Would review their services but we couldn't even get that far. I came in with my kids and our puppy (7months). We were looking for some treats and chew toys. No one even acknowledged we were there and then when our dog barked someone popped their head out and told us to go to the back of the store because we were disturbing the dogs being groomed. I'm confused as I thought this was a store for dogs so a puppy barking would be normal. Also if we are banished to the back of the store how are we supposed to shop for what we need when the things we need are up front. It is really sad as you try to support local businesses but are treated poorly. I drove all the way to Parker petsmart to get what we needed. If you need food or toys or treats just order online or go somewhere else! Also they charge an extra 3% if you use your credit card. read more

Devastated how my poor guy came back looking after an appt here. I asked them not to cut his ears or tail, they did both, razor burn between his eyes, totally uneven mustache, cut off his eyelashes. Plucked his ears to the point they were so irritated he made them bleed. Maybe this place is better for dogs who don't need a style? I don't know. But for a $90 groom and a $20 tip I'm just shocked. They did offer to try to fix him and give him a bath for free but really only time will fix this mess read more

I experienced a very unprofessional approach. They don't care for their customers or the dogs. They only see the Dollars as quick and a fast income. They are rude and aggressive. In fact they make you feel so guilty of going there or having a dog. I don't recommend them at all. I have always paid them what they have asked for and as a curtesy have paid them tips trying to help the workers, but oh my !!the owner is so rude that, I don't wish to see her face again. read more

So rude and Gigi is pompous! Walked in to ask a few questions and GG came out who was incurably rude. She acted burdened . I was told gigi welcomed special needs but when I told her the best way to cut my dogs nails she was just matter-of-fact and couldn't have cared less. I asked about a nail trim... $18... They are always so rude. They never seem happy to be working there. I feel like I have given them a fair chance and every time I am just disappointed. Haircuts are so so. I ask for one thing and get a version of what I wanted. Luckily they haven't injured my dogs so that's a plus. So disappointed after going here with our Goldendoodle for the first time!! First, they take forever. We dropped our dog off shortly after 8am and she wasn't ready to pick up until after 2:30! Second, when we got home she ran to her water bowl and chugged 2 1/2 bowls of water. They must not have given her anything to drink that entire time she was there. Third, and the final straw, they cut her by her lip really bad, and she now has SEVERAL cuts inside both of her ears! Our dog usually has a very playful personality and she has been depressed and just lays in bed ever since we brought her home 2 days ago. I feel sooo bad for my poor girl. Definitely will never be back and will tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague! read more

For those looking for boarding services, note that Gigi's is not allowing anyone into the facility right now (and indefinitely) due to covid (so new clients are not able to tour/check it out). Also, they do not board dogs over 55 lbs. Neither of these facts are on their website yet, but they were confirmed today. I'm leaving 3 stars because the woman with whom I initially spoke did not mention the weight limitation and because she was a bit rude. However, when I later spoke to the owner, she was helpful in that she recommended nearby places that will board dogs over 55 lbs. read more

We just moved to the area and have been looking for a good groomer for our two cockapoos. Stumbled upon Gigi's and booked our next appointment on the way out. Desi and Sandra were friendly and attentive. They were very interested in what we wanted and how we wanted our dogs groomed. The dogs looked great and while I can't say they have ever enjoyed going to the groomers, we knew this was the place to take them when we walked out the door. My parents have had their poodles groomed here for years, and doggie day care. They are awesome! Today, I took my puppy, Bella, for her first cut. Well, she looks phenomenal! Grooming is professional and they are so kind to the animals! We have taken our dogs to Gigi and her staff for years. They are all animal lovers first and see their customers as family! Rates are very reasonable! Boarding is cage free- and the folks that take care of the dogs are great! They worry that they know the dogs habits, medications and feeding requirements. We spent a year trying out various groomers for our yorkie after moving to the area. I'm so glad I gave Chris a try at Gigi's. Wonderful service, my dog looks great, and they enjoy letting her hang out with them until I can come by and pick her up. We've even used them for boarding. On our return, our flight was delayed. I called to let them know and say that we wouldn't be there by closing, so keep her the night. Let me begin by saying that Gigi is the ONLY person who can clip a labradoodle and not make it look like a poodle!!! When we moved to Centennial 4.5 years ago from Alabama, we were in need of a good groomer. We heard about Gigi from a lady with a cute bijon. At that time, Gigi was in a doggie spa....not her own. Then we followed Gigi to her own grooming business in Franktown. We drive about 20 miles one way just to get our labradoodle groomed by Gigi. We wouldn't have it any other way. Our doodle is groomed to have ears looking more like a lab than a poodle. She is a fabulous groomer and person. Her assistants are wonderful. Her son, Chris, is great. When we take our dog for grooming, he gets the full treatment: wash, cut, ears, nails, teeth. He's a gorgeous looking guy when he's had a day with Gigi. Our dog is very stand-offish with other dogs, and Gigi accepts this and doesn't force him into uncomfortable situations. Also, Gigi is very in-tune and observant with our dog. She has noticed health issues that our vet never diagnosed....hypothyroid. We love Gigi and would never go elsewhere. read more

Dakota and her family love Gigi's. She is groomed once a month to include de-furring and her teeth cleaning. De-furring helps with shedding and her vet is happy with her teeth hygiene. I highly recommend Gigi's. read more

Oh my GOSH!!!! This place is magic and I can't even begin to tell you how happy we are! We have two Australian shepherds, Lucy (8) and Basil (2), and we have never had them professionally groomed. After two years of having two hugely furry pooches I decided it was time to try it out. Gigi's was referred to us by a friend who understands that my Lucy is a bit nervous and neurotic...and that she needs to be with Basil in order to feel comfortable. Here the dogs are left out the play with one another and are so well taken care of-play day!! And don't even get me started on the grooming! SHOUT OUT to Marlene and Crystal-these ladies are amazing!!!! My pooches not only loved them but I love their cuts! My fur kids look so pretty and fresh, I can't get over it! Aussies! I've taken our 12 year old golden to Gigi's twice now, and both times I have been very pleased! They are reasonably priced and they do a great job not only trimming him up, but also making sure he gets rinsed well so we don't end up with an itchy dog! We can also go longer between baths before he starts needing another one. I had tried several different groomers in Parker before finding Gigi's and even though it's a bit of a drive, it's definitely worth it! These people are unbelievable. I have a rescue dog that suffers from severe hip dysplasia. She has obviously had a difficult life, and let's face it, she's kinda a bitch to other dogs. Jennifer at Gigis, knows and understands her issues. Her grooming is done very well and she seems to like it fine there. The entire staff is friendly. I have had foot surgery and the last time I took Ylena, they came out and got her from my car and then put her back in when she was finished. Curb service! We have taken our dogs to Gigi's for boarding and grooming for over five years. Our dogs absolutely LOVE going there. They have an employee, Becky, that our Billy is nuts for. She spoils him rotten when we kennel them there, such that he tries to dig his way into the front door when we get there, and they have to keep Becky in the back room while he is being groomed because he goes bonkers when he hears her voice. This is the type of place that you want to leave your pets - somewhere that they love as much as home. If you live in Parker, Franktown, Castle Rock, or Elizabeth, you really need to give them a try. I've never had my dog groomed here (he's a lab, so we just wash him at the self-serve place). However, I have boarded my dog here several times and I'm always pleased. I really like that they have a limit to the number of dogs they board.My dog is older (almost 13) and they are very sweet to him. When I pick him up, I feel as though they actually know which dog they are talking about and they usually call the next day to check on how he is doing. Their daily rate seems a little high to me since you need to provide food for your dog. On the other hand, they do not charge extra for administering medications and my dog takes quite a few meds both morning and evening.
