Which seems to be rarer and rarer to find in this town when it comes to doing business with people. Fast forward four months later... For my second project, I needed custom artwork installed as perforated images on my front windows. I was going to hire another company who specifically advertised this type of work. The owner of this other company was extremely flaky. I had to do two follow up phone calls and email him the same week I first contacted him. He kept giving me flimsy excuses as to why he took so long. Well, guess what buddy? You won't be getting any business from me! Buh-bye! I mean, seriously. How hard it is to follow up with people who intend to pay you for a job?? I'm a business owner. I'm ALL about customer service. I don't understand how these other small companies are still around!
