Extremely overpriced! $650 per parking spot. And if you have a guest you can't use your Own parking spot for your guest! The key only allows you to go in! It's $90 per night in the parking garage for guests! The material is so cheap! Every day the oven toilet seats and pipes break! No special amenities for the price they charge! The WORST problem is they have a sewage collector truck that comes to the parking weekly, and sucks the sewage out! This will leave the entire parking and hallways smell like *****SHIT***** for two days! And the dogs!! Pee right in front of the entrance of the building! You pay $7000 for a 2 bedroom but smell a very strong urine in the summer outside your building entrance and on the elevator in the winter! They never power wash the front of the building! Because the dogs pee there again! They just cover it up with spraying chemicals! The dryers don't have a vent! So your clothes will never fully dry! I regret choosing this building big time! All other seaport buildings power wash the front for the dog pee except this one! Low budget! read more

Do not live here. Management gave two strangers my apartment key and let them walk into my room while I was studying. I saw them enter with a key, and my boyfriend chased them down where they even showed us a text from the building telling them to tour my apartment while I was still living there. Management tried to blame me, saying I had not locked my door, and Jennifer never once took responsibility. Every time I called, she claimed they were "investigating" and said their records showed no one took the key, even though I witnessed it. Ken at the front desk was the one who gave them the key, and after we reported it, he was rude and dismissive with no apology. On top of that, the air conditioning broke constantly, maintenance was a nightmare to get, the package system is a disaster, the walls are paper thin, and the "smoke free" building reeks of weed. Complaints go ignored. Save yourself the stress and money. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and not worth it. As you see below, no accountability still, add the records. I had no air for a day in 86 degree weather, but thanks for trying. And changing keys doesn't change the fact that someone was allowed inside the apartment! read more

VIA has 100% been my favorite building I've lived in in Boston! The location can't be beat. Seaport is lively and modern, always home to the next innovative event. The leasing team, and the property manager, Grace, especially go above and beyond for the residents of the building. My initial lease and renewal discussions were seamless and Grace explains everything with ease! Building-wide occurrences such as fire alarms or scheduled maintenance are always communicated so you're kept in the loop. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and they make sure to schedule at a convenient time for you. VIA is just what I needed, I knew this before and I can confirm now, after moving in. From initial contact to moving in day and after, communication with the leasing office (the assistant manager specifically) has been better and faster than ANY other broker/leasing office person I've ever communicated with. This was very important in choosing this property (I was tired of agents either pushing too much or respond days later, not giving the right information, etc...) so I'm glad I came across Trent when I was contacting properties in the area. The location is like no other, I have all I need - walking distance away. The building itself is very clean inside (even with so many pets everywhere), the staff is friendly, helpful 24/7 and the amenities - wow - I can't wait for the summer so I can enjoy VIA outdoor amenities more. read more

I am very disappointed. I flew in from Florida to tour apartments before attending Law school here in Boston in the Fall. We booked our tour 2/23/2024. We were kept waiting in the lobby after the doorman left to grab coffees, we were confused about where to go for leasing and 2 leasing personnel were standing in the lobby talking (learned later) and didn't offer to help until the doorman said something to them. Once we finally talked to someone, she stated "I cannot find our leasing agents, do you mind rescheduling for later this week?" We were obviously upset, and still are. I lived at VIA for 2 years and My experience was amazing! The location is ideal to work in the city, but to live in a nicer more modern neighborhood. The T stop makes anywhere in Boston accessible. The apartment itself was beautifully designed with fantastic appliances and finishes. I loved having a nest thermostat and transforming my apartment into a smart house was very simple. The staff are absolutely the nicest and the most helpful. Kelsey was dedicated to helping me from the day I went for an apartment viewing, until the day I had to move out from Boston due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Positive: Very clean nice apartment with a small gym and common areas. Staffs are nice and helpful, and the location of the building is convenient. Room layout is good too. Negative: It is right next to a night club. I lived in 10+ floors facing seaport blvd and I can hear noises in the middle of the night. You get to hear people yelling, cars honking, and this happens every Friday and Saturday between 1-2:30 AM. read more

VIA has by far been my favorite place to live! The location and proximity to downtown could not be better and the silver line steps away is a huge plus! The patio with a view of the city is one of my favorite places to relax after a long day of work while cooking my dinner on the grill and they have firepits for the colder nights. I've been living at Via for almost 2 months now and I couldn't be happier. I've lived in various Concierge and walk-ups in Boston over the last 10 years and I have to say Via is head and shoulders above the rest. For context, Seaport is BLOWING up right now, so we had to call and make an appointment with the leasing office (leasing agents are usually jammed here, so it's hard to score a walk-in), but from the moment we met with Lauren she made sure it was smooth sailing. Pros: the building is brand new so everything is well manicured. I work from home a lot and there is always a myriad of maintenance men running around making sure everything looks spectacular. In fact, I hung something on my wall and regretted it and Kevin offered to come by and patch and paint the hole. The apartments have big windows, great views and new appliances. They also have Nest thermostats, so if you have the app you can set calendars (if you're gone for the weekend, you can have it turn off or even remotely shut it off if you leave unexpectedly). The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful - if someone doesn't know an answer, they make a point of tracking it down for you, not just passing the buck - pretty uncommon in a big building. Also, another thing they do is they will deliver packages to your unit which is awesome. Then you get all the other perks of a concierge building (dry cleaning drop/pick up, mailbox, loading dock). You can order room service from Tuscan kitchen (which is decent but expensive) but honestly, it's like in the building, so I'm not sure it's worth whatever they charge you to walk it over. The fourth floor common space is HUGE (probably one of the biggest common areas in Boston). The gym is one of the nicest "building" gyms in the city (there's a stair master!). The area is the best place to be in Boston. There are THREE bougie coffee shops literally downstairs (Starbucks, Nero, and Columbe). The best bars in all of Boston (Committee, Mastros, Envoy, Lolita, Drink, etc) and amazing food everywhere. There's a 10 screen theater (like normal/large theaters, it's not micro sized) and a Kings IN the building! Tuesday nights are $10 movies, so we frequently sneak sushi and sake over for date nights on Tuesdays (don't judge me). They have fiber wired directly into each unit, which means if you want everything wireless, you can stash you modem and router in your hall closet and literally have no wires anywhere. Pretty cool if you're a little bit of a tech nerd. Cons: The flip side to being in the busiest neighborhood means sometimes it can be a little congested. So no free guest parking (but there is a garage under the building). But the concierge is unbelievably helpful and accommodating to let you drop things off and help schedule the loading dock if you need it. There is sometimes congestion due to the number of restaurants and bars in the area. All in all, we love the place. There's so much in the immediate neighborhood that everyone wants to come to us and we love our space. read more

Moved in about a month ago and I am in love. The staff is super helpful and always kind, the building is gorgeous, and they take care of everything. When I moved in they were unbelievably accommodating and they check in regularly to make sure anything I need is done. I've lived in a couple of seaport buildings and have friends in others and this is by far the best. They go above and beyond (I worked with Lauren and Jason who made the whole process easier than any move I've ever had). Management is outstanding, but this spot in seaport is not quiet, you will get high volume noise on any side of the building because there are always something loud (with speakers) going on outside. 1, Grand club. Friday and Saturday nights are nightmare, it doesn't matter if you live on 20th floor or 7th floor, noise from the honking and screaming may wake you up if you go to bed before 2 am. 2, Cisco Brew Seaport. Loud music and crowd from 3-9pm on week days, all day long on weekends. If you are facing Fan Pier Blvd, you won't be able to do anything serious at home, no matter how high you are. 3, Weekends fitness outdoor class. They play very loud music through speakers on Saturday morning. Again, your morning would be ruined if you face Fan Pier Blvd or indoor terrance. Management is very responsible for anything in the building, but anything outside of the building is out of control. Seaport is nice and new, but it's not a well designed neighborhood for people who want to have peaceful life. read more

VIA offered the perfect floorplan for me, and a bonus view and was available for the ideal timeframe. Grace was extremely accommodating, eloquent, and excited to welcome me to the property. The living experience has been wonderful and I have absolutely no complaints. It's a fantastic property for pet friendly living, the maintenance staff is diligent with common areas and the management team addresses issues with speed and understanding. Everything from the tour, to signing the lease, to move in, was a breeze! Felt super safe, even during COVID, with mandatory masks, self cleaning elevator buttons and select surfaces, and the cleaning crew constantly making sure everything is wiped down and sanitized. Grace, Kelsey, Caitlin and the whole team made the process so easy, and a week in, VIA already feels like home. Moving during a pandemic could have been the worst, but thankfully has been nothing but the best. My boyfriend and I just moved into VIA this summer in the midst of COVID19. While an odd time to move, we love living at VIA. Mariela went above and beyond when we were deciding on apartments, answering our many questions and offering helpful tips with the room layouts as well. I had scheduled a 9 a.m. appointment with the leasing office. When I arrived at VIA just before 9 a.m., no one was at the concierge desk. I then called VIA and was told someone would be assisting me shortly. When the concierge did arrive, he saw that I was in the system for a 9 a.m. appointment but did not have an explanation as to why the leasing consultant had not arrived. The leasing consultant finally greeted me at 10:20 a.m. She arrived 80 minutes late. She then told me that something was wrong on the back end and that I would have to visit another time. I did convince her to quickly show me a few apartment units. After waiting 80 minutes, I barely got 10 minutes of the leasing consultant's time. the music is so loud it feels like a concert the second you walk in the door. I try to use the amenity spaces sometimes but its so hard to concentrate when bad techno music is blaring in the background. the events thrown here are pretty cool but there's so many that it further adds to the loudness and it feels as if you're living in a nightclub that never shuts down. for the most part the staff is nice but i've overheard management bad talking residents as I worked in one of the pods....I don't think they knew i was in there. the elevators are always down and it's so cold in the hallways. i like my apartment and the price i got it for but i don't think i'll be resigning next summer.
