Actually gave us a bit of history in where and how the manufacturer purchases their fine leathers for their furniture. Actually, delivered the two sofas 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The delivery service was exceptional in removing all the protective foam and plastic to include setting up the pieces and removing the old sofas. Fought traffic, made it to the Henderson store around 5:30, missed my aunt (who I recently learned works there) by minutes, but found the exact washer/dryer tower I'd been eyeing--and it was on sale. Score. Mike in the showroom was great--friendly, helpful, easy to work with. Turns out they had exactly one electric unit available at the Craig warehouse. Even better. Paid up, grabbed my free basket, and was told I could pick it up before 7. So I battled rush hour across town... only to arrive at 6:15 and find the place closed at 6, with a freshly taped sign saying so. Not ideal. That said, the warehouse team came through. I walked to another door with humans behind it and explained the situation--that I was just passing through and not coming back anytime soon--and they helped get me loaded up anyway. Got a "for future reference..." (fair enough), but I appreciated them making it happen. Overall: great showroom experience, solid customer service when it counted, and I got a good deal at the perfect time. A hiccup in communication, but a good ending--and a story to go with it.

Located right off Stephanie Street. You can easily find this place and there is plenty of parking. Upon entering the store within moments, somebody approached us and introduce themselves. She was very chatty, warm, and was quick to give us suggestions. The store was huge, like Costco. Huge, but everything felt very well maintained and very clean. Thank you. We were looking for a sofa. Sofa sectional, and they had plenty to choose from. We picked one out, and the deal was made. Honestly? It was quick and painless. Plus their 5-year warranty sounds amazing. This would be the second time we have purchased from Bob's overall, and have never been disappointed. They have plenty of finance options, and their delivery has been second to none. I would highly recommend this place. Bottom line? If you are looking for a great place to buy some furniture, and want to go a few clicks higher than Ikea, this would definitely be a place for you to check out. We were on the verge of buying one, but decided it couldn't hurt to first drive over to this Half Price Mattress store that was only about 5 miles away, just to compare the mattresses and prices there. The name of the store had us feeling skeptical, but I had taken note of a highly positive review for them here on Yelp! -- so off we went. We are very glad that we came to this store. We were assisted by Cristina, who was friendly and informative, offering us details about the benefits and differences of the Queen mattresses she had in stock or could order for delivery within a week. We both ended up liking a particular mattress from a company we had not previously heard of, for which the price was about $4K less than the one we had nearly bought at that other store! Completing the purchase was quick and easy, and to our surprise the 3rd-party delivery driver brought it to our house only about 2 hours later that same day, and laid it atop the Ikea bed. All in all, a good experience: a very pleasant interaction with Cristina, and that evening we had our new mattress, plus we had saved a nice chunk of money. I would absolutely recommend making sure that you pay a visit to Cristina at this store when you are comparing mattress comfort levels and prices.

They also had lots of coupons for this event (buy one get one) and also a free senior's day so it cost very little to get in. It's not World Market's fault but we were somewhat disappointed with the selection of venders. We were looking for floor people and only one floor person was there and they had a young girl there who couldn't answer any of our questions (Express Flooring). But on the other hand you were in luck if you were looking for landscaping designers or windows. It seemed like they were the majority of what was there.

These places are definitely going out of business. They have forgotten what it means to be a quality furniture store. Before you buy talk to people who have recently acquired lazy boy furniture. They will tell you NOT TO BUY. good luck with you're furniture needs.

Great customer service !!!! I walked into the Henderson Nevada store looking for ideas for several things. I had been online and asked for a check to see if things were in stock, the salespeople were very responsive. I was able to go down there and meet with the two sales people helping me on phone . Jason spent about 30 minutes with me walking around the store answering questions on everything from chandeliers, table lamps, swivel chairs, and mostly ceiling fans... He didn't push me into buying anything, printed out some options of things I liked, told me to go home and sleep on it because I couldn't make up my mind in the store. I told him I wanted to walk past the fountains on the way out to my car. He brought me over the fountains and I saw one I admired and bought it on the spot. I am just really appreciative that I didn't get the "hard sell" and I was as able to walk out of there without being pressured to buy some thing I was unsure of. Most stores are not like that and are not as welcoming and informative. Jason, was amazing and I could tell he really loves his job, and eagerly helping me and answering my questions. Thank you to everybody at Lamps Plus!! I'll be back. In fact, I am calling him now to place order on the ceiling fan! read more

We had been searching online for weeks trying to find the perfect pendant lighting and entry chandelier for our home. After looking at countless options, we finally decided we needed to see everything in person--and we're so glad we went to Lamps Plus! Angela Baldridge was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. What started as "just looking" quickly turned into us ordering everything we needed because of the outstanding customer service she provided. Angela was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fixtures for our home. The store manager was also fantastic. They were both friendly, welcoming, and even price matched the pendant lights we wanted, which made the decision even easier. We're hoping our pendants arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date, and Angela even offered to call us on Monday with an update. That level of follow-through and customer care is rare these days, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you, Angela and the Lamps Plus team, for making what could have been an overwhelming shopping experience so enjoyable. Very pleased with my purchase today 05/14/17. I had gone on line and saw a swing arm floor lamp that I liked and was hoping it had a 3-way switch. I found the lamp on the floor and was disappointed that it was not 3-way. I looked at other swing arm floor lamps and didn't find one that I was happy with. At that point Rick S. asked if he could be of service, so I told him what I was looking for and we searched further. We had gone to the computer and saw some and he was certain that he had seen what I was looking for in the store. He went looking for it and very soon he called me to inspect it. We discussed the merits of it and I decided to purchase it along with an LED 3-way bulb. I immediately put it together when I got home. This is a gift for my Mom and she was very pleased with the product and the functionality. She enjoys how it looks and the quality. Other family members have very favorably commented on it. Rick S. did not pressure me and worked diligently to help me. I very much appreciated his efforts. I am also a new Rewards Program member and saved 10% on my lamp purchase. We looked at ceiling fans and lights at the Henderson store. Rick was great. We have always had Nice Sales help but Rick is the best. All went so well we ended up buying 3 fans. He suggested LampsPlus install. When we looked at the additional warranty and service they include we said yes. What a great choice. Robert was our installer. He was great. Showed up on time. Did clean fast work and was Careful in our house. Best installer we have had in the two years we have been in Henderson. We did have one issues with a fan remote later. When I called the store the manager Robert first ordered a replacement incase it was faulty. Then he suggested re programming. I had done so but after a couple more times the remote work better. Robert called back a couple of days later to check on us before I could call to tell him is was fine. Great follow up and customer service. Products are great. I love all the fans. One of the remotes seems to not like how I push buttons but the fans is quiet, powerful, looks great and has a great LED light. So it is a winner. read more

Simply put, the customer service at lamps plus in Henderson on Stephanie is stellar. Matthew, the lighting consultant, and Susan, the assistant store manager, helped to resolve an issue for me, seamlessly, professionally, and they were both incredibly helpful and kind. In today's day and age, customer service is key for not only returning customers, but gaining new customers. I have an interior design business and I utilize this store in particular because I know my clients will receive an exceptional experience while shopping at this location. The lamps plus is known as a lighting store, they also have a wide selection of cabinets, and tables, as well as home decor. This review is about Rick who works at the Henderson location. I came in a couple days ago with my husband and we chose a chandelier. He was very patient with us, as we were undecided at the time. We purchased a waterfall-type lighting and left with it in our car. Once installed it was obvious it was too small for our space but we no longer had the box. I called Rick and he said no problem. Just bring it back, full refund. No restocking fee. And BTW, he didn't come to work the next day to 11am & offered to come in an HOUR EARLY to help transition the trade. Instead I went before closing and he was so wonderful (I was there past closing and he never made me feel bad). We got a correct size and he even found an online coupon for me to use on new light which cost more. Now this is the most upstanding level of customer service I've received in years. He deserves a management position. read more

I went in to purchase specialty light bulbs for a light I had ordered. Angela B. helped me, which was the second time I had the fortune to have her lend a hand. Angela tried out multiple light bulbs for me in their test area until we found the right one. She was very intuitive and watched my reaction to know what to try next. Then, because she was so attentive and helpful, I asked her to show me which lamps were rated for an outdoor covered porch. After looking at a few they had, I showed her a picture of one I liked that I had saved. Angela was able to find the light and showed me a few other ones for comparison. In the end, I spent more money at Lamps Plus simply because they had an employee who took the extra time to help me and made me feel welcome. Nicely done, Angela! read more

I requested a complete outside lighting design to include new security lighting from Lamps Plus located at 30 W Stephanie, Henderson, NV. I had the pleasure of working with Lilly Gharibyan who is a Decorative Lighting Specialist with strong focus on design and skills that really are great. Lilly was a real pleaure to work with and provided an excellent design and follow up service. The installation technican was Robert Stigall who did a great job with total class and skills. The lamp plus store in Henderson under the store leadership of Michael Mastej is a total winning solution. In the past two years I have purchased several light fixtures, a chair and today bar stools from Lamps Plus in Henderson. I have been impressed with the quality, good prices and the amount of inventory in the store. I purchased the Madrid Swivel Bar Stools which were in stock and I was able to bring them home today. They are comfortable and look great in our kitchen. The staff is friendly and makes my shopping experience fun. I have worked now with Angela on the purchase of several lights and fans. She offered really great advice on choosing the fixtures, including what size and hanging height is appropriate for the size and ceiling height of our rooms. I purchased a fan 2 years ago from lamps plus and the fan started squeaking badly. Sounds like I had a bird's nest in it and it echoed around the house. I called them and spoke to Susan who asked me to send a video. I called her the next day and she said to bring the fan back and they would replace it. Fingers crossed this one doesn't squeak. This showed us desk, chairs cabinets how they would really look in our individual offices. We're wanted to change the handles of a cabinet. They ordered them and came in in a week. He didn't hover over us like some do and gave us time to browse on our own but nearby when we had questions. He's so knowledgeable about all of their products. I had an event to attend and we were still researching and doing price comparisons; but asked George his schedule because I knew we would be back. He is very helpful and we felt comfortable with him. He has worked for the company for a while and I felt that he genuinely believes in what he's selling. He got my number and said I could reach out to him with any questions. A few days later I ended up texting him and asking several questions all of which he kindly answered. We did return and purchased a bed, adjustable base, and furniture- bed frame and headboard, which they have many styles online. The furniture was delivered by FedEx and that was a fiasco, they delivered to the wrong house, their fault. The furniture is good quality and looked as pictured online. The guys that delivered the bed and base were wonderful- professional and helpful, showing us how the adjustable base worked. They arrived promptly at the allotted time. The store is located on Eastern and Silverado Ranch, next to Target with plenty of parking. My last visit was to do the same thing and get my Mom a new pillow top mattress but I was out of luck. The salesman, Richard, was an amazing help. He helped me realize that my Mom did not need a pillow top if she were a side sleeper, and introduced me to a Eurotop instead. I didn't pull the trigger yet, but when I do I will be back to this location. It is a little larger than the others I've visited around town and the only one that has a huge clearance section, if that's what you're looking for.

He was detailed and answered every question we had prior to signing on the dotted line. Regarding delivery, Michael and his moving team were fantastic. Our bed was delivered AHEAD of schedule and they assembled the frame and lifted our heavy new mattress all the way up our flight of stairs in literally seconds. I've never seen movers hustle like that! Plus they got rid of our old mattress which was the Cherry on top for excellent customer service. We will gladly recommend this Mattress Firm to all of our friends and family. Couldn't be more thrilled with the service we received and the heavenly Tempur-pedic mattress that is now our new bed!

I really appreciated this place & and its options. However one item needed to be custom made& and…read morethey took the measurements & charged us additional for custom. However when we picked it up it was incorrect. So we returned it & tried again, that o e was incorrect. So after 4 returns, it is still wrong. They will not fix it because it was custom ( & paid extra) I can't believe how many times we had to return it & still is wrong. I do not recommend this place at all.

When we needed to change cushions on our outdoor dining table, it was an easy process and it came in perfectly. We are glad that there are some old fashioned, family owned businesses in Las Vegas. I know the prices are upscale, however, before I moved out here, I bought less expensive outdoor stuff and none of it made the move, it turned into junk. We decided to go with better quality furniture and it was a great decision.. Much of the negative comments related to Umbrellas and we have never used them and likely will not, because we already know the winds can be vicious here without warning. However, if you want great, sturdy furniture that will stand the test of time, we highly recommend them..
