This was our first time using Mobile Pet Shine and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Our groomer, Ian, was outstanding from the initial meet and greet all the way through Wilbur's appointment. Ian took the time to understand Wilbur's history, including a past IVDD injury and full recovery, and he adjusted everything accordingly. Instead of letting Wilbur jump up or down, Ian gently carried him and made sure he stayed safe and supported the entire time. Wilbur immediately took to him, which put us completely at ease. The grooming itself was excellent; Wilbur looked fantastic afterwards and, more importantly, seemed happier and more relaxed than he ever does after a visit to a brick and mortar groomer. The whole experience felt calm, professional, and genuinely caring. We'll definitely be booking with Mobile Pet Shine and Ian again and highly recommend them, especially if you have a dog with medical history or mobility concerns. read more

I had such a great experience! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything step by step. Before he started, he went over each service and clearly explained every charge, so there were no surprises. I really appreciated how transparent and thorough he was throughout the entire appointment. Most importantly, he did an amazing job grooming my cat. The haircut is absolutely adorable she looks so cute! You can tell he truly cares about his work and about making sure both the pet and owner are comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! read more

I've been using Mobile Pet Shine for a few months now, and I'm very happy with the service. Scheduling is very easy to manage by text, and management is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I also appreciate that they schedule future services automatically so that I don't have to remember to do it myself. I find that the groomers' skill levels are rather consistently high. It seems that my results are pretty much directly correlated with my ability to articulate my preferences. I've worked with Kris my last couple of appointments, and I find him an absolute joy to work with in particular. And every groomer has shown up during the appointed arrival window with zero cancelations at this point. My only reservation is the pricing. I understand there's a premium for the convenience of mobile-grooming services, but by the time I add a 20% tip to the service, I'm looking at a pretty steep bill. Overall though, I do recommend this highly professional mobile grooming service. read more

Lulu is looking out the window now for the Mobile Pet Shine van to show up which still cracks me up because she used to be a little nervous about grooming. They just take such good care of her. She comes back looking clean, happy, and kind of proud of herself. It's one of those things where you can tell they really get dogs, and Lulu totally knows it too. Couldn't ask for better! Thanks Haleigh and the whole team! read more

Great service! The delivery of grooming by the groomer was fantastic! We've used the service for over 5 years. Every time, it's been great!

Excellent experience & service! I highly recommend them. They are timely, convenient, and great at their work. My dog is always happy.

I just can't. I think they did an ok job. I wasn't as happy after the groomer left. The ears weren't done and I had another up charge. The up-charge although mentioned by the business just felt excessive given what wasn't done. The groomer or whomever answers their text stated that ears were good. Not fur a $300 plus groom, they were not. This was my second time using them. Truthfully, I'm probably not their ideal customer nor is their pricing sustainable for me. It's really upsetting to me that both experiences for me have just been terrible. I wish the business success but I regret thinking my first appointment was a misstep and really wanting to try them again because of their work. At least they told me this time. read more

my cat can be a menace but these groomers for this service were very kind and offered a touch up session for free so they wouldn't overwhelm my cat too much in one go. read more

Stay away! I used their service for over 3 years. And should have stopped so much sooner. 1) many cuts and rashes afterwards. I learned after changing companies later that we shouldn't expect this. 2) up-charges for what ever they can make up. For example, up charge because my dog didn't like the blow dryer on his face a d pulled away during cutting around his face. 3) Incompetent groomers. A groomer (training another at the time) didn't finishing the grooming, stating bugs in my dog's coat. I took him to the vet immediately after and they said there were no bugs and questioned about the grooming service who didn't know what they were talking about. 4) Good groomers quit quickly. Mobile Pet Shine's competent and caring groomers (the rare bunch) quit within 6 months. You are lucky if they stay around for 2 grooming sessions. Tells us about the poor company standards overall. read more

Mobile Pet Shine was recommended to me by a woman who had her dogs groomed with them. I was looking for a good groomer so I decided to give them a call. Jerry, the groomer, showed up on time with a telephone call just before to make sure that it was okay that he came 10 minutes early. That is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We sat down outside with my dog Penny, and discussed what I wanted done. We had a nice 5-minute conversation and then they went off into the van. Jerry called me a little bit later to come out to the van to confirm he was cutting her to the right length. Again, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The whole appointment didn't take that long and Penny, who is somewhat shy, was extremely calm. She loves Jerry and I was very pleased with how Jerry handled her and made her look. I just used their website to schedule her next appointment and it was so easy. I moved back here from California a year ago and have been struggling to find a good groomer. I can feel comfortable that I have found a groomer that I will continue to use for years to come. Thank you Mobile Pet Shine. read more

Excellent job by Miranda cleaning our standard poodles. We really liked her work and treatment of our pups.

My dog doesn't stay still or like being groomed. Chris did a great job of cutting her hair back hard for summer as she is very furry and uncomfortable in summer even with aircon going. Chris was very kind and said she was a good girl just a little wriggly. Appreciate not shaming her for her lack of ability to stay still. read more
