They were extremely helpful and had a great idea for my necklace. I couldn't be happier with the end product! I also needed my wedding ring enlarged due to arthritic knuckles. this is close by my house. took my watch in last year April 2024 to get a battery for my watch, and about 2 - 3 months ago watch battery has depleted and brought in back in today hoping I was still within the 1 year warranty and unfortunately it has passed the 1 year mark. anyways I don't have enough funds to get a new replacement and the owner has replaced it for me, very kind of them. and thank you for the lady who changed out to a new battery to my watch. My wife spilled resin on her rings and could not get it off. We took it to AB Jewelers to see if they could clean it. Great service. Friendly & reasonable prices. I took 4 watches. 3 to have batteries replaced & 1 "antique" pocket watch that is 50 years old to have checked. They replaced 2 batteries but informed me the other watch had the battery leak & damaged the watch. More extensive repairs needed. They said the pocket watch was working well. Only charged me for the 2 battery replacements but nothing for the labor that was done checking the othe 2 watches. I will definitely return here for any services they offer. read more
