The person who took my order argued several minutes with me about how the drink should be made. I was telling her whatever is in the product that's powdered is fine but I need coconut milk as I am lactose intolerant to be able to drink my coffee without having stomach issues with regular milk. The service was extremely rude and I did not like how she was treating me nor another customer should be treated, if they need a silent change like a milk change or another substitute for thier order please don't try to talk them out of doing what they wanted unless that item is no longer available or simply say they aren't allowed to do customizations. I also had a bagel toasted, was good.
