We come here every few months to get Bailey's nails ground. Bailey, a rescue, is nervous around strangers and doesn't do well at vet appointments either. Kirsten has such a calming presence, and she knows that Bailey doesn't want to be there either, so Kirsten is great at getting Bailey in and out fast, talking to her in a gentle, comforting voice the entire time. I highly recommend going to see Kirsten for all your grooming needs, especially if you have an anxious dog. read more

I just want to say I have been taking my morkie to Kristin for five years. During this time I have seen small dogs and very large dogs go to get groomed and I will say I am sure each one has its problems. She handles them like the pro that she is. As in any professional situation there might be problems but none of us are perfect. She loves each one and cares for them as her on. That place is her business and she will always care and continue to love and groom each dog . read more

New to this side of town and found Kirstin on here, (Yelp.) Very happy with her response time, availability, and pricing. She was extremely personable which is important to me! I had never taken a dog to the groomers and our dog is 9! She handled her very well and even accommodated me by bringing her out to my car because I also have an infant. I will absolutely be returning! My girl smells so good, feels so fluffy, and is also happy to be clean! read more

Groomer responded quickly and was able to get us in right away. We loved the cut for our two dogs.

Kirsten is awesome! My son is out of the country and very picky about groomers. I have been tasked as Kosmo's "grandmother" and keeper for awhile to take charge. I looked at reviews and chose Vibes. Sometimes, like Forest Gump, you really never know what you're gonna get. I am pleased to report (through text pics to my son) "Mom, he looks great!! Kirsten is a miracle worker!" (See before and after pics of Kosmo and pics of her working on her masterpiece!). Kosmo loved her "vibe" and she even had great music playing to soothe him and get her in the groove while doing something dogs do not normally love having done to them. I truly hesitate to give such a great review for fear of never getting in again but here it is ... Kirsten is hands down the best in the west! Also, I already scheduled for his next appointment, so there's that! Kirsten at Vibes Rocks!!! read more

This shop is amazing!! Kirsten is very detailed and attentive and has incredible CBD products for your animal. My Luna hates water and hates being cleaned. The CBD has completely changed the experience Luna has while Kirsten's shop. She is calm during the whole process now. She used to shake and have massive anxiety. I use CBD products now during several high-anxiety situations for Luna, and it's a lifesaver!! Car rides, hotel stays, 4th of July. The list goes on and on how grateful I am for finding these products! Thank you, Kirsten!! read more

I feel like I should post a before and after picture to show everyone the great grooming my little malti-pom, Riley received here. She went in looking like a sweet, but messy little mop and came out fresh as a daisy- looking like a happy puppy again. The ladies were very nice and the groom priced right, It's a smaller store with no holding areas to speak of, so they do ask that you pick up your dog in an hour - which is great with me ! I want my pup back as soon as possible. Happy to find Vibes and will be back for sure. read more
