The quality of the pedicure and manicure services I've received has been unmatched - consistently exceptional, I first ran into this place about 3-4 years ago and return once a year when I visit Tampa and I always love the results . The precision and care taken with cuticle care is noteworthy, and the resulting softness of my feet is impressive. Nonetheless my manicure is lovely . The final result is always impeccable and greatly appreciated . I highly recommend you try this European pedi/mani with Inna or Nadiia or any available staff- everyone is wonderful . As a service provider myself, I'm always observant of how other businesses treat their clients and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I booked a Polygel Shape Correction because my nails were short and broken, and I wanted to fix them and add just a bit of length. I was told I'd need to reschedule for a 3-hour appointment if I wanted extensions, and the technician kept repeating there wouldn't be enough time. I had already booked a 2.5-hour slot and explained I only wanted them slightly longer. When she asked what I wanted, I showed her 3 simple inspo photos she immediately said she couldn't do 2 of them (even though they were very basic), so I settled for the one she said she could do. When she was done, every nail was a different shape... but at that point, I just wanted to leave. The next day, my mom went in using a $200 gift card I had bought for her. She had a similar experience her technician also complained about not having enough time and then started speaking to coworkers in another language clearly talking about the situation making her feel super uncomfortable. When my mom went to pay and mentioned she had a gift card, the front desk got visibly annoyed and said, "Oh, now I have to redo this," and then asked, "Aren't you going to leave a tip?" Of course she was going to tip but the way it was asked was rude and inappropriate. To top it all off, her nails chipped the next day. read more

First time getting my nails done at Via Prof. I scheduled a European manicure with regular polish. Easy to make an appointment with their online portal. Parking in front is available but can be sparse at certain times of the day. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, took my name and appointment time and showed me promptly to my nail tech Anna L. Anna was friendly and asked me what color and how I would like to shape my nails. A new set of clean instruments were put on the table and Anna got right to work. The session was relaxing and we chatted a bit about the upcoming holiday. I am very rough with my hands, always at the keyboard and working in my studio. Before coming in to Via Prof my nail beds were awful and needed some TLC. Anna was very gentle and detailed in her work. She transformed my nails and got me holiday ready. She did a great job. The first 2 times I went here my hands and toes looked amazing. This week when I went they seemed to be rushed and didn't seem to care at all. The older lady with curly brown hair did my toes. She was going really fast. So fast that she kept hitting the skin on my toes causing pain. Everything that she did was painful and mind you this wasn't my first time there so I know a pedicure doesn't usually hurt. My toenails have frayed nail on the end as if they weren't filed correctly. For what I paid, I should not be leaving with crooked, painful toes. Unfortunately I will not be returning. It's a shame because I really wanted to continue going here but the lack of consistency is not worth the price . read more

Best nails ever! If you want perfect cuticles, nails, and toes perfectly painted, this is THE place.

Getting a European manicure is such a different experience than a normal nail salon and I am here for it!!! The attention to detail is top notch. So much effort is made to remove all dead skin and cuticle from around your nail bed. The gel is applied so meticulously close to the skin that I find myself only needing a visit every 4-5 weeks. When I first started going my nails were very thin, brittle, and short from removing acrylics. Now (only 6 months later) my natural nails are long and strong with the hard gel over top keeping them fierce. Even the pedicures, which are waterless, are amazing. I really can't say enough good things about this place. My one piece of advice is to book appointments in advance because they stay busy and each visit takes around 90 minutes. read more

Best nail salon if you want perfect manicure every time and cuticles looking like it's out of a magazine. They offer Russian manicure which is very different than the usual manicure. Staff is extremely nice. It's a little bit more expensive than the regular nail salon, but it's 100% worth it. You can go 4-6 weeks between appointments. Love love love this place!! This is my fav spot all the time, I was getting Russian manicure done in Virginia and i was sad that I won't be able to find place like this anymore, but I'm so happy found place like Via Professional Studio, I love how they take their time and make sure all nails are even and get it done properly. someone like me being too picky is not easy to have satisfied service like this. so i would recommend to everyone, i know it's pricy but will worth it to have it. read more

Honestly I've gone to this salon when it was back in a hair salon near Trinity and only 2 techs. I've usually always been pleased with the way they do nails however, this last time I was squeezed in for an appointment this past week and was very disappointed with the treatment I received. Reviews are always subjective but i do my best to provide the facts. I was told over the phone that I'd be able to get a regular gel manicure and pedicure gel which I normally do. over the phone the girl said I would get pedicure and then yes they could do my manicure after. when I arrived I was taken to do manicure first and after sitting I said oh I thought I was doing pedicure first and they spoke in Russian so I couldn't understand and the receptionist tells me they wouldn't be able to do a full pedicure. In my head I'm thinking what is a half pedicure if you can't do the entire thing which is what you pay for. they said a few other things which I could not understand and then said to me that she will ask... I continue to get my nails done with Marina. When she was finally done I asked again if they were able to do a full pedicure today and after the girls argued back and forth in Russian it was a reluctant yes. I had asked for a nail repair because my toe nail broke off prior via phone. fist of all after they said yes they'll do the full pedicure I already could feel Marina wasn't happy about that. she rushed through my entire pedicure so much so that she hurt my pinky toe with the drill tool! she knows it hurt too because I flinched and she pulled back and stopped didn't say sorry or anything. I'm not even exaggerating the entire pedicure was about 20 mins total and not relaxing at all. she rushed through the entire thing didn't even do the nail repair, when I asked about it she stated it's better for my nail to breath. Overall I'm very disappointed with this service to feel like I was rushed and pushed out because of her attitude which clearly told me she did not want to do it. she conducted herself highly rude and unprofessional. I will likely not be back again. let me be clear I was a FULL paying customer as well to be treated like this was just really an awful experience. if the service could not be done or she didn't want to do it then they could've told me and if possible bring someone else. over the times that I've been here as well I have picked up in the fact that they treat non Russian or European customer/russian speakers different compared to the English speaking ones. Maybe I'm wrong but it is surely an observation. I will no longer be back and I suggest you maybe think twice about visiting here. read more
