I'm not sure what part of this burger was my favorite: the smashed patty of beef, the tangy sauce, the sharp cheese, or the brioche bun. Maybe it was all of the above. The hand cut fries were also delicious with just the right amount of kosher salt.

I decided to take a break from wandering around Wonderland Mall and stumbled across this cool little restaurant in the food court. The place looked awesome! Kind of like it was trying to be the "hidden gem" of the food court, and honestly, it pulled it off. Great vibe, cute setup, and the food? Delicious. And not the kind of delicious that makes your bank account cry afterward. Big win. Now... the staff. Whew. Let's just say the customer service had the personality of a loading screen. No "Welcome!" No "Hi, what can I get you?" Not even a head nod. I walked up like, "Hello?" and they looked at me like I was interrupting them. It felt less like ordering food and more like trying to buy a house from a very disappointed realtor. But hey at least the food showed up with better manners than the staff. Flavorful, fresh, and honestly redeemed the whole situation. So overall: great food, cute little restaurant, prices that don't make you reconsider your life choices... just don't expect a warm welcome. You'll get good food and a side of attitude for free.

But they do lettuce wrapped, still not the same though. The service is always great since I have the extra modifications. The ambiance is nice, we are able to hear each other speak even though there are tv's playing. I'm a sucker for their bistro burger and the cucumber cup as a side.

FIRST TIME VISIT!…read more Woohoo! Been looking for chili cheese fries and happened upon a review for this place boasting fries with a homemade chili so we HAD TO stop in tonight. THE LOCATION: on the very end of a string of businesses in a strip mall that I've never been in before, so that was cool. Lots of parking, that'll never be an issue. And right off the 410. THE MENU: Burgers, dogs, Mexi-style munchies and a variety of frozen dessert-type items like shakes, frozen fruit concoctions and Italian ice. THE STAFF: I wasn't overwhelmed with a warm welcome and smiles, at least from the guys. Lol! They should really work on that. There was a sweet gal who ran out our food orders and she was great. THE FOOD: I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich deluxe with tots and a sweet tea. The grilled chicken was juicy and cooked well and the bun was lovely, slightly sweet and toasted. Overall, the sandwich could've used more flavor, like a creamy bbq spread and cheddar instead of the "Swiss" cheese that tasted more like American cheese. But overall, 7/10. The tots were extra crispy and the guy who took my order didn't take heed to my request for ranch. I was too lazy to get up again so I settled for ketchup. The sweet tea was nicely sweet and fresh, I'll be sipping this in my dreams. The hubby ordered the bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and an Oreo cookie shake. The burger looked good and he ate it quick, so there's that. This guy can EAT so it surprised us both when he slowed down fast after eating that burger. Lol! He kept saying how filling it was, but then he also killed a large shake before the food arrived, so there's that. He ate most of his chili cheese fries, leaving me a few bites to sample. Not bad. I order a Coco Haven frozen dessert to go and omg is this thing delightful! Vanilla ice cream and coconut Italian ice (?) with a blue snow cone-like syrup drizzled throughout. I loved the texture of what I believed to be Italian ice. Smooth and flaky, a perfect icy dessert. OVERALL: decent eatery, the hubby said we can go back (LOL!) Shockerrrrr! But I recommend the staff tries harder to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable. The next visit will be telling.

They've got a solid lineup of burgers on the menu, but I was there for one thing, their Philly cheesesteaks. We both ordered the fully loaded version with fajita peppers and a side of crispy tots. The sandwich was stacked, flavorful, and cooked just right, easily one of the better cheesesteaks you'll find around here. If you're looking for great burgers and even better cheesesteaks, Smash'd is absolutely your spot. Friendly service, good portions, and a menu that hits the mark. Highly recommend checking it out.

Yeah, okay, it's convenient, but by the time you pay to park (minimum of four hours, which pissed me off) and then have your tiny, overpriced burger...you gonna be mad. Do yourself a favor and fight for street parking. I walked up to the outside counter Saturday night about 7:20. Never been here. The ladies behind the counter obviously could NOT have cared less. No nice welcome...no pleasantries. Nothing said. I spoke first, asking about seating availability inside (it was chilly), and they were rude - looked at me like I was from outer space and said they didn't know. They said they didn't know in that "yeah, good luck with that...it's Saturday at 7, dumbass" kinda way. How could you not know? And if you truly didn't know, which one of them should have gone to check for me. So I went and checked myself. Turns out: plenty of seating. Returned to the chilly duo and placed my order. Ordered the Wake and Bacon burger. I also ordered a Topo Chico, which was also met with a blank "are you from this planet?" stare. How do you not have Topo Chico or something similar !? The burger was just okay. Tiny, but tasty. Fries were so salty and over-seasoned as to be almost inedible. No one checked on me after bringing me my burger. Not one time. The only reason I gave the third star: neat, dog friendly outside area which would be cool for a group outing. Probably not going back.

Multiple seating areas inside & outside. Private room rentals for a party. I placed an order online for tostada burger to go and it was ready at counter on time. I opened the box and my jaw dropped - holy cheese!!!! I believe their website says it's 1/4 lb patty and there was probably close to 1/4 lb cheese on there! Well maybe not that much but there was a lot and it was perfectly melty. I ordered fries but didn't eat then because the burger was so delicious then I was stuffed. I went back a few days later before leaving town and enjoyed 1/2 order of bean & cheese nachos and margarita on their patio. Saw many people enjoying burgers & milkshakes. It's sooooo good. Over the years, I watched as Chris grew the business and it expanded to a place where hundreds could sit and enjoy the consistent quality he offered. Sadly, Chris went to Jesus a few years ago and the family sold it to a group that promised to maintain Chris' vision. They have largely done that. The burgers are 5-star classics served in a welcoming party atmosphere. My three star review is not for the food or the good service, it's for the constant price increases that make the customer feel like they are the new guy in the cellblock every time they open their wallet. They jumped near 100% with COVID and are now 50% above that!! It's getting to the point where one would rather eat at home! C'mon, guys. Try to hold the line on prices!
