This is a used bookstore that is very reasonably prices at $3 for paperbacks and $5 for hardbacks with a few other prices in between. They do game nights and have board games spread throughout the store. I really enjoyed having D20 die to figure out a drink because I happen to be very indecisive when there are lots of choices. We ended up a red wedding (17) and a stygian jungle night (18). Both were really good and my friend and I cannot wait to stop at this store again when we are back in town!

It was well spiced and had a subtle apple cinnamon flavor to it. We both were thoroughly impressed by our drinks here and would highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area!

Their espresso is okay, I don't know if it's just my preferences but it tasted a little over roasted to me but I still enjoyed it. My big draw here though is I love the ambience and location. I really like being able to sit at the big Windows looking out at the Mississippi River. I like their location because as a study break or if you want to get out after the Riverwalk is right outside so it's easy to hop on that for a run or walk directly afterward(you also are within 2 to 3 miles of the bridge connecting Moline and bettendorf as well as the bridge to Sylvan Island which are fun places to get out to.

I woke up hungry and ready for a cup of coffee. I was especially pleased to walk in to have a treat and found live music in this great spot. My hubby joined me after his golf game and we sat there enjoying delicious sandwiches and coffee. My only negatives were the service was questionable and the coffees were way too hot. Mine bordered on bitter. The gentleman delivering orders spent too much time going from table to table trying to figure how who the food belonged to. There is a cute patio but we chose to stay in and enjoy the music.

I was lucky enough to be around when a charismatic employee decided to hand out a few freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! This must be my lucky day, I thought! The location of this coffee shop should be a winner for all in the area and travelers coming in from the airport just about half mile away. It does have a drive thru that, since I have been here, has been flowing effortlessly. The ambiance is a normal coffee shop vibe. I will say that the live edge bar, that you can either stand or sit to enjoy your beverage, is a nice touch! This will be a stop whenever I can make it back in the area for sure! Best of luck to Sunny's in this journey of caffeinated ( or decaf ) bliss that we strive for in our busy lives!

As I started to work, I was approached by a girl and asked if I would like to order anything and told her that I would be purchasing something in a little bit as I had just eaten and was very full at the moment. A very short time later, she approached me again and tells me that I have been sitting here for 20 minutes (definitely did not seem like 20 minutes) and I have to order something or leave because Starbucks has changed its policy. As someone who has spent their entire career in the food, beverage and customer service industries, I suggest, #1 If the new policy is not posted somewhere in the store then staff should kindly inform guests. Not time people and tell them how long they have been there and told to leave if the do not order something. #2 The new policy should have been politely and respectfully conveyed the first time she approached me. Please train your employees the proper way to inform guests of new policies, how to politely and respectfully speak to customers and exactly what customer service is.
