The two owners are from China. The brand was founded in Beijing on 2014-04-08 and now has over 65 locations in Beijing. The Chinese Hamburger is called Rou Jia Mo (肉夹馍) in Chinese, which literally translates to "meat in a bun". It is the cuisine of China's Shaanxi province, which has the capital city of Xi'An (or Xian), where you find the terracotta warriors. I had the jade fried rice as well, and the beef in this dish tastes entirely different but also very tender and soft. Also comes with a lot of the pho greens. The pho dish is more traditional, maybe a little too salty on the soup, but again great taste with the noodles, vegetables, and beef. The amount of food served is a lot as well, it was another whole meal for leftovers the next day. We had the option to pay in cash for 10% off.
