I didn't have an appointment and they were accommodating, waited maybe less than 5 minutes to get seated in the chair for my pedicure even though it was decently busy. The place was clean as well. The gal doing my pedicure was super friendly, they have water and snacks available and many options of different types of pedicures. I didn't the luxury with gel and it was well worth it.
