Awesome spot. I brought a Tiffanys ice bucket here to be engraved for a friends wedding and was very happy with their glass engraving. They emailed later in the day after I dropped off the ice bucket with different font options. Once you select a font they confirm again with you prior to doing the actual engraving, Cost around $25 and was completed within a few days. I would come here again if i had other high end items and would trust them to do another good job. read more

I had a flask that had a small spot for etched initials. It was a gift and the gift would look incomplete with a small blank spot, so I googled the closest place and Boulevard Trophy was it! I called on a Wednesday asking what the turnaround time was. I needed it for a party on Sunday. She told me if I could drop it off today, I could pick it up on Friday. (They are closed on the weekends). I asked if the initials could be as large as possible, so they emailed me a proof on Thursday morning, looked great! Picked up on Friday as promised. It looked perfect and came out exactly like the proof. I was charged $15 for three initials. I've never had anything engraved before so I don't have a price point to compare this to. Their showroom is packed with things that can be etched, glass objects, plaques, trophy's and they even do custom framing. they also have a custom stamp store within this store, not sure if it's a different company or not. The workers are nice, friendly and prompt. I would definitely use them again. read more

I've used this vendor for nearly a decade, but every time I go back it just gets worse. Engravers are so afraid to make an error, and cost the company money for corrections, that they complete the order as is without critically thinking about what would look best. You are the professionals, Boulevard Trophy. You know what's going to look best on a variety of pieces. A proof doesn't prove anything. For example, the proof here does not look anything like the end result. The text engraved here is not readable from an arms length, making this piece useless. And they are not cheap. Please please please use your brains to think about what would actually look best. You are creative, talented artists. Please act accordingly. If something doesn't look very good, call the person to make a recommendation. The font here should be so much thicker and bigger. There's a ton of wasted space. I'm so sad for the recipient who receives this and wont even be able to see what it says. read more

Worst customer service I have ever received. I came here because of the great reviews only to be disappointed... long story short I dropped off a pair of Champagne flutes this past Monday to be engraved for my best friends wedding. She is having her bridal party this Saturday which is tomorrow. When I picked the champagne flutes up this morning I should have checked them before I paid for them and took them. When I got to work and I opened the box to inspect the champagne flutes, I right away noticed how extremely crooked the engraving was. The engravings were very sloppy and poorly done to the point where I don't even know how they thought it was acceptable to charge me for It. I took them back to see what could be done, the owner agreed that the work was poor and offered a refund for the engraving..... this still meant that I was out $55 for the champagne flutes that now has crooked engravings on them. I complained some more and they hesistantly agreed to reimburse me for a new pair of champagne flutes. I had to drive across town to purchase a new pair and bring them back to boulevard trophy. I told them I wanted the new pair engraved and that I would be taking the ruined pair as well to which I was told would be fine. I went back to work and had to come back a few hours later to pick up the flutes. When I arrived I was told by one of the assistants that they couldn't give me the ruined pair because it "wasn't their policy". Obviously I objected, since I was previously told it would be fine. She told me to "tell that to the owner" who was helping another customer near by. Once she was done she came over as she heard our arguing and when I told her I felt like I received poor customer service she argued back and told me that I had not..... I had to leave work multiple times and drive across town 3 times to fix their mistake.... how is that not bad customer service? She ended up saying that this agreement was not worth it & if I wanted I could take the ruined flutes as well. I ended up getting what I wanted but it was a nightmare and honestly not worth it. Next time I'll spend a little more money and go somewhere else that will actually provide me with good service. UPDATE: My responce to the owners comment below- This is what should have been said to me the first time I spoke to you all in person. Instead I got attitude & arguements from not only one of your employees but also an owner. Working in the customer service field myself, I know it's completly unacceptable to argue with customers. Especially when they have been given poor service to say the least. Originally, your company agreed to refund me for the crooked engravings.... leaving me with ruined champagne flutes... it wasn't until I kept on complaining that you guys hesitantly agreed to purchase a new pair & make things right. Then I was told we weren't able to take back the original champagne flutes because you had paid for the new ones..... when actually you paid to to fix a mistake your company made when they complety ruined the original pair I bought. I've hever been treated so poorly by a business that I paid for services with. You definitely need to revise more than just your quality control measures. read more

I have always been delighted with the final product. The prices here are very reasonable, and the service is cheerful and fast. The mistake was unavoidable and we worked so hard to make it right plus the owner bought you a new set of glasses. We all stopped what we were working on to get your glasses done that day. It is our busiest time of year too. That is exceptional customer service and I know, I have been in this industry for over 20 years. The only concern was we don't give back the merchandise that you say was damaged, especially when we buy you new merchandise. However we gave the damaged stuff back anyways. I emailed Boulevard Trophy to get my paddle engraved. I got a reply in a very timely manner. Alexandra was so helpful and was able to help me get what I wanted to be engraved. I got the proof and my paddle back within a week! The only thing I was upset about was that they engraved it upside down, I did not clarify and they did not either. So just double check your proof when they send it to you because they have a strict policy. I'm happy with the engraving but I would be even more so if it was the correct direction. I'm torn on how to rate this place...i really really want to give it 5 stars, but I just can't.... Let me start by saying, they have PHENOMENAL customer service. I ordered some Champaign flutes engraved with names from them. I called with some questions, then went in there to look at some glasses and place my order. I was helped by Meghan on the phone and when I got there. She greeted me with a smile the second I walked in. She was so sweet, friendly, helpful. She helped me pick out what I needed and took my order. She went above and beyond, superior customer service from her. Now to the reason I could not give them 5 stars. While Meghan was taking my order a man, my guess is he's the boss??...was screaming and I mean SCREAMING, at one of his employees in the room next to us from the door way..so right in front of me!! Not sure what it was about, but from the sound of it, it sounded like they weren't working fast enough....? I understand people get in trouble from time to time at work....but did he need to scream at them the way he did? Absolutely not!! And not only did he scream at them like a maniac, but he did it while I (a customer) Was standing right there. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and just an overall uncomfortable thing for me to watch. Absolutely amazing. I flew a flag for my father while I was deployed. I was only in Las Vegas for block leave. I need a shadow box done in a short amount of time. Not only did they do an amazing job they finished it before the date that was given to me. The price was not to bad either.
