This past week, Steve Post came to do our quarterly inspection/ treatment. He was excellent. He communicated everything he was doing and explained any areas of concern to me clearly. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that I am not a fan of forcing customers to review a service with the offer of a $5 bonus to the service tech. This maneuver is being used by Amazon and other companies to give the impression to possible new customers that this company or product is far superior to other options. Reviews should be all about honesty and not solicited; especially if it means that the tech could lose out on money. Viking.....please do not put customers in the awkward position of having to feel bad for not providing a review every single service to benefit the worker. I had my regular Viking service today for rodents, ants and wasps. My technician, Greg Walker was the most thorough (and most communicative) since I started using Viking. He checked and re-bated all of the bate stations, disposed of several dead mice (that traps are doing their job!) and sprayed the perimeter. He also note some other issues to watch.
