I called last minute, just days before the last football game of the year. The woman who answered was super helpful and walked me through what they had available and in 5 minutes solved my problem and we got trophies for a whole tackle football team and a plaque for the coach ordered. Emailed back and forth a few times for the names and details and then paid via emailed invoice (super easy) and picked them all up 3 days later. Everything was perfect. Crown Trophy saved my wedding. Not really, but they are making it even more fun. I came here looking for a trophy for a cannonball contest I'm having the day of my wedding at the resort's pool. I needed something the winner could drink out of since, they will have to use it all day long, according to the cannonball contest by-laws... that I made up. I called Crown Trophy and they stated that they could probably make something, but asked me to come in and take a look at a few things. The owners found a gold plated metal cup, mounted it and engraved for me for under $20! The owners are a married couple, who are insanely nice and ready and willing to help you out. Blamed the distributors, horrible customer service, didn't take ownership for their mistakes, owner threw his arms up and asked me what I wanted. I rarely ever write reviews but I bought my husband an autographed baseball jersey for Christmas. I could not figure out how to get the jersey to sit in the case. Even though they dont specialize in this category, this really nice family owned business helped me out. They even made a custom plate for the front of the frame. They are really nice people.
