The loves wanted to stop by here since we were in the area, this past saturday. This is a massive store with massive displays, and a huge selection of collectible action/ toy figures. The aisles are spaced generously so you don't feel so confined. It doesn't feel so overwhelming. Well, I am a casual fan. There were quite a few Jim Shore items in the front display. Some items were on sale, but looked like there was some minor damage to it. Stitch and Jack were well represented. The Christmas Tree was really cool. Hallmark used to carry Jim Shore, but not so much nowadays anymore. read more

Once you pop, you can't stop! I've been collecting these things for the past four years now, and it's slowing becoming an obsession of mine. The Pop Shack, is located in the Boulevard Mall and features all of the newest Pops and a few other nerdy collectibles including old school Spawn and Batman The Animated Series figures, along with a few comics and other sorts of geek culture. I came her today just to look around and ended getting the elusive Flocked Swamp Thing and the hard to find, "Ren and Stimpy" characters. The Pop Shack does carry hard find Pops, as the Universal Monster series but they get swooped up fast. I hear the new shipments come in on Tuesdays. Get those iCal set and head on over to one of the sketchier malls in Vegas and load on the Pops! The owner is easy to talk to and has mad knowledge on Pop Toys... To the nerd cave! read more

I've been coming here since day one this place opened. I know the owner Matt for quite some time really cool dude this place has an array of pops and figures. He will also carry exclusives and other items from conventions or funko events. Pop shack always goes to toy con and Vegas Comic con every year as well. I come here usually if I can't find something on line that is hard to get Matt always seems to carry it. Plus I always try to help out a local business. They just celebrated their 4 year anniversary it's amazing to see the this place grow. I have nothing but love for these guys I'm very proud of what they have complish and to see them where they are now it's amazing. Probably the best Funko store in Vegas. If you're looking for high end stuff, they've got a large collection of them and you'll find them here at fair prices. If they're damaged, they make it very clear they are & mark the price accordingly. The store is super clean, organized, & easy to navigate. They are very responsive via social media and phone (unlike other shops) & are transparent throughout the trade-in/purchasing process. Personal experience** I've received 65-70% PPG value in cash. They post daily on Instagram with new releases and trade-ins and you can call in to hold (most) items. Hundreds, if not, thousands of action figures, Hot Wheels, and diecast adorn the walls. They've even expanded to carry Pokemon products (at respectable prices) and Loungefly backpacks. They occasionally have signings and sales on top of the already good pricing. You name it, they most likely have it. They also have a wide range of wood framed posters, regular posters, & scrolls for your "cave". Matt the owner + Maddie are the best. Glasses guy is coo, too. Sorry I don't remember his name. The staff is super chill, but not unprofessional. They're knowledgeable and definitely help educate if needed. It's not in the best area, but I make my way over here from Southwest because of the fantastic service and products. There's another toys & collectibles store that is only a few minutes away from me, but they can't beat The Pop Shack. Overall an awesome place to check out for Funatics and casuals alike. read more

I like this store and it has grown a lot. But the different types of Funko Pops are difficult to locate. Why don't stores ever label by types ie Disney movies, Doctor Who, Marvel movies, TV shows, Anime, Star Wars, etc. I end up hurting my neck trying to view everything. This is always our go to Funko Pop store to go to. The staff there are always asking if we need help with anything and they're always fast to answer our questions if we have any. They know what they're doing and they know what they're talking about as well. They have so many funko pops, it's kind of overwhelming at times! Sooo upset!!! We came in looking for a specific funko pop and we asked if they had it and they said they do but it's not on display yet and they have to post it on social media first??? We're here now, asking for it I don't know why they couldn't just sell it to us. Anyways, we were nice and just figured maybe they were posting it the next day or something. We bought a few things and left. WHILE WE WERE STILL IN THE MALL not even 10 min later we looked on our Instagram and saw THAT THEY POSTED IT! They had just posted it 2 min ago and we ran back to the pop shack to claim it and I kid you not, the guy was a jerk and basically knew why we were running in there for and said "sorry, too late, someone just called" DUDE! I've been to the pop shack they do have alot of options of pops to choose from but what makes my rating a 3 star is the customer service was bad had no help I don't know how they expected people to grab the ones on the top shelf. the funko pops are over priced and they try to sell it more like a hype beast buying a Jordan and reselling it for more if you need a funko pop store I recommend brads toys and collectibles there prices are cheaper for the same pops and have better deals when you buy more pops then the pop shacks bucks they give you. read more

There is a good selection of funko pops in the store. Commons and 'grails' alike, but the prices are expensive for what it's worth. The mark-up is way much more than I expected. I'm pretty sure the store buys 'lots' for a very mark-down prices and is 'flipped' for a double profit. I'd prefer to go to the comics store in the same mall first, and Brad's toys and collectibles for better prices that offers 15% on all Funko's throughout. read more

This review is long overdue. My gf and I went about a little less than a month ago and were overwhelmed with how many Funko Pops they have and since we're coming from out of town intended on purchasing more than 1. The selection is impressive!! However the blonde girl working needs to be terminated. She didn't acknowledge us except once to yell at my gf for moving a box because she was trying to see the Pops behind them. Then told us that the whole section, including the boxes were not to be looked at. Let me also say that the whole time she was talking to a customer who I'm assuming was a regular by the way they chatted. About 5 minutes later she then tells the man that she shouldn't be showing him what's inside the boxes but decides to do it because it's him. She goes and opens all of them and starts showing him. Meanwhile we're not getting any basic customer service at all. She was always playing favorites and let's people in on the good Pops instead of being fair. If she's going to work in the collectible business she needs reevaluate her customer service skills. read more

The pop shack is a JOKE, overpriced funkos higher than ppg value & disrespectful employees with no mannerism. I've been in here about twice and it just keeps becoming more of a joke each time, I went today and saw a SAM funko #57 for 120$ oh and it was damaged LOL then I proceeded to see a Freddy Krueger funko (hatless) for 120$ as well ppg value is 70$. I don't understand how you are going to sell a DAMAGED 70$ funko for 120$? Lol I then asked the employee a question and she just gave major attitude like she didn't even want to answer it then she gave attitude to a little boy asking a question like cmon bro, overpriced pops and attitude? Sheesh Overall, the store is huge but I will never be returning here again. Ridiculous & outrageous prices. I recommended others not to head in here either, you can get it cheaper. I was so excited yesterday to come to this store. Wow so many funkos. We picked up 2 in our hands. Notice everyone was being greeted besides us, 2 workers were working behind the counter I was looking to see the collection they had behind. They only spoke because I had ask if they had a certain funko. I find 3 more funko that wasn't within reach, I asked the the man for help, he said a moment. The lady suggested we could leave the 2 on the counter that we had selected.
