My second dog is a Beagle, Australian Cattle Dog, and Great Dane mix. She's very timid and likes to herd people into a corner until she feels safe, so I wasn't sure how she'd do. For her first doggie spa day, I scheduled both dogs. When Bella, our grooming technician, pulled up in her van, my English Cream Retriever couldn't contain himself! He ran over to greet Bella, then promptly made his way to the van, hopped right inside, and patiently waited for his bath. It took Bella less than five minutes to make friends with my Cattle Dog mix. I was amazed at how quickly she earned her trust. By the time they were finished, both dogs looked absolutely fabulous after their day at the spa! Bella was so patient, kind, and wonderful with both of my dogs. She made the entire experience stress-free, and it was clear she genuinely cares about the pets she works with. But the grooming lounge exceeded every expectation I could've had. It seems that my golden retriever Zeus has the most amazing time there, and my shy golden doodle, Sully thrives there as well! We've been customers for the past two years with multiple dogs groomed here, but this last visit was deeply disappointing. All four dogs came back with mediocre grooms. The groomer showed little regard for our reasonable requests--like leaving the eyelashes longer or keeping the face rounded and fluffy--and instead did what she wanted, regardless of what we asked. Our puppy's groom was especially disappointing. While we understand the importance of a "gentle" first experience, the result felt more like a rough draft than a professional service. The excuse--"it's his first groom, so I'll do what I can"--felt like a way to justify a lack of effort, not a thoughtful approach to care. If you're only delivering a fraction of the service, then pricing should reflect that. See the photos attached. We've had first-time puppy grooms here before here with Kyle & Lisa with no issues or excuses. Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet the standard we've come to expect. Even more disappointing was the owner's inability to receive customer feedback with professionalism or openness. A resistance to constructive criticism is not only frustrating--it's ultimately unsustainable for any service-based business.

I grabbed a few of those bone shaped cookies. My dog loved them. She actually went sort of crazy over them. I will definitely stop by for next year's birthday celebration. Also, the clerk at the register was helpful with suggestions. He also confidently knew the ingredients of the bakery items. Store is fairly clean. I wish it was in a different location for ease of access. If you're not familiar with this location you could easily drive past it. I'll definitely return for more birthday treats and dog toys.

He kept them happy and distracted all while providing the best wash and dry they've had. He also clipped their nails for me. My dogs looked and smelled great! Pooch Mobile was able to get a lot of hair out of their coats with their special techniques which means a lot less hair in the house...yay! Their coats are shiny and healthy looking. On a personal level, Brian is nice and funny. Both my dogs and I felt comfortable with him. He provides a kind and professional experience.
