Have 3 German Shepards done here and they always come out great! One is older and can't stand long but they still manage to trim her up and do her nails. We'll be back! read more

I love bark n clips! This place is amazing. They always listen to my needs and concerns and my dog is so happy! I highly recommend this place-Sharonda and Christina do an excellent groom on my shihtzu! read more

Sharonda grooms all three of my dogs (Chihuahua, Shepard mix, and Standard Poodle). I've been going to this place for almost two years. Sharonda always does an excellent job, provides great customer service, and my dogs are always in such a great mood after they're done being groomed here. They even take special care of our poodle after realizing she is scared of their blow drying machines. My shepard, who is a rescue, was not friendly with people when we first adopted him. Sharonda did a fantastic job with him. He is now totally fine having his nails clipped by her, or whatever else we need done. It's nice not having to be stressed out when I'm handing him over to other people. Pricing is much better than anywhere else I've been. I'd definitely recommend this place. I have quite the trio of dogs and every single one has been well cared for each and every time! read more

Bark N Clips - Lola - Pet Groomers Near Me - Castle Rock, Colorado

Can't say I will bring my dog back here. I brought her for a bath a few weeks ago on very short notice. They were nice to take her. I scheduled a grooming appointment a week later. When I pulled up my dog acted hesitant to go in. When we got in she kept pulling to come back to me. My instinct told me to take her and leave. Our dog is friendly and happy all the time. We have never seen her afraid to go any where. Unfortunately I left her thinking maybe the dryers were scaring her. While I was paying I saw the owner hit a dog on the top of the dogs head. After we got our dog home she was acting scared and jumpy. She would cower if we tried to pet her. She also kept licking her paws and we noticed a very sticky substance and bark all stuck into her paws. We had to take her to our vet to get it all off of her paws. read more

This place is great. They got me in on pretty short notice due to a cancellation, and took great care of my gigantic 110lbs American Bulldog. He was super happy when we picked him up and was looking and smelling great. The groomer that took care of him was incredibly kind; I had mentioned to her that my big guy was a little bit scared of water, and they went at his pace so he wasn't freaked out. We will definitely be back! read more

Had problem with this place. Kept our dog over 2 hours longer than scheduled. Got our dog home and she was sick throwing up. Took her to vet and they said she was dehydrated. We called and complained to groomer, they did not care said the they were to busy to do shorty time. Then a day before our next appointment they called and cancelled our appointment saying they can't deal with picky customers. I can Not recomend this place. read more

Best groomer I have ever gone to. Been bringing them here for 6 years and can't recommend them enough. Have taken all 6 of my Aussies to Victoria and her team and they come out gorgeous- soft, not shedding, perfect cut and nail trim, and they are always happy to go in. I think she is a dog whispered, even with my anxious Aussie, Ridley. read more

Dishonest and poor service! I met the owner at a community event and was provided with some coupons. We had been happy with our current grooming salon but thought we'd give Bark n' Clips a try since they were closer to us and I had initially had a good feeling about it. The location is in a bad spot, parking is difficult and unless you had been there before you wouldn't even notice it. When I picked my dogs up I had brought the coupons that the owner had provided me at the community event and I had mentioned to the groomer when I dropped them off that I had them. She simply asked that I bring the coupons with me when I pick them up. That is when I was told that I could only use one of the coupons and the price I was quoted by the owner was different than what I was being charged. The only thing the groomer kept telling me is that she spoke to the owner and that is what she was told to do. I expressed my concerns at that time about the coupons and the quoted prices with major disappointment. The groomer let me know that she would provide feedback to the owner. I was called later that day and was told that the owner had agreed to give me $10 off my next visit. Well, there will not be a next visit because I don't support businesses that are dishonest and mislead their customers just to get them back in the door. The grooming was poor as my Bassett Hound had something stuck to his fur on his underside. My wife and I noticed it the day before we took them in and instead of cutting it off of him we would let the groomer take care of it, well that certainly didn't happen. It is really quite disappointing as I can see other reviews raving about the service. I can't see how there could be such a large swing in service and quality of work. Maybe if the owner was present things would have been different. If you try this place out make sure you are provided with pricing and present coupons to the groomer so there are no surprises during pick up. read more

Look no further for a fabulous groomer! Just returned from picking up my dogs. They both look better and seem happier than ever. One was matted terribly and I didn't think there was any possibility he could look cute but they managed to achieve the impossible and he looked adorable! read more

I took my long haired dachshund in for a groom today and the experience was fantastic. Victoria was great to work with and Bailey looked great when she was done. They got all the tangles out of her long hair and the price was very reasonable and they were fast. I will definitely be back! read more

I wouldn't trust my pups to anyone else! Bark N Clips is the best at pampering my Papi-Poo Pickles, and defurminating my fluffy mixed breed Bonnie! Victoria is always so friendly and nice, and my dogs come back gorgeous, silky soft, and smelly perfect. We like to change up the looks of my Papi-Poo, and I just love the different looks Victoria gives her! We recommend all our friends! read more

Our sweet mini goldendoodle has always been super friendly and excited to see anybody, even strangers. We took her to get groomed at bark n clips, and every since then, she growls and shows her teeth to any stranger. She has never EVER done that before. Always the sweetest and happy dog. Something changed every since we took her to Bark N Clips. We will never take her back there-we are trying to get her to feel safe again and not be afraid of others besides our family. She growls constantly when strangers come into our home. Not a good sign. I can't imagine how they treated her to change this sweet and amazing puppy to a growling, barking, and shaking dog. She was trembling for two days after we brought her home from getting groomed. I don't trust this place. read more

Took my dog here today for first time and Faith did a really nice job. She talked to me extensively at the time of drop off to make sure she understood the kind of cut we wanted. At pick-up she explained that she had to cut a bit shorter than we discussed because my dog had some pretty bad mats (my fault). She was very loving toward my dog and I was very pleased with how she groomed her. read more

We've been here before and have mostly had a good experience, but this most recent groom we had at Bark N Clips was not good. We asked for our dog (golden mix) to be trimmed and to take some of the feathering down, but she ended up with a 1/2 inch puppy shave all over and a complete shave on her belly to the skin, similar to a surgical prep shave. Since the grooming, she is also behaving strangely, afraid and tentative and won't eat with anyone else in the room, seeming like she may have incurred some trauma. Sad that we can no longer support this local business, but we won't be coming back to Bark N Clips. read more

I really like going here to have my dog's nail buzzed, however, the last 3 times I've tried to go there they've been closed during what would normally be their normal hours of business. They state that Tuesday- Saturday they are open from 8-5, however today and last week on a Wednesday I've arrived at 4:15 and they are closed! I'm not sure what's happened, but it would be nice to have them open during their stated hours of operation. read more
