I was sold a fake Chanel black purse for $1800 in 2023. The…read moresales associate Shyde confirmed to me that it's authentic. She also said, everything they sell is authentic and assured me that if I want to buy authentic items, that I will never go wrong at any Superpawn because they don't sell fake items. I paid it through lay away for 6 months or so. I had it authenticated after I picked it up. It was fake! I sent pictures to Legit grail authenticator. It is indeed fake!!!! I went back to complain, brought the authentication certificate, and attempted to get my money back. I brought the certificate that it's not authentic. Manager Dave refused to refund my money. I was at the store 4 hours. They kept saying I needed to talk to the manager who was busy at that time. The sales associate went on to entertain other customers. Phoebe asked for the purse back. She took pictures & l was told they are authenticating it with entrupy. I saw phoebe walking back & forth but never went back to me to show me the result of their own authentication. Meanwhile, I was standing in the corner and everyone there, ignored me. Hours passed and phoebe & shyde kept telling me it's taking a while to authenticate bc it is a vintage bag. After 4 hours, they still kept telling me that they are waiting for entrupy to give them result and that I can take the purse home and come back the next day. I came back, I was ignored again. Then I was told that they will only give me $800 for the purse. I refused to take the $800 because it was a fraudulent action on their part to sell me a fake Chanel for the price of a real preloved Chanel. I asked for a total refund but it was ignored. I did what I can to report/call the las Vegas manager and called the headquarters customer service to no avail. I kept calling the customer service and was told each time that they called me but that I did not answer. I did not get any calls. I had no way out but to give the fake Chanel bag back to them with a very heavy heart for half the price I paid versus losing the entire $1,800. They refused to pay me back the entire amount I paid. They never admitted it was fake. I went back after 2 days and lo and behold! The same black Chanel was displayed on the shelf with a tag $2,000. I was shocked. I asked to see the purse. Shyde the Sales associate told the guy not to give me the purse (it was the same purse and even selling it for more). She grabbed it from the guy right before he was about to hand it to me. It was the same fake Chanel. Shyde said, "I told them not to put it back on the shelf". She took the purse hurriedly to the back. So then I came back again after 1 week, that same black fake Chanel was up on the shelf again with a price tag of $2,000. Unbelievable. These people are calloused and scammers!!!! They continue to scam people. This is at the Sunset/Mark Superpawn in Henderson. To date, I never went back in that place. I will take this down if you give me back the remaining balance after the $800.

I walked in on a Friday morning and was the only person in the small shop, but no more than 2 minutes later, the shop was filled with about six or seven other people, all of whom knew Cleve and the security guard. Luckily I had gotten there first and his guy in the back was already working on my watches. In the meantime, I got to talked him about some of the coins and other wares that he had in his store and listened to the interesting conversations from everybody else coming in. They were only able to replace the batteries in three of my watches, and did so in about 5 minutes for $5 a pop. The other two, he recommended a jewelry repair shop down the road called Ed's. It was a very short experience but a very pleasurable one and something that you rarely see anymore. It's almost like I was on Mayberry Street in. Andy Griffith. Everybody knew each other, everybody was having fun, and it was very welcoming. I would definitely come back here to get batteries replaced and maybe even two trade some stuff in or see what he has on hand.

A very rude female employee told me that Apple will unlock this if you can prove that you bought it from this shop. Of course this is a lie. You have to be the original owner with a receipt. They are also selling these computers at an insane price. I saw a base model M3 iMac with 8GB of RAM and a 256GB for $1230. A brand new M4 iMac is $1299 with 16GB of RAM and it's not sitting out of the box in a disgustingly dirty pawn shop. Just avoid all of these pawn shops, they are crooks.

Took some of the loose objects of value, mainly designer purses, in just to feel them out and knew immediately it was the wrong choice. I had unused Coach and Michael Kors bags, one with original tags, all priced over $100 online. I was given the lowball offer of $35 for everything and told they can be found at Goodwill...I used to work at Goodwill. No they cant. Some other Big Boy behind the counter came over looking thru my stuff like there was a cookie that needed priced , without asking, no input or expertise either. With that said I went to the EZ Pawn around the corner. Was actually greeted and welcomed by a nice, older lady who was more than excited to actually look at the purses. She seemed to know far more about purses. Especially the Kors bags. I only look for 25% of worth on my storage units I pawn, I had already priced the bags, and she nailed my number perfectly. They actually had more of a pawn shop feel. Not a shoe store. I discussed what I do, that I used to be a carpenter, and always have tools to offload. Their manager over heard and we started talking. just very nice people. So i'll be going back by today to offload the rest of my storage unit and tools.

confession: i have ever only heard of the pawn stars show but never actually watched it…read more.. but let me tell you, the owners have SUCH a huge following that many of the visitors are there for the meet and greet instead of buy/sell/trade, which i thought was really cool and exciting! the staff at gold & silver pan shop are SO approachable and nice. we had casually dropped by to sell and the process went extremely smooth! and their buying process is very streamlined and fair. we stuck around after selling to check out the items in the stores and there are a lot of beautiful vintage rolex pieces along with a lot of picasso lithographs that i would love to own one day! coda helped answered a lot of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. there's an attached parking lot to the shop and it was easy to find a parking spot. there's also plenty of security on-site so you can feel at ease and safe. we're definitely making gold & silver pawn shop our vegas destination every visit now!

It does look the same as it did last year so that's accurate. The shop is actually pretty small as far as the sales floor space but their are lot of jewelry items but not many other items are avaliable. You can come to pawn items but I would not come here to purchase anything. Prices are way over normal retail prices. If you buy jewelry here, you are buying it at a loss. A lot of the same items priced differently. Great nostalgic visit. But that's where the fun stops.
