I spent four years living in Las Vegas and Brad's has been one of my favourite spots. This store is absolutely massive and filled with Current toy lines, anime, comic books, funko pops, statues, trading cards, and even some retro toys sprinkled in. Over the years I've picked up Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Small Soldiers, DC, Marvel, and my fair share of other random stuff I was happy to add to my collection. PRE last visit, the store was organized very well keeping certain things seperate from others and it made for a top notch shopping experience. On top of all the things I listed, there's an arcade located in the front of this place that has a ton of really awesome retro machines that you can play as well. Now, the issue comes with this last visit because it seems they decided to mix the funko pops in with everything else and it honestly made for a confusing and irritating shopping experience. Funko's have oversaturated every type of toy store but at least when they are together you can look at them all at once (I have some funko's, I don't hate them) but mixing them might be one of my least favourite things about any store, so I'm really hoping it was just a test because the last thing I want to see mixed in with awesome retro stuff as well as new, is Funko Pops. Overall, Brad's Toys and Collectibles is probably the best toy store in Las Vegas. With a friendly staff, huge selection, Arcade Machines, and a little bit of everything this place is going to give you plenty to waste money on. I would probably be giving this place five stars if it wasn't for them deciding to Mix Funko Pops in with everything else instead of keeping them seperate, but hey, maybe that's just a me thing. Either way, come browse this place and you won't regret it.

I don't recommend this store for squishy.

I got the tracking info right away on a quick shipment, and was just waiting for him to get it. I then got an email from the post office telling me that it had been returned to Cosmic because of a bad shipping address. TOTALLY MY FAULT! When changing the delivery address from my home to my brothers i changed the name and street address, but not the town, and the post office obviously couldnt find the non existing address. When I saw that it had been received back by Cosmic I called the store and the two young women I spoke to and explained my problem couldnt have been nicer or more understanding. They suggested that I message their Ebay sales manager through Ebay, and that they would put a note on his computer to make sure he looked for my note as soon as he got in. Brian got back to me right away, we worked out getting it resent to the correct address, and it was on its way the next morning. This is the kind of service you rarely see nowadays, especially for some guy all the way in Boston who made a dumb mistake. If I lived in Vegas, this would be my new favorite store!

Customer Service needs to be improved. I came in long term customer and, when I ask about putting…read morebooks on hold I get told I need to put a down payment for them to do that. Which has never happened before. So I ask questions because, I am confused and, it gets to a point they say I didn't pay for the stuff in my box back in 2024. I again get more confused because, I had told them the last time I was in to put everything back because, I didnt know when the next time I would be in. Aka I left my box empty. Apparently I got emails but, even when I showed the manager nothing was coming up. She said I must have gotten them because, I can't tell her the only emails I have are from last september. I don't delete from that email it has all my subscriptions and, I had to pay for more space. This proceeded to be a problem when I kept asking who do I talk to to fix this and, she got mad saying "Well I am the manager" when I then explained she wasn't helping me. I am still confused and, she can't fix it so who do I talk to repetively she finally forks over "the owner" I said great I need to speak to him. She then got snobby and said "Well he is the one who did this to your account" and perceeds to go over the emails sent to which again I put in what she tells me and ebay and temu come up instead. So yeah have to talk to the owner on sunday but, I have renfair weekend. Confused and hurt because, when I lived over in the area I was in there almost every week and now I feel unwelcome and that I need to take my buisness else where. All I want to know what happened because, I told them to put up the books, that I didnt want them and, that was while I was leaving. It bugs me because how does something like this happen. Well the last time I was in everything was wrong. My child and I came in. We started looking around and I took a singular picture of a comic box to show a friend and started going threw comics.
