My youngest doesn't do well in crates or kennels and I love that they're not required to go in them when they eat or need to rest, etc. The manager, Rachael, is so kind and loves all of the dogs like they're her own. I am so unbelievably happy I found Woofhaus for grooming. My dog, Rowdy, is a corgi/lab mix and is always shedding like crazy. I looked for 4 years trying to find a groomer who would actually de-shed her and do an amazing job with her nails, teeth, etc. Jayme is the best groomer in Denver hands down. This is Rowdy's second time with her and we could not be more happy!! I drive all the way from Broomfield because she is THAT GOOD. I sent my dogs there for the past few years for both daycare and grooming. Recently there was a change in management. Since then, my 2 pups were maimed after a groom and the owner didn't even call to apologize. The new staff is "uppity" and I find that to be quite disconcerting given the price Woofhaus charges. No thank you. Location lacks priority when it's your beloved pets. Further, the pick up and drop off is dangerous. No cameras to check on these folks that are so concerned with their own agenda. We love everything about Woofhaus! it Is apparent how much the staff loves our pup and every dog that walks in the door. They are so knowledgeable about what is best for dogs and often ask their advice about how to best train and nurture my dog. Our dog goes to daycare five days a week and gets groomed there as needed. I am so grateful we found the Woofhaus for our extremely high energy goldendoodle. Nothing wears him out quite like the Woofhaus and he goes absolutely crazy when we pull up outside in the car because he is so excited. The whole operation feels very personalized and they know his name when we walk in the door. The staff are very attentive and keep me up to date on any important information about my pup (like if he's humping too much). The woofhaus also has grooming which is super convenient that it's a one stop shop. My dog got his first puppy cut here and it was great and they kept me posted on how he did and what we needed to keep up on for his grooming. Recently I had surgery on my leg, and the staff was willing to bring my dog out to my car for me since I'm immobile. I really really appreciated this gesture and extra help. Unethical, unprofessional establishment. Do not send your dog here. Management will not speak with you directly, will not contact you if something happens to your dog and tries to blame everything on the owner or the dog. Zero accountability for their own actions. Overcrowded and only outdoors, even during freezing temps. It's shocking that a place like this is allowed to take care of living creatures. Poor dogs. They try to bully people who speak out and I'm sure will write a response to this in the same manner. It is so hard to find a good groomer, and especially for an old emotional little bichon. We absolutely love Woofhaus and the groomers there for our senior dog. It's always clean when you walk in and the staff is welcoming. I love that you can schedule an appointment and the groomers do their work on a one-on-one basis rather than having multiple grooming appts at the same time. I wanted to warn you all of the bad experience I had while getting my dog groomed at WoofHaus on South Broadway. My small Yorkshire terrier was badly injured on Tuesday this week requiring emergency surgery & stitches after an accident happened at Woofhaus. Even more upsetting then the actual injury, the three medications my dog is now on and the two weeks of restricted play, was the handling of the event by this company. Sure they paid $1,000 bet bill, we expected that. But what they failed to do is ever reach out and contact us to check on our dog after she was put under anesthesia, to check in on her wounds and her well-being. What kind of groomer business/doggy day care, whose job is to care for dogs, doesn't reach out to the owners to find out the health of a dog that was that was severely injured in their care? Needless to say, we will not be returning it to Woofhaus and I want people to know poor handling of this unfortunate incident. read more

If ya want to lose money this is your place ~~THE OWNER IS A FRAUD AND A LIAR!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!~~~ If you don't want a novel here are the facts. I caught the owner changing sign in and out times to get extra cash. Yup! Myself and a fellow neighbor chose this daycare as it was close and coinvent for us. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The first problem arose as a package I had purchased for my dogs expired without my knowledge. And when I say my package expired I am talking about by a couple of months, not 6 or a year. When I asked the front desk girl about it she said, "we sent out an email. A lot of people didn't read it and are upset, too. Sorry..." Boom just like that I lost 4 sessions! This was enough to turn me away, but then it came to my attention the business was charging my neighbor for full days when the dog was only there for half a day.  The business explained that the dog was picked up "late" so the full day charge was applied.  For example, on February 4 our records indicate the dog was dropped off at 8:18 AM and signed out at 1:23 PM.  These records are text messages sent by the business to the owner when the dog is signed in or out of the daycare. Apparently, five minutes was enough of an overage to warrant charging for a full day!  Perhaps a warning would have been in order instead? Upon reviewing this I called the business owner to discuss my concerns. Instead of listening to my concerns she argued with me, telling me that I was wrong. I then reminded her that other mistakes had been made on their part. I had only been using the daycare a handful of times when my dog was checked in while he was at home with me!  Their system sends a text when your dog is checked in so I don't know where the confusion was on her part or why this was turning into a disagreement. That was a big concern for me. As I reminded her of this she then proceeded to yell over the phone and the HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME! She said I was "harassing" her. Ok so wait.... addressing accounting errors and asking them to be fixed is considered harassment???? None of my concerns were addressed. No apologies made, nothing! I was appalled to say the least.  Too many mistakes were made for such a short time using this business. I would expect the owner of the business would welcome feedback and concerns of a customer in order to prevent making them unhappier and possibly salvage the relationship or at least prevent negative word-of-mouth. Overall it is a shame because our dogs seemed to enjoy themselves there and the handlers seemed great but management is a mess! read more

My puppy Henry loves it here! They treat him so well, I feel confident he is in great hands. I love how the dogs can go inside and outside as they please. I have never had any issues - in fact we bought a package for half days and my husband did not read the fine print. The owner Janet let us extend the pass so we did not lose the half days we paid for. I think that says a lot about a business when they can help their clients and make exceptions! Also, he's been to the groomer once and I just made a new appointment for him next week - she is FANTASTIC, I've never seen such detail to Henry's haircut.
