We needed Viking to come out for wasps in a few places. Dylan Donchetz came out and quickly fixed this issue. He did a great job. Verified what my problems were, told me how he was going to fix it and did what he said he was going to do. Great service from Dylan! read more

Excellent company. They show up on time and are very thorough. We have a contract with them that includes visits/inspections if suspected issues. Had a potential issue and the tech that came out did a complete inspection and helped to identify the concern. Also he was very helpful when I asked questions. Great value for the peace of mind that pests will not be an issue. Highly recommend - very professional and. Helpful! read more

If you need an exterminator, go with Viking, and ask for Nikki! I have had Nikki come to our house for pest servicing through Viking before, and she always goes above and beyond! She's knowledgeable and eager to help. 5/5 read more

We needed to have carpenter bee remediation as a condition of the sale of our house. They new the house was unoccupied but didn't plan on us still having the Arlo cameras functioning. The tech sprayed ONE spot for about 3 seconds then wrapped up and left. We did get our certificate & the sale went through. read more

Mr. Chris Spino did an excellent job discussing the plan of action for our job. The folks from this shop are very professional.

Chris S. came about a month ago because suddenly we had several different wasp species building nests around the shed and house - including our front door. Chris said he stopped counting at around 17 nests by the shed! He took care of the wasp problem so we'll that even now it still seems to be under control. On a personal note, we had a sick cat at the time who would occasionally hide under the shed. Chris used a powder instead of the spray so as not to harm the cat should she hide there. We appreciated that so much! read more

Cesar Mercedes is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to pest services. He explained every treatment and was so nice!

I highly recommend Viking Pest Control ! We had a severe ant problem, they were coming into the house and biting my daughter whose room faces the front of the house. We have woods behind us and have also a severe amount of mosquito's. We were in a contract with another company who was trying to rid us of ants and mosquitoes but the bugs never stopped coming ! THE DAY Viking was here from 9am-1:30 for the inside and outside, the bugs were GONE ! I could swing my 2 yr old grandson on the swing without mosquitoes and saw no ants at all, was almost eerie how gone they were. One of the products they used was environmentally safe and had lemongrass in it. The very professional, knowledgeable and kind technician Brian H. kept us informed the entire time. Viking is reasonably priced and worth EVERY PENNY ! Anne B. West Deptford read more

Rude, Ignorant and Unprofessional. No respect for other peoples property! Avoid this service like the rodents they claim to take care of..... more to be added when I care..... read more

Buyer BEWARE ‼‼‼‼ These people keep you in an ongoing contract. Small print indicating that you have to contact them in writing or start screaming at them to cancel. I will never ever use this company again and I am a broker in real estate. I am definitely spreading the word! This is response to the company's response to my horrendous review of their so called "contract"... BS..‼ read more

Absolutely useless ! Called and thoroughly explained the bee problem in our attic and event sent pictures. Technician shows up the next day and say all he can do is treat the nest from the outside and won't even go in the attic. Sent him packing and called another pest control company....... read more

An excellent Pest Control provider. I use them for controlling field mice and Stink Bugs that get into the house. I live in the middle of a heavily wooded lot so they had been a significant problem. Since engaging them, my visitors are short lived. There technicians are excellent. Couldn't give a higher recommendation. read more

When you have rodent problem and don't want to deal with it, we called Viking. Thankfully we got Amanda Modica. She so thorough and professional. She answered all the questions and was very patient. read more

0 stars. Showed up hours late for scheduled appointment. The people on the phone when you call in are rude including the managers. The exterminators that come out to the house are different every time and each one has a different story about the issue. First guy sprayed the interior of the house when we were home. Most recent guy refused to spray inside since we were home saying house must be vacated for at least 4 hours to spray inside. So which is it? I have small kids they never told us to leave the house with the original interior spray. And then the "smart" rodent monitor that we had installed 3 months ago hasn't worked correctly since we got it and we still get charged. read more

This year I had a lot of carpenter ants so I called Viking. What fast reliable service! They called me back within a day to schedule an appointment and came the very next day. Cesar Mercedes was the technician and he was great! He was friendly and very thorough on explaining what he was doing and what follow up is needed. His knowledge of insects made me want to learn more. He gave great tips and what to expect. He was such a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Viking and Cesar to anyone needing pest control. read more

The mighty mountain men from Viking pest did a damn good job of making my patio sparkle again. Had a minor beetle issue that I feared would become major so I called Viking pest. Within a day they had a massive, scratch that, gargantuan team of three norsemen come in and after a couple of "heave-ho's" my patio was beetle-free. I can finally enjoy books and black raspberry iced tea on my patio again. read more

Ending a long term account with Viking (Clinton). Wanted to mention that the majority of the technician visits were made by Basil Burton. I always found him to be thorough in his job, considerate and thoughtful. He would be a valued employee in any field of work or career path he choses. Wishing him the best and he certainly deserves to be rewarded for the service he gives to the company! read more

I have used a number of pest control companies in the past, but Viking has been the best. The main reason is they have a gentleman by the name of Paul Kaplan that knows the business, is great to work with, but most importantly he gets rid of all pests. The man knows his business! I would highly suggest asking for Paul if you decide to go with Viking. read more

Our technician Cesar is awesome! He's efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and all in all a great person! We always get a chuckle when he's around! He gets the job done and works hard to do so! Highly recommend this technician! read more

Viking Pest Control has provided superior service in controlling our pests. Timothy Toner (Tech #1206) has been especially helpful in explaining how each product works and the expected outcome from the treatments. He recognized the need for additional devices outside and explained his plan before asking me to commit to the added expense. He is truly a valued asset to Viking and I welcome his visits as I know he remembers our home and the location of all the devices so he can be more efficient in the service call. Tim makes us feel a part of the team in attacking our pests. Viking has delivered on their promise and we couldn't be happier with their servicing our home. read more

While their workers are professional and kind, we have now been using Viking for several months and the truth is, they just can't eliminate some of our pests. Our house is a special case and they don't have the experience necessary to provide quality service. We are constantly taking off work to have them perform treatments over and over again for the same insects. I wanted to be happy with them, I really did...but unfortunately, our needs aren't being met by this company. Before you sign up for one of their packages, it would be worth your time and money to pay for services separately (to ensure they are successful and you are satisfied) before locking yourself into a plan. We made the mistake of signing up for a plan right away, and now we're stuck with ineffective pest control. read more

We had a large yellow jacket colony living in our wall and entering our family room. After a failed attempt with another pest control company, John Galya from Viking came and thoroughly inspected our home for entry points, answered any questions, and treated the problem effectively. Within three days, we were finding no wasps in our living room. I would highly recommend John. Great job! read more

High Bridge. No stars from me. This company does not follow up on their service either by phone or coming back to check the situation. Mine was trapping a squirrel damaging my home. They overcharge. They do not guarantee their services. Thumbs down for me. read more

Viking Representative David Rieur, number 1254, was timely, thorough and kind. It was a blistering hot day today and he managed to still be of great service. Five stars well deserved. Thanks David! Viking does not stand by its work. We had flying squirrels in our attic space and they used one-way traps to exclude the squirrels and then sealed the holes with wire mesh. This was in January. By September the squirrels were back. Viking inspected again and told us the mesh was gone. We would have to pay for them to do it all over again. We had already paid $435. Viking said it was not their problem. read more
