Please avoid this business. I am so upset with this business. Booking and everything went well. The cut looks good; but when you injure my dog; I would like you to let me know instead of leaving without informing me and making me find it myself! Talked to Mike explaining the situation I got a 20% discount. A day later I have noticed my dog was limping and avoiding using her hind legs! I reached out to Mike again to get a full refund and he refused! I had to take her to the vet and now she's on antibiotics and has to wear her cone for a week so it wound doesn't get infected.

Absolutely horrible experience - avoid this company at all costs. We scheduled an appointment for our large, double-coated dog, (a ~90lb Great Bernese) because he doesn't do well in normal grooming settings and is very scared of the process. Furbubble claims to be great with dogs with special needs, offer breed-specific cuts, and is "centered around building a community of world-class grooming talent" to "end the stressful and challenging trips to the grooming salon" (taken directly from their website). What a joke. Prior to the appointment, we communicated with them that we would give our dog a bath the day before so the groomer would only need to give him a cut and trim his nails. This was confirmed via text message (see picture) and communicated AGAIN to the groomer (Renzo) when they arrived at our house. In the middle of the appointment, the owner (Mike) called and said the groomer was having trouble giving Fred a bath and blow drying him, which made zero sense because they weren't supposed to do that in the first place, so my wife ran out to stop the groomer and see what was going on. Not only had the groomer bathed and attempted to blow dry our poor dog, but he SHAVED about 70% of his back, sides, and belly. Anyone with experience in the grooming industry should know that you AREN'T SUPPOSED TO SHAVE DOUBLE COATED DOGS TO BEGIN WITH, and it's obviously not going to turn out well when all the fur is still wet. Now we have to worry about our pup getting sunburnt and overheating as we head into summer because he doesn't have the longer coat to keep him shaded and cool. We called a few times immediately after and when Mike called back, he was apologetic and refunded us. However, there's no way to fix the situation other than cutting more hair off (he offered to send another groomer, but why would we want that?). None of this should've happened in the first place and we were extra diligent leading up to the appointment to make sure they did things correctly. Complete negligence and awful service on their part. Don't let them do the same to yours!

This company said they were going to send the trusted groomer we have used before but instead sent another person. The man that came wanted to overcharge and then abused our dog with careless cutting and seemingly intentional disregard to the cutting. He cut her skin multiple times and cut her nipples causing her severe discomfort so far. When we called the company they disregarded the damage to her body as necessary because she was matted. No apology no offer to do anything about it. when you go to their website, the first picture of the man holding the white dog is the person who did this. he needs to be fired as a groomer, but also the company needs to be reprimanded severely for their disregard for our dogs pain and suffering.

    This the after grooming photo.

The groomer was very good with my dog. But he wasn't experienced and completely shaved my dogs hair completely off. I expressly told him to cut her hair down to 1 inch all over into a puppy cut. He said that her hair was matted. She was not matted. He didn't try to brush her out first. Just shaved her to ground zero. Then the person who takes care of the finances started telling me that the condition of my dog was considered cruelty. And did I want to set up an appointment for further servicing.‍

I don't know where to start. My cutey was cut short, more than expected, and she must wear an overshirt to ensure warmth. Her face was cut okay, so I could see more of her eyes. I was just astonished at the cost when I completely finished $200.00/plus a tip of $28.00. All of the add-on services of anal expression when she was just cleaned and blown dry the prior week. I hoped to build a rapport with a groomer since my girl has a lot of anxiety when clustered around several dogs, though I need to reconsider.

The original comment of how I verbally assaulted their groomer

Do not take your animals to these people. They are ill-equipped to handle large dogs that do not stand perfectly still. Their groomers are inexperienced and irresponsible. They returned my Lab soaking wet to my front door citing biting and nipping (she has no history of aggression). They attempted to lie on Google reviews about the encounter stating I verbally assaulted the groomer. I have video footage that never happened. They also take down negative reviews. Their van is cheaply outfitted and extremely small. Take your animals to a place with values and experience for all dogs of all shapes and sizes. Anyone can set up an LLC.....avoid these people at all costs! Response: you have literally made up everything in your response. And returning my dog soaking wet can cause topical dermatitis of the skin which is very uncomfortable for dogs. Trazodone is not a tranquilizer...my dog isn't a horse. It is very safe to use in new situations with strangers. I openly admit to it. Everything else you have said is a lie. Your groomer does not have experience. And neither does your business. Here is my video...would you like to show your video of my dog's aggressive behavior? I have shown the video of how I received my dog...now you edit your response to say I was what...standing at the window yelling through the van?? Nobody will believe this. Please stop with the rhetoric. I don't own multiple accounts. You and your groomers should not be touching animals. And chat gpt is doing a disservice to your response. Nobody cares about Netflix. Your van is cheap and small and so are your ethics. Please continue to pray and to edit your responses to reply to mine. All it does is boost engagement so thank you. Maybe instead of fabricating responses all day you should hire qualified groomers. And replying to posts to warn people concerning your horrendous ethics and inexperience is something I will always make time for.

    After grooming service :)

I can't rave enough about this company! They did a great job with my girl and she looks amazing. Becky was so friendly and my dog immediately loved her. This is a GREAT service where they come to you and honestly you can't beat that. We had a GREAT experience and will continue to take our sweet girl here. Seriously, they are wonderful!!! So much work and effort goes into dog grooming and I have so much respect for people who do this and love their job. So grateful for the wonderful experience.

Nice groomer, he was kind to our dog, took the time to greet him properly. He did a good job on the cut.

The problem I've found with a lot of groomers is they are booked 6+ weeks out. Unfortunately, when I need to book a groom it's most likely b/c I've spilled queso or some other drippy snack in my dog's head hair and I need a groomer today, not 6 weeks from now. Woof in Boots was able to get me in the same week I called. When I dropped her off I spoke with the groomer and explained my dog's new anxiety contributed to her recent diagnoses of Cushing's Disease. My dog is now a nervous nelly when I bring her to the groomers. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog here. The groomer assured me she would stop immediately if it got to be too much for my old lady. My dog was done in less than 2 hours (I've bene places where they've kept her for 5+ hours). When I picked her up she was free roaming in the secure doggy area. She had her tongue hanging out and seemed happy. I loved that she was cage-free after her groom since she has PTSD from all her surgeries (and being caged). I will definitely be back for all my grooming needs - and most likely day care as well!

The Sunday I went there was lots of parking in front and along the side streets. The facility itself seemed to need some attention & upkeep - the front glass window was cracked & the inside lobby looked a bit disorganized. In addition, customers are not allowed to tour the facility. As with most boarding places, all dogs need to have an evaluation before a reservation can be made. At this facility dogs have daycare with boarding. There is no charge for the evaluation. I made my evaluation time for drop off at 10am & pick up at 2pm on a Sunday. Thank goodness I received a reminder text the morning of because the text also said the lobby is closed from 10-4pm on Sundays. No one mentioned this when I made the appointment. I would have been very disappointed had I gotten there & it was closed. I did call & they asked if I could be there a little early & someone would be in the lobby for pickup at 2pm. I was not happy at pickup when I discovered poop all over one side, by the ear & neck on one of my dogs. The employee was surprised & apologetic, he took her in the back & gave her a bath. The employee was very friendly & personable. At Woof & Boots he said they try to be accommodating & flexible. For example, if some dogs like people more (than dogs) they allow them to hang out with the staff in the lobby, which is gated. They also offer the Bordetella Vaccine for $35 & provide a First Day Report Card with picture of your dog(s).

Today when I picked him up from being groomed they cut his hair all the way down. The groomer said she checked the notes and this is what they "have always done". WRONG he has NEVER had his hair shaved down. The owner Luke apologized and stated that his health is not affected. Also WRONG Luke! He is an 8 year old black double coated dog and we are heading into the warm summer months. My senior black fur dog just lost the ability to maintain his temperature regulation. What groomer would not know that you are not supposed NEVER shave down a long haired Dachshund as it damages the coat and impairs the dogs ability to regulate temperature. A knowledgeable groomer would know that long haired Dachshunds are DOUBLE COATED and their undercoat protects them from heat in the summer and cold in the winter. A knowledgeable groomer would know that shaving down their fur can damage their permanent coat preventing it from growing back properly. Poor guy it looks horrible and I'm praying that somehow we are lucky and it grows back in without being permanently damaged. This is going to impact my dogs entire summer as he will have to avoid being in the sun. So no long walks or hikes for him. So you are WRONG Luke this is more than cosmetic and goes way beyond my dog looking absolutely horrible. This definitely affects his health and his life. BEWARE AND NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!!
