Love the aesthetics of this place from the neon signs, lights, wallpaper, to the wicker egg chair! It seems their menu changes because a lot of the pictures on Yelp of the food wasn't on the current menu. I ordered the jus' avo and added an egg and well, yup. That's what avocado, egg, and bread taste like haha The kalua pork wrap was soooo good though and my boyfriend couldn't stop commenting on how good the chips were (very nice crunch and flavor) Tried the "mane" matcha drink and I absolutely love their matcha blend! Didn't know what I wanted coming in and yet, this happened to be exactly it. Note: you order at the counter, they give you a number to take to your table and bring your food out to you! Good amount of parking right outside as well

11/10 food and ambiance!!! Everything was delicious and very fresh tasting ingredients. Incredible gluten free options as well, and celiac approved as my sister is celiac. Service was wonderful and everyone working there was incredibly nice. Instagram-worthy interior and food presentation. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in Hilo again

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance is chic and chill and the service was great! Highly recommend this place. Also a great location to have a bite before heading to the airport since it's so close.

This Açaí bowl is amazing, very much like my favorite place in Waikiki. The coffee was also excellent. Already took a bite before taking the photo, made sure it was delicious before giving my thumbs up

Delicious and refreshing food and drinks! Great customer service and short wait time! Definitely recommend this place!

From the delicious avocado toast on fluffy sourdough bread, to the strawberry matcha with fresh cut strawberries and the decadent flavorful cupcake -- the thought and creativity in mixing pistachio and raspberry cacao was flavorsome. The strawberry waffle was also delicious. I have to say, Vibe Cafe is it! Their boho decor, colorful wallpaper, "good vibes only" neon sign, an adorable rattan chair (cute for pics) and tons of seating will make for a cute date or girls only day! They also have bar seating and outdoor picnic tables! Service was great, owner is sweet and baristas were friendly! Make sure you add this to your list of places to try!!

When I was planning a brunch for me and my friends, Vibe Cafe came to mind. I haven't been here since they revamped the cafe so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. I searched through their instagram and I saw how cute and aesthetically pleasing their decor is. I knew it was the spot for me. I was planning to have a brunch where I was also proposing to my bridesmaids. I just have a handful of girls but I called ahead to see if I needed to make a reservation in advance for our party. The person I talked to said I didn't need to make one. I was a little nervous about the space because I remember the cafe being a little on the smaller side. Fortunately there were two open tables when we walked in on a Sunday. Perfect for me, my girls, and of course my mother who joined us. The workers were so kind and patient with us. I know we were a bigger party so they even offered to move the tables closer together. They have you order at the front and take your number to the table, where they bring out your food. They also have water available for everyone who wants to help themselves. Our food and drinks were delicious and came out on a timely manner. It even came out faster than I anticipated! We offered to put away our dishes but they told us to leave it on the table and they would put it away for us. How sweet! This spot ended up being the perfect place to have my brunch and I'm so grateful for the cute and warm environment. We all had so much fun! :)

Such a super cute spot! The decor and food both wonderful. Try the Kalo on ulu sourdough...ono!! My hubby got the kailua pork wrap and he really liked it too. Perfect sizes if you don't want the kanak attack. Would recommend and come back! Parking is plenty and easy to get to. Mahalo Nui Vibe Cafe!

Vibe was a vibe! Walked in and thought, what a cute little place! We ordered at the counter and sat down. The people at the counter were friendly! I was kinda stuck between 2 dishes & asked the cashier what she would pick, she said the pollo rustico so that's what I went with. My partner had a pastrami sandwich. We ended up eating half and switching so we could try both! Both sandwiches were made out of ulu bread which was amazing! I loved the use of local ingredients. Everything tasted fresh & pretty healthy as well. I am excited to go back and try some other things on the menu.

Get the Açaí bowl! $14 with the local honey. Good customer service with a vibey environment.

The Vibe Cafe Acai bowl is the BEST I've ever had - be sure to add the almond butter!

Vibe Cafe has the cutest inviting aesthetic touches, a delicious fresh menu of items and truly follows their "good vibes only" sign on the wall. Located just 5 minutes from Hilo Airport, you'll find Vibe Cafe in a tiny strip of businesses with plenty of parking. When you walk inside, you're greeted with pink and floral printed walls, fresh plants and cute seating areas with freshly picked tropical flowers on every table. As a vegan, I was so excited to find this spot, and absolutely LOVED everything we ordered! I had the açai bowl and added almond butter. My son had the Strawberry smoothie as a bowl, and also got the pink waffles. We LOVED every bite. The smoothie bowls were some of my favorite ever, and I'm constantly trying new spots. We will definitely be heading back to this spot as often as we can, so glad to have this option in Hilo.

There was a large pile of dirty dishes stacked up in the area where folks are supposed to place used plates, etc. They probably need more staff or this might just be their vibe. I had a spicy kalo burger for $20. The bun on the bottom was toasted (great) but the bun on top was not toasted and was crumbling apart as I ate it. The pumpkin soup with roasted pumpkin seed garnish was delicious, and inspired me to make my own kabocha stew at home. The food is tasty. The cleanliness could use some improvement especially given the prices. All that being said, it is a popular spot. The parking lot was full. The employees looked busy. Just be forewarned that service levels & cleanliness may fluctuate.

Mostly in mint color, the interior is simple and yet it does emit a lot of cuteness. What was eye catching to us was the swing inside at one of the side windows. Whether it's okay for a person to actually sit on it to enjoy a little swing time is something I didn't find out from the young lady who manned the upfront bar by herself, if it's solely as a decorative piece to create the kind of ambiance this place suits to manifest, it does do a lot to attract visitors' attention. The lady was quiet and yet kind enough to give us everything we needed for the late morning walk into the town. My daughter and I wanted to split quads of espresso shots so that was our only order and yet we needed two separate cups with lots of ice in each cup with a little side cream (half and half) so we could make our own iced latte or cappuccino later (we didn't want ice immediately after the espresso was made as it would have diluted the coffee had it been made that way. Sounded like it was a little too much to ask which we felt a bit awkward. The kind lady simply did everything for us. Thanks to her for being so accommodating to our demanding needs!!) The shop is located from other businesses oceanfront so it's walkable to other things as long as you are talking "the center of Hilo". So for the location, convenience, cute ambiance and patience in service, we enjoyed our quick pick up experience while we were in town.

To my surprise, the side salad was a full generous portion, not the tiny side salad that restaurants usually give. It was a proper salad with fresh local greens, sliced cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, and another white shredded vegetable that I think was radish. My chicken was delicious and the portion of that was generous as well. I tasted my husband's curry but didn't really like the flavor. It was different, like a sweeter flavor than other curries I've tried before. Overall, I'd definitely come back. I enjoyed the large salad and all the Lilikoi things - butter, dressing, and sauce.

He could have packaged it all differently, but I know those to-go containers are not the greatest for the environment, so that must have been the factor. But the beef patty and chicken... they were large, so we were really looking forward to them. But they were so bland. Not even salt or pepper, no sauce, garlic powder, nothing.
