He reached out immediately and provided quick, affordable pricing for our end-of-year employee gifts. He made everything so easy by clearly organizing sizes, pricing, and options, and even with 200 custom cups, the turnaround time was surprisingly fast! Craig shared sample photos, made sure I was 100% happy before engraving, and then personally delivered everything straight to our office right before Thanksgiving -- above and beyond doesn't even begin to cover it. While he was there, we started chatting about engraving our employee awards, and I knew instantly he was the right person for the job. Our team works incredibly hard and deserved something truly special to display, and Craig delivered exactly that. Within a day, he sent over multiple award options, helped finalize the wording and designs, and just a few days later had the most beautiful, high-quality awards ready -- again with hand delivery! His attention to detail, quality of work, and genuinely amazing customer service exceeded every expectation. We are beyond happy with everything and could not recommend Craig enough!

When a furniture maker (like me) recommends a cabinet design/build shop like Legacy - you know it's…read morea honest review. Ken and Eric have not only have helped me with many larger projects that I couldn't complete on my own, but they also are the only place I recommend for high quality work. Just a word about me - I've been working in this industry for 40+ years, I've taught woodworking for 30+ years. I'm on the cusp of retirement, so these days, I take on much smaller jobs. I send most of my clients with larger projects to Legacy, and honestly, they're just about the only company I trust to do the job properly, with respect for your home. They pay keen attention to your needs, and will advise you with their years of expertise. Sure, there are a lot of cabinet shops in town, but there are also a lot of companies doing shoddy work, or worse - disappearing with your deposit. Legacy is NOT that kind of company. I saw one bad review - and that just doesn't make sense. Not a single person I've sent there has anything but stellar comments about the work they produce, whether it's freestanding furniture for a home, built-ins that require tricky installation, or commercial pieces for restaurants, offices, salons and more. They answer their phone, or will get back to you when they're free. Their pricing is very fair and transparent, and better yet - they're just the type of company that you trust coming into your home. (You don't want to hear my nightmare story about hiring a serviceman to clean my sooty fireplace... I'd sooner hire the devil before I'd use that company again.) People who leave a bad review on Yelp, when all the other comments are positive, make me wonder if they're the one with the issue, not the company. As a small business owner, it's frustrating to have a hundred happy clients, yet that one bad review is the one that gets all the attention. If you're looking for great work and a company that you can trust - I do believe Legacy is the company to contact.

I wanted to get an engraving for a wedding present, and I had no idea where to go for such a service. Thankfully, I found Pololu's site online; Arthur and the team there made the process easy and cost-effective. They walked me through the entire process and told me exactly how to select the right image and send them the objects for engraving. What a relief for someone with no prior knowledge! They responded quickly to emails, kept me up-to-date on progress, and the engraving was finished in a day or two. When I got it back, I was blown away by how good it looked that I showed it off around the office. The cost was less than $50 for a 8.5"x11" engraving, a better price than all of the other places I heard about. Go to them if you need an engraving done, I can't imagine a better laser cutting company out there.
