He answered all my questions thoughtfully and did a wonderful job of showing me all the fantastic amenities and modern apartments Windsor had to offer. He went out of his way to address my specific questions and ensure I felt comfortable and confident about my decision. He was positive and clearly cares about the residents, personally greeting tenants as we passed them on my tour. Update to my 8/23/23 review: We just had another faulty fire alarm today, 8/31. Typical story: fire department came, turned the alarm off, and left. This was THIRD faulty fire alarm this month. I also want to respond to the comment from Windsor Properties to my initial review: This condescending and patronizing comment is exactly what I expected, and I am sure people who read my review were not surprised at all by your response. Instead of addressing any of the serious issues brought up in my review, all you tired to do was imply I am not even a resident. This is typical how management deals with almost any issue in this building. Rather than resolve problems, they try to explain them away. You do not care to discuss my "thoughts", as you call them. These were not "thoughts" or some subjective feelings about the property. What I listed in my review were facts observed while living here. If you were really disappointed by the low score, and cared about your tenant's safety, and what they think or feel, you would not ignore these problems and would instead make investments to improve the situation at Windsor at Cambridge Park. read more

Stunning in every way. We stayed on the 5th floor in a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment while in the Cambridge area. Even though it is at the far end of the Alewife station, I saw less than 10 live humans out on the street in a 5 day span. The folks that live in this building work nearby and leave for a suburban home over the weekend, so it meets their needs. But you must drive out of the complex ( or take the T) to enter any form of civilization. There is tenant parking inside a gated area and the lobby has an inviting sitting area in front of a large TV and gas fireplace. There is a very interesting fresh ground automated coffee machine that allows you to chose from about 12 different cafe selections. People come down with their own coffee mugs which is funny. I think the rents are incredibly reasonable for the luxurious amenities, especially if it comes with a parking spot and proximity to the train. If 4 students or friends share the 2 bed/2 bath, it would run less than 1000 a piece for a sweet place to call home... but there are units that go for 2500-3500 a month as well. read more

Update one day later: They did not response to our email, did not address our concerns, did not come up with a plan to fix it. Instead, they send us a brand new contract this morning without apologizing for their apparent mistake, saying that we should sign this ASAP. The new contract does not address our concerns either but instead they wrote up few new policies that are specifically written to jeopardize our interest and help them disguise their mistakes. Anyway...I'm amazed by their action plan to address complains. Really? You're better than this. read more

I am moving into Windsor next month and have nothing but the highest remarks for the employees! I work in an industry where my employees often have to pick up where the other person left off in a conversation with a customer and Windsor employees know how to do this with exceptional expertise! I can honestly say I think I've spoken to 5 separate people and each person is so nice and so helpful! Even with small requests! They aim to support their tenants in any way they can and always deliver! I'm so glad that in a month I'll be coming home to such caring and helpful employees! -Valerie read more

The building is beautiful. Apartments are spacious, the best bang for your $. Great amenities. Location is great because it is within walking distance from Alewife. Grocery store, stores, hotels and restaurants are within walking distance as well. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are just a notch under hotel staff but I promise that if they could they would be making your bed every morning ;). Check it out. I promise you will not be disappointed. I saw every building in Boston/Cambridge before moving here. read more

New comers beware! We are have been a resident for several months now, advertised as a smoke free place, people constantly smoking in building and you can smell it up and down the hallways. We had bicycles stolen from their storage room that were locked up, and when asking management questions the ladies now in the office are rude, dismissive, and never follow through on what hey say they will do. Maintenance team is the only good thing going here otherwise this rating would be a no circles. read more

I lived in Windsor at CambridgePark for one year and a half and absolutely loved it. I lived on the top floor facing the zen garden and never heard any noise from the neighbors. Also, I had no street noise which was great. During summer, you can hear people hanging out in the zen garden, but it is noting disturbing, plus they close the zen garden at 10pm, so you always get good sleep. Pros: -the apartment is very well made. I did not run into any issue during my stay. Everything worked well. -lots of storage space in the bathroom and kitchen and the walking closet has a lot of shelves too. -the ventilation is great. fresh air is circulated in the building. Some apartments are too humid and I feel like it is harder to breathe, not Windsor at CambridgePark. It always felt fresh in my apartment. -the amenities are super nice. I had friends coming over and they all admired our amenities. it is one of the best in town. -My job was on the red line and I had a very easy commute to work (5 min walk to alwife station). I biked to work for half of the year too and they have a very nice bike room. Also, they are right on a bike path, so biking is a great option. -there is desk space in the living room that came out very handy. -The management is great. Elyse and Rebecca are super nice and help you in any way they can. -I got all my deposit back, unlike many managements that try to keep as much as they can. -The maintenance is great. they help you with everything (hanging something on the wall, replacing light bulbs!!, EVERYTHING). there is a nice online system for putting maintenance request and they come and resolve the issue in less than 24-hours. it is great. -the locker room is very convenient for the package delivery (Luxer one system). -easy access to I95 through the route 2. Cons: -my apartment was not facing south, but there is a train track on the south side of the building and they say that noise can be an issue if you are facing south. -the building is at a dead-end and the only way to get there is to pass Alewife station. So there is traffic getting in and out during the rush hours. I did not drive to work, so it was not an issue for me, but if you are considering driving to work, you will get the traffic in front of Alewife station 4-6pm on weekdays. -The bathrooms are HUGE. I wish they had used the space in the bathroom for a bigger bedroom or living room. it is a waste of square footage. read more

When I toured the building I was extremely impressed by the apartments and amenities. I looked at several other great apartment communities but none offered the same value. I moved into one of the first apartments available. My apartment looks as beautiful as the model I saw. I love having a kitchen with lots of counter space and cupboards, it's a pleasure cooking in it. I rarely hear my neighbors (very different from my last (average Camberville) apartment, in which I heard way too much of the neighboring couple's fights). The common spaces here are fantastic and the courtyard - which started as bare cement - is almost done and looks as good as the architectural renderings. I can't comment on the pool courtyard but have no doubt it will also look great. What also sets Hanover apart is the staff. Whenever I've needed something they are helpful, patient, and deal with the issue quickly. They are really friendly and want to make things right. They offer package pickup service, so you don't have to worry if you aren't home during the day, and they have been adding other services like dry cleaning. The downsides are the limited parking (though I expect that will be better once construction is done) and the area isn't that interesting, you're living near a bunch of office buildings. At the same time Alewife station is only a few minutes' walk, there is a shortcut to the Belmont bike path, and the Arlington bike path is very close. Oh, and there is indoor bike storage. read more

We did a big lifestyle change, moving from the 'burbs to the city, and boy are we happy we chose here. Hanover Cambridgepark is a wonderful, big amenity building, with spacious apartments and lots of thoughtful touches but what makes it stand out from every other place we looked at is the staff. If you've ever thought you wanted to live in a high end hotel, well, this is the place for you. I'm a licensed realtor, and I can cut through the phony. This is a really lovely bunch of people working hard to create a wonderful apartment community. And they're succeeding. Of course, there's a lot in the Hanover to love -- a movie theater, a gym, a yoga room, conference rooms, a club house room, courtyards, a pool, grills, outdoor TVs, fire pits, a dog washing station, a bike lounge (with free bikes you can borrow whenever)...the list goes on and on. There is covered parking too, and extra storage if you need it. Did I mention it's not just pet-friendly, it's pet-centric? The staff are pet lovers and owners too, and from free introductory pet concierge services to "yappy hours" this is a great place to have a dog (or two) and of course a cat or two. We weren't sure we'd love the location, situated as it is in sort of a weird commercial area and right next to the train. But, much to our surprise, we LIKE the train, and the neighborhood is very quiet after work and on weekends. And, it's very convenient to the T and almost all the shopping/movies/transportation/Whole Foods fixes you could ever need. The proximity to the Alewife Watershed (for a great dose of nature and wonderful dog walks and biking) was an extra surprise. Yes, there's rush hour traffic, but it moves. And yes, there's construction across the street, but that will be ending. This was a huge move for our small family -- two parents and a 17yo -- but it was a great move, in large part because we love this building. Did I mention we have a great apartment? Quiet, private, relatively spacious, TONS of light, and enough architectural detail to make it interesting without being overwhelming. So, if you're wondering, we checked out many big buildings in Cambridge, and some in Boston, and this was, hands down, the favorite of all three of us. You won't be sorry! read more

This is by far the most gorgeous apartment complex I have seen in the Boston area. The apartments are huge. I love everything, from the beautiful finishes, to the layout, to the convenience of the location. It's absolutely stunning especially the outdoor space/patio area. It's a resort right at home. And I can't say enough about the office staff, they are always willing to help with anything I've ever requested. I highly recommend this place. read more

Lived there with my boyfriend for one year with our two dogs. Positives- extremely dog friendly, the staff is incredible, the pool, grills and gym are always so clean. The apartment is constructed to feel like a home and it's 5 minute walk to Alewife. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Stay away. Good: - The gym has most of what I need. - The staff is nice. - Close to bike paths and subway. - Good bike room. - Nice kitchen. Bad: - The full price (without discounts) is too high for what it is. - Guest parking is awkward to nonexistent. Cambridge converted the street to a bike lane (despite a parallel bike path), killing parking on 1 side of the street, and available parking on the other. As a biker, this made the street less safe to bike on. - Shower pipe has frozen twice. Don't count on a functional shower on a cold day. Ugly: - South-facing apartments overlook an extremely loud train, a parking lot, and a factory/construction site. I wasn't shown a south-facing apartment, and was not disclosed these detail when talking about which of the available apartments I would take. The sound is tolerable if you keep the windows closed, but just barely. With the windows open, it might be literally deafening. - Building fire alarm goes off every few weeks. Hearing-damaing level noise inside each apartment when the building fire alarm goes off. It has some positive elements, but there are too many issues that add up. I can't recommend it, and I certainly will actively discourage anything but a north-facing apartment (looking out on the street). EDIT: I had this at a 2. I'm lowering to a 1 because of the frequent false fire alarm we have been having. Each apartment has multiple klaxons that are loud enough to cause hearing damage. (My ears are still ringing) I don't know what triggers them, but they are to force a mass evacuation. I hope you like evacuating in the middle of winter multiple times a week. Edit 2: Just had another false fire alarm. Third within ~7 days. No explanation. Same deafening noise. It doesn't look fun for the parents carrying their infants down the blaring hallways, hopefully bundled enough for the cold. Edit 3: Another false fire alarm. 1am Monday night. Woman leaving the building claimed she pulled it because of "drug addicts / crack users" in some apartment. Or something like that. Edit 4: Another false alarm. 7pm Saturday evening. The place is nice, for sure, and they do a good job maintaining. Amenities are good but honestly not sure how often one can use them with a busy life and the pool is not heated so always very cold (even in August). It is clean, parking ample, and being so close to the wetlands is nice for dog walks. Still three things kill this place. First: location, location, location. While it carries a Cambridge address you're very isolated behind the train station, there is no neighborhood to speak of. Second, traffic is horrendous. Not something we knew visiting on a weekend, but any weekday is absolutely horrible if you need your car. Third, rent. I get that Cambridge is expensive, but this place is barely in Cambridge and charges like they're located in Harvard square. It's not worth the money. read more

Just moved in. A few thoughts to share: Good things: 1. The building itself and the apartment are great. High ceiling, huge closets (with a lot of racks), spacious than I had expected, everything is new and clean. The outdoor space is well maintained and beautiful. 2. The management team is quite nice and responsive. When moving in, we requested a couple of fixing jobs, and they're done very efficiently. We complained about neighbor's noise, and they immediately contacted them and the noise stopped. There's also a package room that helps receiving and storing our online purchases, which I find very convenient and nice. 3. There're three daycare centers within walking distance (within 8 mins walking). I am not sure about the quality of these centers, but for young parents they might find having such options helpful. Problems: 1. Although the place is quite close to the subway (about 6-8 mins walk), the neighborhood itself is quite inconvenient. Almost no restaurants, shops, coffee places, supermarkets, bars around. The shopping area nearby the fresh pond is about 20 mins walking, and it's not a nice walking path since you have to walk on a highway bridge where cars run next to you. 2. The view facing south is terrible. I deliberately chose a south-facing apartment since it's sunny. But with the sunshine you get a very ugly and large construction site that expands with the railroad, and I'm even not sure what it's building. It's more like a factory making concrete or something so there's no "finishing date" of the construction and it'll always be there. And there is a train rail next to the building. The train is not very frequent, and I myself am not very bothered by the train coming and going, but I guess that some might be. We chose the place without visiting it since we were not in cambridge at the time. Will we choose it again after knowing this much about it? With this price, probably not. Since we don't plan to buy a car, convenience is quite important for us. After arrival, we realize that with this money, we can probably find neighborhoods much more convenient in terms of shopping, eating and socializing. read more

Seconding Ren on the walls. You can hear children running in the hallways upstairs when inside your apartment. The commuter rail rumbles through from dawn until 11PM - not enough went into soundproofing the glass. And the managers stay on the other side of the building. Great amenities/location. I am a long-standing tenant at Windsor Cambridgepark. In my opinion, Likica and Co.know how to handle many different challenging situations, as well as accommodate the needs of their tenants. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and feel at home. When my refrigerator water filter ran out, I made a service request and they were very expedient in replacing it. You can even rent bikes for your friends to ride the MinuteMan trail! Ask for Elyse, or for any of the other leasing consultants to begin your Windsor experience. read more

Our home has been uninhabitable on several occasions during the past year, due to the hole in the ceiling with water running out. I have photos of the hole in our ceiling where the patch, which was originally in the front hallway, fell onto one of our animals. In addition to the gaping hole, I have email requesting the water be fixed: it still does not run cold. Similarly, the windows and sliding door neither open nor close entirely and at times I cannot get the windows to open at all. I have reported this. The ice maker does not make ice. The hole in the ceiling was dealt with on at least three and maybe four occasions: and on one of those occasions I arrived home to find one of my animals limping, and in need of attention from the vet. I reported this. Since we pay rent for the pets, one would think they would be treated as tenants: which, by definition, they are. Regarding security which was promised, I have encountered two men who are homeless in our lobby repeatedly, in the bathroom and in the lobby area itself when I have gone out to run in the mornings. My shoes were taken from in front of my door where I removed them because they were wet and I did not want to ruin the wood floors. Two hours later, they were gone. I checked to see if they were removed because they were a fire hazard, and was told "we told you so." My daughter and a visiting colleague heard this exchange. Regarding cleanliness, the front lobby regularly smells as if someone has vomited in it. Regarding parking, there were three times when I returned from a night shift in the ED during snow storms to find no parking spaces other than those reserved, which I had been warned to not park in because my care would be towed if I did. So I parked in the street, in spite of paying the community for a space. Regarding costs, these were grossly misrepresented. Enough said. Forget "green," we pay high electric because the doors and windows do not have tight seal. We pay water, sewer, gas at outrageous rates. We are always covered in train and construction dust, about which no one told us. The train is surprisingly loud. We were never told about any of this. Regarding noise, this community is quite similar to a frat house most weekends. Screaming, fire alarms being pulled in the middle of the night, food left in hallways, trash, vomiting, alcohol. Windsor has been grossly misrepresenting this community and has neither honored their commitment nor behaved in any sort of responsible manner throughout our year here. I work three jobs in order to afford this community, and in return received substandard housing, have been treated with gross disrespect by staff on several occasions, and cannot call this community "home" in any way. The community is neither safe, clean, livable nor secure. Avoid this community and do not trust that which you see. Misrepresentation is their skill set read more

This is a great place to live! The leasing staff live on site and are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also very responsive and friendly. They frequently sponsors parties and events with food and drinks. The building is amazing and has beautiful courtyards with grills and a pool. Our apartment has a great kitchen and bathroom. It also has a full size refrigerator, washer, and drier. The walls are thick so we never hear our neighbors. Largish walk-in closet in our bedroom. The front closet is small so we are a little tight on storage. Easy access to the Alewife (red line) into Boston. You can also quickly get out of Cambridge on Route 2 in the morning. It is also a 15-20 minute walk down the bike path to Davis. My only criticisms are that they usually have loud techno music in the lobby and gym which is a bit irritating. They also have big screen TVs all over the building that are on all the time. I wish that they would make these motion activated since they are just wasting electricity 95% of the time. read more

These are very nice apartments. They're relatively new, modern, well-designed and very spacious. There are laundry facilities in each apartment, the bedroom closets are huge (dressing rooms, really) and the amenities are top-notch. The management team is friendly, helpful, and (except for the problem described below) very responsive. But learn from our woeful experience, and don't accept a unit anywhere near the "fitness center." It's open all night, 24/7,. And when someone drops a weight, it reverberates through the nearby apartments. This morning, for example, it was 5:30 a.m.--THUNK! And more THUNKS for the next half hour. Twice we've been startled out of our slumbers by loud THUNKS at 1:30 a.m. And after business hours, you're on your own as far as doing anything about it (or any other problem). There's no concierge, or security person, or anybody at the front desk to complain to or ask for help--there is, in fact, no front desk. So you must get dressed and go downstairs and try to explain the problem to the (perhaps unwitting) offender. The same is true for noise from late-night parties or amped-up movies in the screening room--you're on your own as far as doing anything about it.. read more

We love living here! Best living experience we've had, the staff ( Ryan and Tyra) are amazing!!so helpful and accommodating. The Windsor at Cambridge Park is a place where efficiency meets elegance. My girlfriend and I had the opportunity to tour the community not once--but twice due to the courtesies of both Elyse and Mel. The building's amenities cater to a myriad of working professionals, small families, and international audiences--showcasing public spaces as shared private oases. If not for the lack of availability in their "A" 1BR unit, relatively high rates, and high occupancy we would have moved in immediately. Perfect place for working professionals in the Cambridge area. Lastly, again, the leasing consultants Elyse and Mel were extremely passionate about their jobs and successfully uncovered the value in living in a Windsor Apartment Home Community. read more

I've lived in Winsor at CP for a month now and am happy to say we made the right choice. The units are more spacious than competitors (we looked at 7 other buildings) and the finish and construction used better materials. Walk in closets have floor to ceiling shelving installed already. 10 ft ceilings. Ceiling fans/lights are something I didn't see in most units. I think service has been excellent. I have worked primarily we Elyse and Kristen but all the staff are considerate, promt, and attentive. The maintenance staff seems to be on point too, they added a shelf when I needed it. The windows and walls are thick so my Apt isn't pretty quiet...that said you are living in the city, not the countryside. You will hear airplanes, trucks, trains just like in any other city. My apt faces the street for reference. I've used the grills 5 times now and they are great. Neighbors have always shared the large grills and it's a great way to meet people. I enjoy the running trail across the street and easy access to the T. 4 minutes for my long legs. Parking has been easy in the garage, there are covered and uncovered spots, no problem getting a covered spot do far, we shall see in the winter. Cell phone reception is a little weak in the ground floor elevator-others don't seem to have a problem on thier phones. I blame it on the thick soundproofed walls. It's a pet friendly building. Lots of happy pets around with considerste owners. The pets are not overwhelming and I meeting the friendly/outgoing ones and owners. Yes, just like the rest of Cambridge, the prices are premium. Unlike Cambridge, you actually get what you pay for. They are consistent with the competition but after seeing some many other places I think you get more (space, quality, service, etc) and I am happy I went with Windsor. read more

In late October 2014 we were trying to find a place close to Alewife station and we found this place by chance and what a good decision. The property was under construction, the whole process of leasing and moving in was really smooth. The property manager and the leasing staff were very helpful. Being a new property there were some teething problems, but the management is very responsive and fixed the problem immediately. The facilities are really impressive from yoga room to state of the art gym. The media room and the pool room are really elegant and functional. The management schedules multiple activities screening major sporting activities in the media room to paint night that everyone can enjoy. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants the convenience of commuting to Boston using public transport or to the suburbs using their car The best of both world! read more

My husband and I have lived at Windsor CambridgePark since October 2014 when it was Hanover CambridgePark. We were one of the first residents in the building and had a great experience with Hanover. The leasing agents - Tyra, Kiley, Bridgette, and Ryan - were all personable and friendly. We had a few issues with our fire alarm constantly going off for no reason (7 times within a month and most of the time in the middle of the night); however, Tyra & Ryan were very professional, resolved the issue and gave us a credit for the incidents. Our rent increased after our lease ended but the concession (1 month free) was worth re-signing. We never had a problem with the building and it's amenities as Hanover. Then Windsor took over on April 28, 2016 and it's been all downhill from there. The building went from "Luxury Living" to "Mediocre Living". The hallways are constantly dirty (dog feces, dog food) and smell like urine- at least the 2nd floor does. I even witnessed 2 girls allow their dog to urinate in the middle of the hallway. They saw me look at them in disbelief and just kept walking towards the elevator. (Note: I reported this to management and they said they would "look into it.") The gym is never a good temperature and feels like a heat sauna some days. There's barely any disinfectant wipes for the machines. The club room is always disgusting. No one cleans up after themselves or wipes down the counters. The outdoor/pool area is very nice but good luck getting a grill/chair on the weekends. There's supposed to be a "2 guest limit" but it's never enforced. The Theater/Screening room is also a great amenity but ever since Windsor took over, there is now a $125 fee to reserve it privately. Rent is already high enough and the reason we chose this place was because of these amenities. It's extremely unfair that we're going to be charged extra to use amenities we're already paying for. If it wasn't for the convenience of the location - walking distance to Alewife T station, Trader Joes/Whole Foods nearby, we would be out of our lease already. We definitely won't be re-signing at the next renewal. We miss Hanover CambridgePark. The building will never be the same. read more

I've lived here for several years and for several years, my neighbor has not taken good care of their dog. It barks incessantly which is against the lease agreement. No matter how much I request that they care for their stressed dog, my complaints are not addressed by the leasing office. I feel so badly for this dog - I wish better dog owners lived here. read more

Lived here for the past 18 months and just moved out! We really enjoyed our time here, it had everything we needed including close access to the red line for school. Our apartment was spacious with a massive bathroom and good appliances - far larger than what we were used to coming from Boston buildings. Additionally, we appreciated the quiet vibe of the building. A highlight was the responsiveness and professionalism of the leasing office - they respond quickly to requests which is so appreciated. We worked primarily with Brittney and she was fantastic. The move out process (which can be a hassle in many buildings and where management companies suddenly turn harsher when you're not paying rent anymore...) was so smooth. You can even pay to have your apartment cleaned when you leave so you don't have to worry about doing it yourself. And we received our full security deposit back - which was great! Our only con was that we wish the parking spots had been larger/wider - but we didn't want to pay more for a reserved spot! Overall we're thankful for the Cambridgepark team and our time here and recommend it. read more

We love our new home at Hanover Cambridgepark! The staff is AMAZING - so friendly, helpful, and they truly care about us. We are new to the city and they've made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable in our new environment. Plus, the five minute walk to the Alewife Station helps us get around the city, including the convenience of Davis and Harvard Squares. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are impressive. Also...with all the snow we've gotten this winter, the streets and sidewalks are always kept free of snow and ice. Finally, if you're a pet owner, this is the place for you! read more

I have been in the building less than a month but have had numerous interactions with Mel and the rest of the staff - they are all incredibly courteous, willing to help, and extremely responsive with any questions or concerns I've had which has made living here an easy transition! The building is well maintained and the maintenance team is very quick to tend to any work orders! read more

You know those horror movies that start with beautiful front office staff greeting you and later after midnight, zombies start creeping out of graves, I had a similiar experience at this place. Our move-in process was a breeze, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne, etc .. And then, so many things were so wrong, no idea where to start: Loud HVAC fans on top of that biotech firm, runs 24/7 and has a constant noise you cannot run away. I had to put 3 layers of sound absorbing drapes to minimize it but noise was still there, every night. Parking lot is invaded by a flock of bird nests and they keep pooping on your car, I had to get it washed every week, sometimes more than once. When we moved in unit was not properly cleaned, UV light inspection at night showed many stains on the carpet, possibly some sort of pet urine. I purchased a Bissel and cleaned it twice to get rid off it and then requested carpet to be changed, of course the management said NO. Speaking about pets, I love them but, if you are sensitive, check the smell in the entrance when you get a chance. Then, there is this black substance that kept accumulating on HVAC inlets, I hope it did not accumulate in my lungs. Then, there were these, let's say, incosiderate, upstairs neighbors, they started with earth shaking subwoofers, then added running a threadmill, I mean running threadmill on top of your bedroom, how nice, thankfully(!) just later they turned to just stomp walkers, thumb thumb thumb 24 hours a day, I will never forget that sound. Then, maintanence set appointment and then never shows up, then unauthorized entries by maintenance. Finally, when the lease renewal time came, they increased the rent from 3200 to 3500 !!! Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that leasing apartments is a customer service driven business. In fact, this is a business in which people stand to invest upwards of $30k per year. With that being said, I feel like when I am looking to rent an apartment, especially one in this price range, I expect exceptional customer service and attentiveness. However, during my visit to this building, I received neither. I showed up 10 mins early for my tour and I was unfortunate enough to arrive when only the property manager was available (I am using the term available very loosely). She refused to take me on the tour, but it was more of her demeanor that got to me. She brushed me off as if I was irrelevant and she had better things to do with her day than answer my questions which started off about how long I would be waiting. She proceeded to lock herself in her office and instructed me to just wait for the next leasing consultant, meanwhile, she was the only person I could see present. Even after waiting 40 mins (30 mins past my appointment time), she acted as if it was beneath her to have to help me, and seemed annoyed by having to do so. Then one of her first statements was asking if I was moving in with anyone, when I told her no, she stated that they do not have studios and the one bedrooms start upwards of 2500 a month, she even asked if I had a job and could show income, all but saying that I probably could not afford to live there. As one might guess at this point, I decided not to take the tour.. This is a beautiful apartment complex and even when you walk in, you are dazzled by the modern design, however, the service that I received from Likita (who surprisingly is actually the property manager, and I would have expected to receive the best service from) was rude, ignorant, and distasteful. From being brushed off, to indirectly insulted, to dealing with her inability to answer questions and rolling her eyes at me. All in all - BEAUTIFUL BUILDING BUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER LIKITA IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY!! read more

At first the apartment looks great, a nice high rise apartment with pool and other amenities. But they are overpriced, are a small apartment size, poor quality workmanship, and no insulation between 1st and second floor. You hear the people above you walk around, exericse, drop their things on the floor, fall and knock over things as if drunk, etc. The noise is so loud, that it wakes you up in the middle of the night. There are no carpet on the cheap hardwood floors. The new owners- previously Hanover park- now Windsor - are rude and not sensitive to your needs. When you complain about noisy neighbors, they say they can't do anything unless they hear it. However they are not onsite later in the evening, night or early in the morning when all of the extremely loud noises happen. Additionally the area of the hotel is in a crowded commercial area, and in a low class, trashy area of Cambridge. The only plus is that they are 0.33 miles from the Alewife T station. read more

After 2 years plus living here, I am disappointed in the management. If you want to pay an expensive rent, have dog poo on the carpets of the common areas, smell of dog urine as soon as you get to the building AND play the cop 3 times a week in spring, summer, and fall (meaning calling at 1 am to security with no apology from management), then this is the place for you. The apartments are beautiful inside, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. The screening of the tenants is terrible, people smoke on the courtyard at night, dog owners let their dogs pee in the walls, and you have to call security even though the leasing office swears that they have one guard in the building. The garage/ building doors are seldom locked, walls of common areas are dirty... I can go on and on. This is NOT a luxury apartment complex, despite how pretty it looks. This place is going downhill... Good luck, we´re moving, unbearable place. read more
