Could we be as great as our opponents in the comics? We lead lives that are filled with strife and chaos. Sometimes we want to hide and let fear rule our destiny. Here's a reality reminder you are amazing and can do anything? Ok, let's play some! We cannot fly or ride the lighting? But within the rules of our world we can do more than you think. It starts with a simple goal. You have that nagging question? Yes you can! Look at this amazing project. A comic book store . A place here that provides an alternative opportunity for us humans to escape . You can achieve, just believe . What do you seek? Come in and browse through the entire store? You might find something that takes you back to when you were little? Don't get me wrong, you are never too old for comics? Or maybe you are ? Perhaps that's an alternative reality? Shall we find out? We are always on the journey for self improvement and reflection. While shopping with my daughter I rediscovered the importance of being my self . Was this what I used to be like? The redirected energy of dark to light . The battle that we endure each day ! The Phoenix Saga always touched upon me . Recently I've been reading and rereading them playing the mantra of her message . That inner battle and strength and struggle that Jean Grey goes through to find balance and inner peace . Ultimately she absorbs and makes them bind together as one union and it makes her whole again . All comes to pass. Sometimes this is what I own with all that comes and continues to pass through me . I'm that one that steps back and makes it all great and sparkle. Let's go and make it the best it can be. Although we leave not much for ourselves but it's the wholeness that we can give to others that fills us up and makes it feel blissful . Are you Marvel or DC? This is holy ground so no wars are fought here ! Bring yourself down here today . If you are looking for comics find peace and know it's probably in the walls of this universe. If not just ask and it can be found . What was broken, will ultimately be your reality again.

They've got a truckload of them. Picked up a really cool brooding Batman poster for my 8 year-old as well. They also have comics for all ages. My kiddo picked up a Dogman comic while I picked up some doorstopper tomes from Marvel, DC and Indie Comics publishers. The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend a visit if you're in the neighbourhood and love Comics.

Do you remember when?…read more Remember when, as I repeat this! Let this ring and sing in your mind.... A time when it was simple. We were kids and played building our creative minds and learning. That nostalgia can be felt here. If you're looking for a toy from your childhood this is the place to be. It's in the original packing and ready to be displayed. As my children age they collect toys from their childhood. It comes full circle. They sell toys that came along during my childhood. Come and see! The aisle of Funko Pops is insane here. If you seek it, it's worthy of a visit just for those . Do you have a singing experience coming up? Need something at a reasonable price stop here. They sell obscure items that you would never even consider? Who knows what that special item on your shelf costs? Drop them a line to see if you can make a deal? Your old stuff might be better loved somewhere else . Great service. Grab a bottle of coke, it's worth the visit. They sell obscure bottles of pop too. It's definitely worth the fun to relive those memories again.

The aisles are spaced generously so you don't feel so confined. It doesn't feel so overwhelming. Well, I am a casual fan. There were quite a few Jim Shore items in the front display. Some items were on sale, but looked like there was some minor damage to it. Stitch and Jack were well represented. The Christmas Tree was really cool. Hallmark used to carry Jim Shore, but not so much nowadays anymore.

Being that is place resides within the ultimate setting. Somewhere between super natural and super comfortable. Gathering places that summon artistic minds. Much like comics books and films. Same empowered heroes. Same skin tight outfits. Same continuing story. Upgraded with a new class of respect. A center of plaza attention in the name of good sci fi.

A fair number of DVDs of various sci-fi movies, sci-fi comic books, and many figures from the Walking Dead. I had no idea who the characters are but they have them. The theatre in the back is less than 50 seats so, yes, you would call it an intimate theatre. No bells and whistles--just some theatre style seats, five rows deep and four on each side of an aisle. The seats are mounted on some risers so there's a good view of the stage. For this performance, a curtain was drawn across the front to cover the white screen used for showing sci-fi movies. For this play, that was more than adequate. Periodically there are small plays mounted here and now that I've been here, I won't hesitate to come back! Great job to the two who performed in "A Life in the Theatre!"
