We've are in our second year as a Kapture customer and couldn't be happier. I started noticing mice, after the two cold spells. I looked up pest control companies, using Angie's list. I submitted the questionnaire, and in less than 30 seconds, I was speaking to John, the owner of this company. He scheduled an appointment for the next day. John sent Anthony, his technician, who placed traps and feeding boxes. Anthony stopped back today, and I was happy to learn that there was no evidence of mice eating the bait. I did not see a mouse, after three days of Anthony's first visit. Anthony was very knowledgeable about how mice travel through your house. This is probably my favorite service company. Unlike the cable company and the electrician they did not tell me they would randomly show up between 2pm-6pm. Instead they gave me an appointment time and showed up on time. The service was also very good. The technician took the time to do a thorough inspection. Then he showed exactly why and what was causing the issue. He got rid of the issue and it's been gone since. I'm very happy with their service and would highly recommend them. read more

Called for help with serious noises in walls in multiple locations. David, their tech arrived and made a thorough walk-through and walk-around. He proved to be not only extremely professional and technically adept but also extremely honest. His conclusion was that my problems probably were birds or squirrels, which Kapture does not promise to fix. I decided to change exterminators last year and use Kapture's 1 year service plan. They were a little cheaper and offered to win a i pad on signing up. They have great costumer service, have friendly staff and and are very prompt which is probably the best part about the service. I originally called them about a grey squirrel problem. Which unfortunately they were unable to address do to the scale of the problem, they referred me to someone else. I appreciated their honesty. Come spring time After my spring service i had a bad clover mite problem which took 2 more visits to fix. Even after that my yard had quite a bit of more bug activity compared to the previous years. MY OPINION IS they weren't well equipped enough for my property and i will be switching back to my old exterminator. read more

I am thrilled with their service. Our backyard was uninhabitable during the summer evenings, especially after 5 pm, because of mosquitos but ever since the 1st treatment, no one has been bitten. We had a squirrel "break in" on our roof. I called Kapture and they found the location and installed the one way tunnel. We live very high up, about 40 feet above street level with a lot of steps. It wasn't an easy install but Kapture did it perfectly. The technician also explained everything clearly to me. The next day we heard the squirrels and I was convinced they were going around the tunnel and still coming inside. I called Kapture and, will admit, I had an attitude. John at Kapture was 100% professional, kind, and patient with me. He asked me to send a picture of what I was seeing. I did, and he clearly explained that the squirrel was out. The noise I was hearing was the squirrel trying, but failing to get back into his "home". He told me to give it a day or two and the squirrel would stop. He was right. Within 48 hours the squirrel gave up and moved on. About two weeks later Kapture called to check on everything. All was quiet. The squirrel was gone. They then sent their guy back out to remove the tunnel, and left chicken wire in the hole, which we then got sealed. Kapture was worth every penny. Very professional. Great work.
