The hornets nest was an immediate problem and they came within an hour of my phone call! Both times, they delivered fast, efficient service with great customer care and a reasonable price. When the hornets came back, I gave them a call, and they returned to spray again free of charge! That' kind of service is hard to find! Rick Brill, the owner, truly goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied! I 100% recommend them.

We started using this company in July 2023 for the 1 year service package. It has been wonderful…read moreand we are amazed how well it worked. The first time we had David come over to take care of the ants. He was very detail oriented and attentive, yet professional and friendly. He saw that we had little children and he was being extra careful with the process (we later found out he also had a newborn). This is very important for service specialists to be able to connect with their clients while providing excellent customer service. The second time we had Phil come over for a springtail issue we had. We been fighting these springtails for weeks and Phil was about to eradicate them completely in that session in a quick and efficient manner. He was also very accommodating and compassionate as we forgot to ask him to do the garage and he was already back in his truck with the equipment- but he came back out with them to finish our garage. Service providers personalities and professionalisms are things that are not marketed but truly valued. Lastly, Patty, she has been amazingly sweet, supportive, and highly responsive with our requests and concerns every time I asked my 21 questions. We are grateful to come across such great people and we appreciate all that they do. Will def be a regular customer for this company. 5 stars

Loose canon employee- caution as to who this company sends to your house. I've NEVER used this…read morecompany and I would never use this company after one of their drivers tried to run myself and my kids off the road on rt 4. Traffic was slowly merging and it was my turn to merge. Since the Heritage pest control driver was texting, there was more than enough room to merge. However he became enraged when he finally looked up, so he swerved into the left lane next to me, got within an inch of my vehicle and began launching disgusting fountain sodas bottles at and into my car hitting me and almost my son. I rolled up the windows (it was summer) to protect myself and my kids and called the police- as we were SITTING in traffic next to him. He saw me call (probably assumed the cops) and began driving erratically through traffic and finally up the shoulder until he got off on Morlet. I was so shaken up and was unable to get his plate but I called the company and spoke to the owner who became quite defensive about the situation. The employee's behavior and the response from the owner after being physically assaulted and degraded from his nasty soda bottles is VILE. This unhinged, aggressive, explosive, attacker is the reason why I have a dash cam. I would NEVER EVER willingly bring someone like that around me or my family, let alone share my address with them. Why run from the cops if you're innocent or don't have a history? The response from the owner was appalling and disgusting which speaks as high as his morale. No wonder he hires who he hires. I'd post photos of my car but I truly fear this mentally unstable person will see.

Gotta be 5 stars. Brian called me back about 15 minutes after I emailed him through his website…read moreabout my cave cricket problem. He came, as promised around 12:30. He explained his process and sold me on the yearly contract, which if after think about it, bugs are ALWAYS gonna be around and really need to be controlled. One shot might help, but you just know these little b*****ds are going to come back. Prices are reasonable and Brian is very personable answering all our questions in detail. I'll be happy to recommend him (Mrs. Bzzz) to anyone who asks. Two days later... a couple of cave crickets are still around, but they're all dazed and staggering. No where near the amount I was experiencing.

When I called, the man who answered was very snappy, told me I was in the wrong, and REFUSED to dispute the charge. Instead, he said the one-time service fee is $475, so they needed to charge the rest of it. ALMOST $500 just to come set up traps that DON'T EVEN WORK. I am beyond frustrated. I told the man to just charge me and never contact me again, and he had the nerve to ask what was wrong... WHAT WAS WRONG?? I already had mouse traps out, and all they did was come out and add more traps (Tomcat Mouse Killer), which have caught NOTHING. The only traps that have actually worked were the ones I had already placed. We've probably seen more mice since they came out.
