The coworkers made the choice for this for lunch. Big sandwiches are my only thing I do not want for lunch ever but I rode with them and the server was actually a great guy and the cleanliness and service was really good that day. I did order a wrap instead of a big bread sandwich and it was good. This was a good location for lunch. read more

One of my fiancé's favorite sandwich shops. This Jimmy John's has been consistent in quality, cleanliness, and service over the many time I've been. It's normally pretty quiet no matter what time we go, and there's always open tables if you decide to eat in. Their ingredients are fresh and we always get our sandwiches shortly after ordering. Every once in a while they'll leave on an ingredient on the sandwich that we asked be left out, but if that's the most I can say against this location I'd say they're doing really well. If you're in the mood for Jimmy John's, give this location a try. read more

Jimmy John's - #11 COUNTRY CLUB (Little John size) - Sandwiches Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

2nd time ever trying Jimmy John's came in 30 mins to closing time and ordered a toasted country club sandwich with pickles and by the time I got home and checked my order to realize that not only is the sandwich not toasted there's was no meat or cheese on the sandwich after the store was closed... I came in next day to see if I could get it replaced willing to show them video and copy of my receipt and associate Carter told me he could not do anything about it because I didn't not report it that day even tho the store was already closing and lived 15 mins away. I feel the easy thing would be to just replace the sandwich instead of acting like it's an inconvenience that a customer is reporting an error on the part of the store read more

I usually get a sandwich from Subway. But I saw a Jimmy John's across the street on Callaghan Road. I said let me go try Jimmy John's. So I go to Jimmy John's. The male manager was very rude. I walked into Jimmy John's and the music was sooo loud. I felt sorry for the employees that have to listen to this loud music all day long. I told the manager, could you play that music any louder? And he said, yes, I can do that. And I said, go ahead and play it louder because I'm leaving. And I turned around and I left. I got in my car, and I drove across the street to Subway, where the music wasn't blasting my eardrums and the manager wasn't such a smart aleck. Jimmy John's need to retrain this manager. Then they wonder why such an employee turnover. read more

Jimmy John's - #12, quartered pickle, unsweet tea large. - Sandwiches Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

This location has the worst service. One day it took over 45 minutes, sandwich was soggy. Called the location, women that answered basically could care less, just said " driver had a lot of deliveries". Two days later ordered two complete meals, after 40 minutes and the tracker showed still preparing order, called and the same women answered. Stated they were sharing drivers, when I asked how much longer, she calmly stated, I can't tell you, maybe another 30 or 45 minutes before he comes back, you want a refund? Worst customer service ever! Called back and left my number for the Mgr, never heard back. I guess he sets the standard for the employees! read more

Jimmy John's Sandwiches in general have been consistently tasty and fresh when I've had them. My low score is due to the lack of staffing at this location. When we went around 6 pm on a Friday, there was only one staff person, working both the register and making the sandwiches. This person did a great job and made delicious sandwiches, but I saw how they struggled to both make the sandwiches and still check people in at the register as they walked in. They did a phenomenal job. My low score is due to this location allowing this situation to happen at a busy time, it's unprofessional. There should have been at the minimum at least two people working at the same time. I saw someone walk in about an hour after we arrived who did work there, but that was after leaving the one staff person alone through a busy time. Again, they did a great job, but should've never been put in that position to have to manage everything on their own. Please make sure your staff are supported at this location. read more

I eat at this Jimmy John's location a few times a week. The sandwiches are good, but the staff is the reason why I keep coming back. They don't just sell food, they create relationships. I come in and they greet me by name. To this day I've never seen a negative interaction in this store. In short: Good food. Great people. read more

I frequent this place for lunch during my work hours for a good reason, the Jimmy Johns staff has it down, sandwiches made extra fast with accuracy; lunch hour rush? No problem here, they may be busy but I have yet to provide an error with my order for as many times as I have been coming here. The menu offers something for everyone from vegetarians to your savvy sandwich eaters, the soft drinks as well are in good combination with the sandwiches, they also have a good selection of chips to pair with your sandwich; a perfect combo! This location in particular is always kept clean, and is always busy, they do delivery as well so don't forget to tip your delivery person if you ever have the need to order a sandwich if you need something delivered to you. The staff is very efficient and customer focused as well, but I think Jimmy Johns has an environment all on it's own, so people who come here frequently know how fast-paced this pace is. My recommendations are the Bootlegger club and don't forget that avocado spread! Add some "Kickin' Ranch" if you're feeling extra ;) read more

Our team orders food from this location regularly. On one occasion, they forgot to include some chips. The following time our order was VERY late (past our lunch time) and the unwich had a bug inside the lettuce. The manager at the time stated that he would give 50% off discount on the 3 sandwiches that were late and 100% discount on the unwich that had a bug for a future order. We called today and apparently that manager is gone. Spoke to someone named Glenda who was really rude- stated she could only honor the $1 for the chips but could not honor anything else. She stated she would call me back "maybe after 2" and when asking whether there was someone else I could speak with she stated I could look on the website. Completely unacceptable. read more

The staff doesn't listen when taking an order. How hard and long does it take to make a standard sandwich. If you don't like your job get a new one. McDonald's is always hiring. I plan on calling jimmy today read more

I live 7 minutes away from this location and after an HOUR I had to just cancel my order. When I called at the 40 minute mark and asked about my order the girl did not ask for an order number, name, address, anything. She just goes "oh the driver is on his way it'll be there soon. Bye." I called back at the hour mark and cancelled. Girl's response? "Ok, have a good day." DONE WITH THIS LOCATION. read more

Love Love Love their sandwiches. I have had occasion to use their app to order on line for delivery and in-store pick up. The app is easy to use. The food is great, the bread especially amazing (soft but not chewy). I also stop in and order at the counter. I have always been greeted as I enter and my order taken promptly. Never got it wrong. I ordered a meal for myself and my husband today. 30 minutes later, when the delivery had not shine up, I called. They said they were really busy and a driver called in. I asked if I would get a refund since it wasn't "freaky fast"? He said to give it ten minutes. The order finally got to my house in 45 minutes. No apology, no refund. They usually deliver to me within ten minutes. They could have at least given me a coupon for a free cookie. Oh well. read more

I walked into Jimmy Johns and I swear to you I was out within three minutes with a perfect sandwich. I've been a vegetarian for about a year now, which means I haven't had Jimmy Johns in about a year because I don't believe in veggie sandwiches. However, when my friend raved to me about the incredible meat-free sandwich at Jimmy Johns I literally came in the same day because I used to loooooooove Jimmy Johns (like once a week a minimum type of love). The sandwich here was incredible, the customer service here was incredible. I will be returning. By the way, the veggie delight #13 included double provolone, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, tomato & mayo and is quite filling , MUST try. read more

This JJ's is always on time and always fresh. They are really kind, fast, and reliable! read more

this place is purely more trouble than it is worth. even when they have promotional deals the subs are worth less a dollar in USD but at least 5 cents in mexican pesos because the portion size is great for a kid. not for an adult. they also make to stupid decision to limit the amount of subs you can buy during the promotion offer per person. like that is going to do them any favors in racking up sales in the long run for them. the irony here is they cannot even attempt hold themselves up to their own personal standards while they have unrealistic expectations of long term profit margins for themselves, they are the ones holding themselves back by placing limits on their promotional offers and not using other food delivery services to deliver their orders in a timely manner. of course the 3rd party food delivery service is a risk in itself because of food tampering so that itself is another problem. the business has a serious ego trip causing them to be high off their own supply and its costing them in the long run because of it. do not bother coming here. read more

Ordered for delivery and it took about 30 mins. It's only 1.4 miles from me and usually Jimmy John's is much quicker, hence their "freeky fast" slogan. They also forgot my chips, which I called and had refunded. Bummer. On another note, I ordered peppers on my sandwich for the first time and they are delicious. Also, they threw in a sample of the new 'kickin Ranch' and it was pretty good. Wish the service was better at this location. read more

Went into this Jimmy Johns almost at closing and was greeted by a welcoming staff. They were patient as I did not know what to order right away. Ordered the number #9 and was amazed at how fresh my sub tasted. The flavors were on point (tasted amazing) and it was one of the best Italian subs I've had. They have a standard variety of chip choices which is normal. The BBQ chips I selected were crunchy and flavorful and reminded me of Ms. Vicky's chips. This is a new Jimmy Johns location and I hope they keep up the friendliness because I greatly appreciate it. read more

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this location!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Both times it took over an hour to receive my order, and mind you I'm only 7 mins away... I shldnt have to leave my office if "delivery" is considered an option! I Called the store only to be told oh well the driver has a lot of orders... First off if you know your store is ALWAYS busy than maybe you should hire MORE DRIVERS??? You would think!!! This location has the WORST customer service ever!!! "FREAKY FAST MY A$$!" read more

My complaint is the false advertising used to make a sale. Then it gets played off by the store as corporate is advertising the false claim and the culprit franchise is hands in the air lying with their corporate masters. If you're advertising a discount show the integrity to follow through with that discount. The app and web site are deceptive this way. read more

Disapointed with sandwishes. They only sale cold sandwishes and the only dressing is mayo. Sprite taste like dirt, i think the machine needs to be clean. I do not recommend this place, subway is better option. read more

I received great service here! I walked into buy a sandwich for someone else and made an odd suggestion if cheese on the side because I didn't know if they wanted any and the cashier didn't make a big stink of it. :) The restaurant was very clean. Was in mood for a good Italian sub. Got it super fast but the dressing is mostly just oil no flavor. Meat was so thin it could have been on a much smaller roll. If I came back I'd cut the roll in half and have less bread. Bottom line, not a good sandwich. Maybe this critique will help make a few changes but until then I'll go elsewhere. BBQ chips are tasty. read more

ZERO STARS!!!! WELL DESERVED ZERO STARS!!! I had to choose a star to post this review. I work only 350ft away from this location. After waiting the entirety of my lunch break which was 30 minutes I called. Usually they are freaky fast but today they were freaky slow. The manager told me my order was in route. 10 minutes later (now at 40 mins) the delivery guy calls and says he's at the front but he was at a wrong location as I'm trying to be understanding and trying to help him get to the CORRECT LOCATION he abruptly hangs up on me.... RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I called the location AGAIN and spoke to the manager AGAIN. I explained I could understand they are short handed but come on. She had nothing to say so I cancelled my order and she still had nothing to say. Hey Jimmy Johns, do your managers go through proper customer service training or do you just hire any slug to be a manager?? Well, you have officially LOST my business and my other co workers who agree the situation could've been handled better!!! Now, let's talk quality. A few months ago I called to complain about small pieces of plastic I almost swallowed in my fountain drink from this same location. I called and spoke to a female who answered and she said it was normal and it was just calcium build up from the soda machine. CLEAN YOUR MACHINES BEFORE YOU GET SOMEONE SICK!!!!!!! Google gives free directions.. try that next time. I know how difficult it is to just cross the street. Just 350ft.. ‍‍‍ read more

Good sandwiches and excellent customer service! My favorite is the #9 Italian night club

I have no idea what happened today. I worked through lunch and made time to order a sandwich online. The Jimmy John's closest to my office is .2 miles away. I placed an order for a sandwich on wheat and add sprouts. That was a complicated as I made it. I ordered my sandwich at 2:37 - well after a noon lunch rush and it was delivered at 3:47 pm. I even called at 3:30 to see if they could track it down. "It will be there in about 10 minutes. Sorry about that!" That's it? It's been an hour and you say "about 10 minutes". So why didn't I just get it myself? Well I got busy. I thought is would be fast. I see them deliver to this building ALL the time. I did pick up there two weeks ago - but the Mexican restaurant drive thru line blocks all the Jimmy John parking. I really didn't think it would take an hour. The sandwich was delicious- I think. I devoured it. I was so hungry by that time. Now that I have eaten I will call and talk to a manager. In my previous state I should not have been allowed to even send an email. Jimmy John's do you really think it is ok to take an hour to deliver a sandwich .2 miles away after your lunch rush? read more
