These carpenter bees have been on their shit with me and my family since the beginning of spring. Buzzing around at high speeds. Dive bombing in my backyard while fighting each other to death. And eating holes into the side of my house. Three of these mf's even had the nerve to fly into my house and buzz around in my bedroom. Enough was enough at that point. I called Linda and she very kindly set me up for an appointment within 48 hours. Alex came out, assessed the situation, and went to WORK. I told him that I'm not one of these animal/pest lovers. That I wanted these things to suffer for the hell they've brought upon me and my family's inability to enjoy a BBQ without ducking and dodging their constant advances. Alex said say no more. He told me all about the spray that would keep these bumblebee wannabes from continuing to use the wood of my house as their own personal hive. A spray that would directly affect their central nervous system and at worst, repel them to someone else's house, and at best, kill them dead. He sprayed all over the roof and side of my house. Such a beautiful sight to see. Even more beautiful is when my son ran up to me saying "dad, look, dead bees!" They weren't dead yet, but close enough, and probably pondering to themselves, "was this house worth it?" No, it wasn't. If you have any carpenter bee issues, call All American Pest Control. They're super professional. Super knowledgeable. And super effective. read more

Linda helped me get rid of rat problem in my shed the same day I called her. I couldn't be more appreciative. She was very professional & explained everything to me so that I could understand what her game plan was. After discussing, she executed her plan at a fair cost to me & suffice to say, the rats haven't been back since. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of help. read more

Linda Gilbert knows about home pests. We had an outbreak tiny blood sucking pests when my wife returned from a 2 night camping trip in central New Jersey. We didn't have a clue what these little Pests were that were boring themselves into her ankles and legs and moving up toward her belly. It was scary! We called Linda's company and she was soothing to a fault. She heard our anxiousness. She wanted so much to help us identify the pests. She gave us wonderful advice about needing to get to the ER, things to potentially do to mitigate the spreading of the pests throughout the home and trying to get some identification of the pests. She was concerned they could've been deer ticks and Lyme disease scare. It was good that we went to the ER because we were able to get information suggesting they were possibly baby deer ticks and definitely not bed bugs. Linda didn't just try to run out to the house and make a quick buck by taking advantage of two rather anxious women dealing with a crisis with pests. She wasn't like that at all. She was honest and compassionate and knowledgeable and fair and kind to us. And for that we will always be grateful. If we have any pest outbreak at all in this home while we are living here we know what number to dial. We got Linda on speed dial now. PS We ended up taking the pests to an entomologist at the Bergen county Rutgers Cooperative extension in Hackensack. They were able to give us the definitive identification of the baby deer ticks. That's a free service that our tax dollars pay for and there's an agricultural department in every county in the state of New Jersey and in every county in the United States. read more

I was extremely pleased with Linda and the service All American pest control in Clifton NJ provided. My issue was raccoons under my deck. I admit I had shopped around for price and then someone said I should call All American. I'm very glad I did. Their price was reasonable, they always answered or returned my calls, professional and did what they said. We ended up catching 3 raccoons and Linda came and picked them up. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control. read more

We had a mouse issue here at our home in Montclair. We called Linda and the folks at AAPC -- and they were able to come out the very next day. The two gentlemen that came to our home were extremely friendly, and after a very thorough search, let us know what they thought was the best plan. They gave us all costs before they went ahead with the treatment. So far, their treatment has worked extremely well -- and I have a warranty from AAPC in case I need them to come back. I don't give out 5-star ratings too often for businesses, but this one absolutely deserves this. read more

We had mice. I called and the next morning they were out to deal with problem. It was quick, efficient and thoroughly explained. They cover you for a year. It was a great experience working with these folks. read more

I read a lot of positive reviews about this company and was eager to contact them about my issue. However, my experience obtaining a quote wasn't very positive. Linda was curt and agitated because she had to repeat her preparation guidelines to me twice. As you can imagine, I was already feeling a bit overwhelmed by my pest situation and it was a lot of information at once. When I asked her to repeat herself she said, "I'm going to say this again one more time." I understand time is money and you may be a very busy woman. However, I was potentially spending hundreds of dollars for your service which is something I don't take lightly. Might I suggest in the future you have a one page guideline document prepared and saved for future customers. When you run into a potential client that may need something repeated you can KINDLY repeat what was asked and follow up by saying, "I also have document outlining how to prepare for a visit. Would you like me to email that to you?" Simple, professional, and effective..... read more

Wish I can give this company zero stars. So, I was hearing noises in the attic for the first time ever. Two guys came to my house the same day and inspected my home for about 5 minutes and told me there were mice in the attic. They put mice poison around the attic and told me to call if I continued hearing noises. I found it weird that they didn't check for an entry way or inspect the outside of my home. Anyway as expected, a few weeks later I started hearing noises again. Just FYI warranty covers if your home has to be retreated up to a year. Well, I spoke to a lady named Linda and made another appointment. NO ONE showed up. I called Linda again and she gave me an excuse on how she closed the shop early blah blah. Made another appointment no one showed up. Again another excuse she said she had a flat tire. Okay the third time no one showed up I had to raise hell and to my surprise Linda finally showed up but didn't even retreat my house and just said "Give it 4 more weeks to work." As you can guess I had to call again because I continued hearing noises. It was the same issue with this company all over again: made an appointment and no one showed up. Then having to listen to Linda with her ridiculous excuses every single time. I made FIVE appointments no one ever showed up. I ended up hiring another company that did a more thorough inspection and it turned out it was squirrels NOT mice. This company is a JOKE! I'll make sure NOT to recommend this company to anyone I know. read more

Linda is the best, she has come for two different squirrels, both on the weekend. She came on a Saturday night at 8pm and again the next morning to catch the squirrel inside our apartment. She caught both! She also spoke with the landlord to prevent this from ever happening again. She was the best and so so helpful. read more

Surprised by the positive reviews on Linda because she was the WORST. She was negatively helpful and barely wanted to help despite our apartment being covered by her services. She's also incredibly condescending and mansplained a lot of common sense to me while pronouncing it "ratiator" rather than radiator. Needless to say she told me it would take at least 4 weeks to fix our issue when we ended up catching a mouse ourselves instead. RUDE, CONDESCENDING, USELESS. read more

Excellent service. Easy to set up an appointment and arrived on time. I had my garage and home inspected and treated for rodents and insects, I couldn't be happier with the quality of service. Linda explained everything very thoroughly and showed me what work was done and why. Pests are gone! Very professional service. read more

Issac and Alex came by to install a tunnel and blocking. It's a high pitch on the roof and difficult to reach. I was concerned about the penetrations in the roof but Alex said he caulked them. Linda and Dan(iel) are patient, accommodating and understanding. They work with you to explain the process and execute as such. Daniel listened to our concerns while on site and ensured execution and follow-up. We were also comforted by the fact that Arrow Pest Control has them as their recommended wild-life arm, so they have the backing of another company that has been well known and trusted for decades in the area. read more

We've heard a scratching noise behind our wall for 4 days every night for 10hours. Out of frustration I took the sheetrock out only to discover a metal duct. I knew I needed a professional before I did more damage. Reaching out to Linda and Daniel Gilbert of All American Pest Control 973-546-1875 was the best phone call I made. Daniel came to the house and immediately got into my attic and roof. He could have charged me anything but he just gave me a referral for a mouse that was dead in the wall. Professional , Fast and more importantly HONEST. Honesty is very rare nowadays!! I will always have their # on hand and refer all my friends to this great company Thank you American Pest Control !!!!! read more

Wow, can't even explain how smoothly my transaction with All American Pest Control went from begining to end. Even through these tough times of Covid-19 they were able to provide me with a solution for my raccoon problem. Gave them a call and Linda was very kind and knowledgeable, she helped me book an inspection 2 days out. Once the day arrived Alex and Issac were able to find the problem right away and fix it within 30 mins. They were really swift, friendly, knowledgeable and great guys overall. They explained everything so well and got the job done. It's been a few days now and I haven't heard the raccoon in my attic. Thank you all! read more

Fall... (My wife's review) We knew we had bats living under the eaves of our home but didn't realize what a problem is was until we saw a bat bug on our second floor. We knew it was time something needed to be done. As environmentally conscious people, we were happy to read that bats are protected in the state of NJ. Bats can never be killed, only relocated. Also the exclusion process can only occur outside of the maternity season so the babies are able to fly. I called around to several companies but none seemed to work close enough to Hunterdon County to make it cost effective. I spoke to one person who told me he knew a company that works in my area and he would contact them for me. Not even an hour later, I received a call from Linda. She was incredibly sympathetic to my concerns and reassured me that the technicians had over 25 years of experience and could handle any problem they saw. Linda could tell I was worried and scheduled me an appointment that evening after I got home from work. The technicians, Daniel and Mike came to my house and did an extensive inspection of all the areas. Afterwards we sat down and Daniel gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and the recommend treatment. He answered all my questions and gave me all the time I needed to process the information. Daniel and Mike treated my garage and attic for mice and scheduled to come back the next day to take care of the bats. Daniel and Mike spent hours on my roof sealing the areas bats can live and creating the tunnel system for the bats to safely leave. Daniel even patched a spot on my window because he suspected a bat might use it for a new home. Daniel and Mike worked till the job was done. They were thorough and left no stone unturned. I was relieved to hear their services also include a 3 year warranty on the bat control! The staff at All American were professional from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others! read more

On my first call to this company, Linda literally said to me "what do you want, I'm not a mind reader." I should have called it there but I was dumb enough to schedule an appointment anyway. Stood me up due to "low air in one of her tires." Called me 10 minutes before she was due to arrive. Scheduled another one for the next day at 9:30 am. Called me past 10 to tell me she just got off the Parkway. I told her I called someone else. She said "OK, bye." No apologies. So. I would beware of these other 5-star reviews. Linda took our frantic call in the middle of the night right after a bat woke us up in our bedroom. She was very nice & explained to us that someone would come to us the next day. They performed a thorough inspection and then proposed a plan of action which was explained clearly on how to solve our bat problem. Pricing was also explained to us upfront. I called All American Pest Control on a Saturday after chasing a squirrel out of my living room with the help of my neighbors. Linda took my multiple calls filled with questions and uncertainty. He returned a few days later when we heard another young one behind the barrier Linda instructed in setting up. Now the squirrels are gone. Excellent service. I highly recommend them. read more

We called Linda on a Saturday not expecting that she'd be able to come to our home that day since she had a job earlier the same day. But she was very accommodating and said she'd be able to come over later that day. She did a very thorough inspection of our home and was able to quickly identify areas of mouse infestation. She put down traps and told us how to clean up the area using gloves and face masks. She also took the time to walk around the exterior of the house, pointing out potential entry points and recommending the product to use to close up the entry points. This was about 3 weeks ago and we haven't seen any mice since that day. Yay! Linda is very knowledgeable and takes a genuine interest in helping her customers. In addition, her work is guaranteed for one full year. She is also scheduled to come back here after 4 weeks as a follow up to check the traps. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone considering hiring a pest control expert. read more

I was very happy with the prompt and courteous service I received from this company. My wife and I thought their was an animal in our stove exhaust pipe and called All American. Linda answered the phone and assured us someone would be out that afternoon to check it out. She gave us an idea of what the costs would be based on several scenarios. As promised, they came to my home later that day. As it turned out, it was the wind blowing into the pipe that caused the racket but it was still reassuring to know that someone came out to inspect the pipe. Linda called me back as promised and explained everything. Since no animal was found, the cost for All American to come out and do the inspection was very fair. read more

We loved working with Linda and AAPC. She is extremely knowledgable about all types of pest control issues. My husband and I live in an old renovated 18th century farmhouse, surrounded by fields. It was a constant problem keeping small animals (especially field mice) out of the house. Linda figured out where they were entering from and took care of the problem. Since her first visit, 6 months ago, we have not seen one mouse inside the house. We appreciate her friendly, affordable and reliable service. She is also great about arranging follow-up visits. We HIGHLY recommend AAPC. read more

Gave them a call based on their outstanding reviews and they did not disappoint. Heard noises in the attic and explained what was going on to Linda who is the owner of the company. She explained what they will do and what they will check for. I told her I needed them to come before I get my kids from school and her crew were here in less than an hour. Once her crew arrived they asked me what was going on and inspected my roof and attic for any signs of pests. The outcome was mice and they set up traps with food that will kill off the mice. They explained to me the process and how the traps worked and told me that I have a 1 year guarantee to rid the problem of the mice not control. To me that was important that they guarantee the mice won't be back. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get rid of any pest that they have in their home or business. read more
