Delightful, charming, and clean place. The owner, who made the pizza, was friendly, helpful, and very kind. There were a number of 'lunchtime' patrons coming and going as I was waiting for my order. All of them seemed to be 'regulars' that the owner called by name and knew what they were going to order. I spoke with three of the patrons. They were seated eating their 'usual' lunch. They had been coming to the Pizza Express for a while. And sometimes visit the other Paso Robles location on Creston Road with their families for dinner. One even went as far as to say he preferred the Creston location because the pizza ovens were different and seemed to bake a little different. Regardless he is a fan of the new location as well. I ordered the Antonia's pizza. It was SUPERB! As a matter of fact, it is the best pizza I have had in a very long time. The crust was not prefab. It was soft and crunchy at the same time. Held the ingredients well without getting a soggy bottom. The quality of the ingredients was good. Mostly this pizza reminded me of the kind of pizza one used to get at pizza parlors that did fresh, hand-tossed, dough. Even though I had to transport my pizza home it was still warm and very tasty. Usually when I get a to-go pizza, in town, it is cold and the crust is hard by the time I get home. I will give this place another try to see if there is any change in quality or service at a later date. For now, Pizza Express will be my to-go-to pizza parlor. read more

No bathrooms to wash your hands after driving for hours. Food was ok. Ordered vegetarian pizza and greek salad in advance so it was ready when we arrived. The salad was cut with yellow hearts being used. It would be better if they left out the yellow heart of the lettuce. Not much to say about the ambiance. The neighborhood is so so. read more

5 stars for being open past 9 on a Monday night. I'm from out of town and was looking for food, shocked that almost nothing was open in Paso Robles and surrounding towns. Pizza is good. Not gourmet but cheesy and filling, albeit very greasy (to be expected when generously topped with meat). A large 2-topping was $10.86. $TEN.86! Service was quick and friendly. read more

Pizza is good. Service is good. I like the crust and the amount of toppings. I am in no way a pizza expert. There are so many pizza joints in Paso. I look for the best deals as I typically buy pizza for my youth group so I need a lot of pizza for a great price. I had a deal for 5 pizzas for 49.99. The kids loved it. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. read more

Ordered delivery here recently but the driver didn't let me know when they left the food outside the door and didn't update the delivery time until later - by the time I realized it was there, it was already cold! I also feel like they put a bit too much cheese on the pizza for my tastes. read more

The pizza was so good! We ordered double pepperoni & olives & it taste just like our favorite back at home. I would definitely recommend it. It is located in a little business center so we were kind of apprehensive but wow, don't judge a book by it's cover, that's for sure. The best places are always the unexpected type of places, right?? Cheesy chewy good pizza, cheese breadstick was great as well. 1.5 mi from where we were staying at and open till 10 PM and glad made the great choice of ordering. Pepperoni was crunchy on the edges and cheese was a-lot more than what I expected in the greatest was possible. read more

The $19 pizza, was tiny four pieces, not even enough to feed one. It was personal at best, definitely not small. It was cold, and not very tasty either. The Greek salad was a rip. There is no way this place should be in business, I predict they will be out of business within a year. A pizza place that has crappy pizza isn't going to stay around long. I ordered two churros, I actually used them to hammer nails in, they were harder than a hammer. Trashed those puppies. $50 later, completely disappointed, and hungry for some good food. If you want good pizza, go somewhere else. read more

Our absolute favorite place to order pizza from. Super clean inside. Everyone is super friendly EVERY time. We live in San Miguel (ten minutes north of Paso Robles) so sometimes we can pick up our order on the way out of town and love that they will deliver. Oh dear. We were staying nearby & felt like pizza. This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. It was like it was made by someone who has never eaten pizza. The dough was fine & vegetables fresh, but the weird cheesy garlic sauce was bizarre and without any tomato sauce - it was just so wrong. I ate one piece and had to stop. It was really unappetising. If you like pizza avoid at all costs. I will never eat here again. read more

I like the pizza from creston, since I heard they opened on spring , I decided to order today kus My brothers and I was very hungry , ordered the ultimate deal and calzones. Total for those is $42.98 before tax . when delivered (San Miguel) Our total was $52 (I think , my brother paid) . we were confused but since we were really hungry , we paid and the delivery guy left . We ate , Hour later we realized they didn't give us breadsticks .. so waste of money . Calzone : burn on top , I chose 2 toppings . Pepperoni and sausage . I ordered the roasted garlic chicken pizza and requested half the pizza with mushrooms instead of the whole, and artichoke hearts. I showed up about 30min before closing time at 11PM (which is a bonus because they stay open late) the staff was quick, and helpful. Great tasting pizza, although a little pricey. We received a flyer stating that they deliver in San Miguel. I called and asked if they would deliver to our address and they said that they do so I ordered my pizzas and they said that the expected wait time would be 50 minutes. It has been 2 hours and we have yet to receive our pizzas I called them when it was about 1 hour to ask if they needed help with directions and they said that the person was about 15 minutes away. Update my husband called and they said we will get the pizza's for free I will wait and see. read more

Terrible customer service. My husband called and ordered for pick up. He said that we wanted 4 larges pizzas. He even had to say the order a couple of times so I remember him specifically saying 4 larges. When he got home from picking up the pizza we noticed that they were mediums. We called them to try and work out a reasonable deal. At first they were fine with it, then they called us back and were not fine with it. Made us drive back to town with the pizzas to give them back and give us our order while we had friends over at the house who were hungry. Won't be going back to that pizza express. read more

The response to them either not hearing or not pushing the button for a two liter for a delivery was 'Well, we didn't charge you for it'. Basically: our mistake but go out and get one yourself. What's their out of pocket cost of a two liter compared to customer loyalty? Make it right! Lost a customer on principle. read more

Best pizza ever!!!!!! The food is quick and of quality! I love the staff!!!! It's a quaint location on Creston, and family run! It's a wonderful atmosphere for families! They make the biggest pizza on the central coast.... it's HUMONGOUS !!!!! Definitely makes for a fun party!! Any size, any toppings... Whatever you're in the mood for.... The Pie was cut in fourths, so it was a folded slice to eat, that works. The sun-dried tomatoes in the topping helped add flavor, but on its own, the chicken was very thick and bland. We also got 2 pizzas, Girl Crush and Chicago Fire. These were thin crust pizzas, and while the dough and the toppings were good, there was WAY too much cheese on them. I say this as a cheese lover, but the pizzas were weighed down so heavily by the cheese that it was very difficult to pull slices apart. The ratios just seemed off. Flavor wise, we preferred the Girl Crush. The lemon fragrance is pretty strong on the Chicago Fire, so it overpowered the other flavors. Lastly, we ended with the classic tiramisu, which was good - nice and light, not too sweet. Food was just okay, our server Adam was great!!
