I shouldn't have done that. I was uncomfortable the entire time. The nail tech seemed annoyed that I only got a manicure on my extra-short nails. She also said she'll try her best because they're so short. I should have left right then. She didn't paint the entire nail and rushed through the entire appointment. It's also very uneven. After she told me I should have gotten dip instead of shellac. Why didn't she didn't recommend that in the beginning? She tried to make the horrible job my fault. The pedicure was good. I still won't be going back. Horrible customer service and professional nail service in general. Thank goodness there are other nails salons in the area for me to try.

Nothing hurts, they are picky about getting things right, and they give you free drinks: coffee, bottled water, orange juice and sometimes champagne. The people are all super sweet. The manager, Cindy, is an especially impressive person who seems to always be working from schedules to head rubs, she does more than what is needed all the time. You won't be dissappointed.

They have a lot of drink options and take good care of you making sure you always have a drink if you want one. My friend had an appointment on Sunday, but I didn't make one, so I did have to wait for 45 minutes. But they let me sit next to her in the pedicure chair while I waited. Diane took great care of me and it was truly the best pedicure I've ever had. I can see why my friend has been a client of hers for so long. I've already decided to become her regular. My friend is big on design nails so she makes her appointments with Sky. I decided to try designs and had my nails done by Simon! He was amazing. I've already been complimented so many times on my nails that he did and I haven't even had them done for a week. I'm obsessed.
