These carpenter bees have been on their shit with me and my family since the beginning of spring. Buzzing around at high speeds. Dive bombing in my backyard while fighting each other to death. And eating holes into the side of my house. Three of these mf's even had the nerve to fly into my house and buzz around in my bedroom. Enough was enough at that point. She gave us wonderful advice about needing to get to the ER, things to potentially do to mitigate the spreading of the pests throughout the home and trying to get some identification of the pests. Linda was curt and agitated because she had to repeat her preparation guidelines to me twice. Wish I can give this company zero stars. So, I was hearing noises in the attic for the first time ever. Two guys came to my house the same day and inspected my home for about 5 minutes and told me there were mice in the attic. They put mice poison around the attic and told me to call if I continued hearing noises. I found it weird that they didn't check for an entry way or inspect the outside of my home. Anyway as expected, a few weeks later I started hearing noises again. Just FYI warranty covers if your home has to be retreated up to a year. Well, I spoke to a lady named Linda and made another appointment. NO ONE showed up. I called Linda again and she gave me an excuse on how she closed the shop early blah blah. Made another appointment no one showed up. Again another excuse she said she had a flat tire. Okay the third time no one showed up I had to raise hell and to my surprise Linda finally showed up but didn't even retreat my house and just said "Give it 4 more weeks to work." As you can guess I had to call again because I continued hearing noises. It was the same issue with this company all over again: made an appointment and no one showed up. Then having to listen to Linda with her ridiculous excuses every single time. I made FIVE appointments no one ever showed up. I ended up hiring another company that did a more thorough inspection and it turned out it was squirrels NOT mice. This company is a JOKE! (My wife's review) We knew we had bats living under the eaves of our home but didn't realize what a problem is was until we saw a bat bug on our second floor. We knew it was time something needed to be done. As environmentally conscious people, we were happy to read that bats are protected in the state of NJ. Bats can never be killed, only relocated. Also the exclusion process can only occur outside of the maternity season so the babies are able to fly. I called around to several companies but none seemed to work close enough to Hunterdon County to make it cost effective. I spoke to one person who told me he knew a company that works in my area and he would contact them for me. Not even an hour later, I received a call from Linda. She was incredibly sympathetic to my concerns and reassured me that the technicians had over 25 years of experience and could handle any problem they saw.
