Goodwill since they obvious have none. They'll take your money and then who cares what happens after that. Just a horrible company and I will never donate or buy from them again.

I spent four years living in Las Vegas and Brad's has been one of my favourite spots. This store is absolutely massive and filled with Current toy lines, anime, comic books, funko pops, statues, trading cards, and even some retro toys sprinkled in. Over the years I've picked up Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Small Soldiers, DC, Marvel, and my fair share of other random stuff I was happy to add to my collection. PRE last visit, the store was organized very well keeping certain things seperate from others and it made for a top notch shopping experience. On top of all the things I listed, there's an arcade located in the front of this place that has a ton of really awesome retro machines that you can play as well. Now, the issue comes with this last visit because it seems they decided to mix the funko pops in with everything else and it honestly made for a confusing and irritating shopping experience. Funko's have oversaturated every type of toy store but at least when they are together you can look at them all at once (I have some funko's, I don't hate them) but mixing them might be one of my least favourite things about any store, so I'm really hoping it was just a test because the last thing I want to see mixed in with awesome retro stuff as well as new, is Funko Pops. Overall, Brad's Toys and Collectibles is probably the best toy store in Las Vegas. With a friendly staff, huge selection, Arcade Machines, and a little bit of everything this place is going to give you plenty to waste money on.
