They insist on using an AI model for communications, which caused a disconnect in the service I expected and the service I received. I rescheduled service via the text line they insisted to use, yet they still showed up on the initial schedule They spam call you with automated messages about an "important update to your account," but the recording tells you that you have to hangup and DIAL an entirely different 1800 number. When you hangup and dial said #, an AI assistant answers and starts asking you what you need help with as if I was the one reaching out with "an important update." They'll make an appointment, take your money and then never show up - choose someone else! I had a cockroach issue in my car in August (live in apartment building where the parking lot is next to a restaurant dumpster...lovely...), called via automated system, made an appointment. I sat home for the 4hr window, nobody ever showed up. So in the meantime we mitigated the issue ourselves. A month goes by, another cockroach shows up and I call, guy says "we'll spray your car, come back in two weeks and spray again, and then you're warrantied for 60 days and it will cost you X" Day of appointment, guy texts 30mins prior to appt and texts 5 mins before arrival. He shows up, says he can't spray it would ruin the interior and basically black lights the car and leaves some bait which we already did and a week later I'm charged the full amount on my card despite being told "the card information is just a hold and you won't be charged". Two weeks go by, no communication. I get a text on a Monday that I missed an appointment that was scheduled for Saturday? No call, no email, no text from them at all so I call their customer service line which is USELESS. I schedule an appt for Weds and again I wait for 4 hrs between 2pm-6pm waiting for this tech to come. He never shows, no calls, no texts no emails. I call customer service, "oh I am so sorry yada yada yada" they reschedule for a 4hr window on Thursday...THE GUY NEVER SHOWS AGAIN I have now wasted 12 hours of my life waiting for someone to show up, choose someone else, save yourself the headache. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. The worst service to choose from, please go elsewhere. 1. we used mosquito service - first 2 sprays did nothing. Had to call several times to get them to keep spraying. eventually we gave up because there is no listed phone number for the local center, and they often "accidentally" disconnect you when you call with question/concern. 2. we used general pest spray - spray worked pretty well, but we were supposed to have a spray every 3-4months. after 6 weeks they began charging us monthly for the pest spray but did not come to spray. Actually, this would happen with mosquitoes too: they charge your account monthly but never come to the property unless you remember to call (and manage to get through to someone who can schedule your service). 3. we used groundhog trap service - they trapped one groundhog but not the other 3 but did not leave traps nor give any partial refund. the groundhogs continue to eat our gardens. Overall: Customer service is horrendous, getting through via phone is a nightmare, charges are made frequently on your card without notice and without a service, products aren't worth the hassle. We recently requested for service from this company to get rid of the groundhog burrowing and living by our front steps. We were charged over $600 and they never caught it. All they did was put the trap (closed on weekend, and placed near the hole where the animal does not go in and out of) and a piece of fruit in it. It was over $600 charge for them to do that and check it for 7 days (did I mention closed the trap on the weekends??!!) at one point I saw that the food they placed in the trap was eaten but it did not catch whatever ate the food in the trap!! We were robbed of $600 with no resolution to what we hired them to do!! They didn't put any effort in catching the animal because we would have to pay more for them to keep the trap in place!! This company is a disappointment! We were scammed!!! Do not hire these people!! read more

Then I got the run around, from Viking the initial person I spoke with to cancel, couldn't cancel my appointment and that I had to be transferred to a different department. However, He couldn't transfer me to a different department, instead he wanted to directly put me in their Cue. Sounds like they want to see how long I would wait until i just hung up and said F**k it. I get that when you call to schedule, you'll want to send me to the sales department to explain all the packages, treatments, etc... But, when a customer calls and wants to cancel the appointment. The CS person taking the call, should be able to cancel forthwith. By the way, they are a total rip-off! I had a flea problem so I called Viking. The first technician that came was very good. Did not explain very much. Most of the information I received came from my vet. Not sure where the remainder of the technicians came from. In and out as quickly as possible. My advice : put indoor cameras and watch what they do unbelievable. They submit their worksheets the times in and out are not accurate and they make up fake reports. Put cameras in your home . You are not allowed to remain in your home.
