First time in Paso Robles area and found this cute little spot on Yelp! It's located inside the Paso market walk and has very limited seating if you're trying to stay indoors but cute ample seating outside if it's not too hot out! We got the prosciutto fig pizza with a burrata ball and a sausage pepperoni, which was nothing too crazy. The prosciutto fig really stole the show, being so mouthwateringly good with the balance of sweet and savory! I liked that the fig was incorporated into the pizza and not just freshly cut as a topping and the burrata ball really made pizza extra special! The people working there were all also super nice!

First time trying out this place. The pizza tasted so fresh and delicious. We got the margarita pizza and the mushroom pizza . We had to order one to go because it was so good. The service was great and prompt . We will definitely come back

First time to Paso Robles, we were in the mood for pizza - scored! Thanks to Yelp, I chose Via Caravaggio. We had the fig prosciutto pizza and the pepperoni/sausage pizza, both were excellent. The service was great, everyone we encountered was so friendly. And what a great ambiance, we sat outside, great weather and live music. Great place!!

Great pizza in Paso at a casual spot with indoor and outdoor seating. My husband and I ordered two pizzas - a margherita and a white one with rosemary and pistachio. Both were very good, great crust and perfectly prepared. We also got an arugula salad as it's always the perfect side with pizza. They used wild arugula which was tossed with a lemon dressing, parmesan and pine nuts. Simple yet tasty. Pizzas aren't huge but didn't want to stuff ourselves full with both pizzas even though we could have. Instead opted for some leftovers. Service was fast, sat outside b/c we had our dog and everyone was so kind to her. They brought out water and she got plenty of love from the staff. Kind of pricey for pizza but also seems to be the new norm especially b/c this is wine country.

We attended an event at the Blending Lab and wanted to grab a bite. We decided to grab a couple pizzas and dessert at Via Caravaggio. The staff were amazing. So nice and helpful. Our food came out very very fast. We did not have to wait long at all. We have been here before when they first opened and decided to try it again. I ordered the pepperoni and sausage with hot honey. They definitely use quality ingredients. The dough is made with 00 flour. It is cooked all the way through and has the right texture. It a perfect mix of thin with fluffy crust. My pizza had a great amount of spice to it. I don't know if it was the hot honey or the pepperoni and sausage. I also ordered the cannoli. It was very good. A great mix of sweet and savory. Overall the food was very good, but I feel that it is overpriced. We ordered two pizza's that are "personal sized" and a cannoli for $70. I understand $50-$55 but $70 for two small pizzas and a cannoli is too much. I would be here all the time if it wasn't for how pricy it is. Great food and great service.

Via Caravaggio is an authentic Italian pizza place you'll never want to miss out on. Their pizzas were divine to say the least. The cheese was so so good it melts in your mouth and makes you want more! The service was also really good and fast! We didn't make a reservation but were lucky enough to have been seated inside as the weather was really hot that day. We got the Margherita D.O.P. and the 'Nduju Di Calabria! We loved both but leaned towards the Margherita more. Thank you for the great hospitality!

$19 Caesar Salad - great flavor, but at that price it should be a dinner salad! Pizza was great, thus the high rating.

We got two pizzas to go and they were amazing. The apple -honey maybe my new all time favorite . The service was fast and friendly. The owner was even working the oven. They have a dessert pizza that somebody ordered and it looked really good when it came out. Mela al a Gorgonzola (apple, gorgonzola, hot honey) .................................................................... Carne Piccante (crushed tomatoes, pepperoni, sausage, Calabrian chilis)

Best pizza I've ever had! Every single time it's the same amazing quality. Haven't tried a pie I didn't like. Tonight I ordered to go and the pizza had to wait for it maybe 2-3mins once I arrived. The owner came out and offered a complimentary half glass of wine while I waited. It was such a nice gesture of thoughtfulness towards their customers. They already had a customer for life, but that type of service is just a cherry on top! Thank you!

Great traditional Italian pizzas. The dough is amazing and they have a great menu to appease Italian food lovers. The Caesar salad and caprese stack were great starters, we ordered the Margherita pizza and the mushroom pizza to try a red & white sauce. Both pizzas were great and we even tried some desserts, the gelato espressos were amazing (I recommend the vanilla one) and we tried a half pistachio half Nutella twist. Everything was good and it was a great experience, service was exceptional as well.

The pizza is authentic and delicious. The caprese stacker appetizer is the most pleasant surprise. You won't be disappointed!

This restaurant came highly recommended, and it absolutely lived up to the praise. When we arrived, the setting was lovely, and we were warmly welcomed by Michelle. She was gracious, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the personalized place card waiting for us with our reservation. At first, my wife and her friend were a bit unsure as they reviewed the menu, as they didn't immediately see options that appealed to them. However, that quickly changed. Our friend ordered the asparagus salad and croquettes, while my wife chose the rosemary garlic grilled prawns and roasted heirloom carrots. Both dishes completely exceeded expectations--they were blown away by how flavorful and well-prepared everything was. Over the course of our trip, we visited many wineries and enjoyed several excellent meals throughout the Central Coast. Yet by the end of it, both my wife and her friend agreed that this dinner stood out as the most memorable--truly the highlight among many great experiences. Thank you for starting our trip on such a high note.

I had my eye on the lamb shank ahead of time, and it turned out to be perfection--easily the standout dish of the night. I've dined at many great restaurants, and they truly executed it beautifully. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere (something I always pay attention to). Service was excellent--attentive without being overbearing. It's now at the top of my Paso Robles restaurant list, and we'll definitely be back. We belong to a couple of wine clubs in the area, so this will be a regular stop for us--especially for that lamb shank. Parking was easy, it wasn't too busy during our visit, and reservations can be made online without hassle. Coming from the Bay Area and being used to dining in both SF and LA, I can confidently say Parchetto holds its own. High-quality food and a great overall experience. Kudos to the team.

Everyone liked the pizzas, and commented on the generous amount of toppings. After a long day of travel, Moe's hit the spot!

In my lifetime, I've only come across 3 different guys named Moe…read more One was a comedian. One was a bartender. And on my most recent trip to Paso Robles... The newest Moe, was a Pizza Maker! Yes, I'm talking about Moe from the 3 stooges, Moe, the fictional cartoon character from the Simpsons who is the grumpy bartender of Moe's Tavern and now, my new favorite Moe.... The Owner and Founder of: Moe's Pizza in Paso Robles. While one of these Moe's will certainly make you laugh... The other Moe is just simpler to laugh at.... (Thanks to Bart Simpson and his prank calls) But.... The final Moe, probably my new favorite, is all about making you smile with a simple little trick... Pizza!!!! Yes, when on vacation, sitting in your hotel room and debating if going back out with 3 kids for dinner after a long day exploring the area sounds like a good idea.... Suddenly, getting Pizza sounded so much easier, and a heck of a lot cheaper. So my wife jumped on Yelp, found Moe's Pizza, placed our order online and off I went to grab us a Pie. Yeah, a little Pepperoni, a dash of pineapple and a whole handful of Parmesan cheese packets, and before we knew it, I was back in the room handing slices out, watching a little Netflix and Chillen in the comfort of our hotel room. A little Netflix & Chill action at its finest! The pizza itself was pretty tasty; Moe's definitely doesn't skimp on the pepperoni or the pineapple for that matter, and the cheese, the sauce & the crust absolutely matched the vibe that the 2 main stars of the show were puttin' down. Had I done a little more research on this place prior to heading over and if I wasn't with my wife and kids, who ALWAYS just get pepperoni and pineapple, I probably would have opted for one of their Specialty Pies that actually sound pretty good and are different than I've ever seen before.... Maybe, Next time. Yeah, Specialty Pies such as their: Mo's Special: crispy chicken, ranch, Canadian bacon, mozzarella AND actual BACON!! Tell me that doesn't sound BOMB.com Also, if you are feeling a little Pizza from the East (and I'm not talking the East Coast)... Check out their Shawarma & Gyro Pizza! Their Pizza's do come in multiple sizes so no matter the size you need.... Moe's has you covered! 16" 14" 12" 10" And if you just need a taste, they sell by the Slice! Of course they offer other goodies to complement that pie, so don't be shy! Salads, cheesy bread, mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, pasta, and a few different desserts including Baklava just to name a few! Now..... Turn off the 3 Stooges on Tubi, stop prank calling Moe's Tavern trying to impersonate Bart Simpson and get you little buns over to Moe's Pizza in Paso Robles and order that MO's Special and report back to me ASAP!!! And in the words of my guy Notorious B.I.G who reps the East, and definitely loved him some pizza... "Mo Money....Mo Problems"

It was perfect timing, plenty of seating indoor and optional back patio seating with a waterfall. We sat inside and once again greeted by the friendly staff, water cups were filled and the lavender lemonade brought to the table. The table had extra plates, which was great because we were sharing our plates. We ordered an appetizer they had as a special(I forgot the name) but it was fried macaroni (not macaroni and cheese) balls with a pomodoro sauce. Beautiful presentation and everything complemented each other, definitely would get it again. We ordered Cacio e Pepe, the sauce was creamy, pasta cooked perfectly and seasonal pesto with walnuts and fresh basil, very good. Everything was delicious and we can't wait to comeback and try a different dish. We didn't get a chance to go to the store next door, but we talked about having a pasta night at home so we will be back. We felt welcomed by the staff and they were on top on checking on the tables. They also have a pasta tour so that's next on the list of things to do. We called ahead and were told no reservations were needed as they were not busy. We arrived about 1 hour before the lunch service was ending and there were only two other families in the restaurant and we were promptly told to select our table I was told that we had to place our order at the counter after we reviewed the menu. Our table had dinnerware and water glasses but no salt and pepper or other spices. We suspected they would be provided when we placed our order. I ordered the daily special - lemon cream linguini with salmon and my wife ordered the eggplant parmigiana (one of her favorite dishes). We also ordered the Caesar salad to share and the house-made potato chips. We both ordered ice tea drinks but had to request sweetener and when we did not receive any I had to retrieve some from the front counter. Our entrees were served within a few minutes and before our Caesar salad so we could not enjoy our entrees immediately. When our salad arrived I had to ask for a separate plate to share with my wife even though I had told the person who took my order that we were sharing it. When the salad arrived we had to ask for pepper and Parmesan cheese to season our salad and were told they did not provide croutons with the salad. By the time we got to our entrees they were lukewarm. The eggplant parmigiana was served in a small dish and lacked flavor. The lemon cream linguini also lacked flavor and the salmon portion was very small. At no time during our meal did our server check on us to ask us if we needed anything or whether we were enjoying our meal. We did notice the servers chatting in the corner while the customers were dining and appeared to be ignoring the diners. We did not finish our meal and boxed up the potato chips (which were delicious and plentiful) and left the restaurant without any acknowledgement from the waitstaff or the front counter person. I think management needs to train their waitstaff on their customer service. It wasn't as if they were busy with other customers. One more thing: since it was lunch service and I had to order our meal and pay for it before we were served I left a generous tip which, in retrospect, was not earned since we were completely ignored during our meal. I suppose I should have mentioned it to the staff but there was no one around when we left the restaurant except the three waitstaff who were still chatting in the corner. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Etto even though we live in Paso Robles.
