After months of excuses, lack of communication, and being repeatedly ghosted, I had lost almost all confidence in the company and began wondering if I had been taken advantage of. However, once Tyler, the owner, caught wind of it, he was upstanding, professional, and genuinely concerned about my experience. He personally took the time to understand the issues, stayed engaged throughout the process, and made sure things were addressed. From my perspective, it became clear that the information Tyler was receiving did not fully reflect what I had been experiencing as a customer. Once he became directly involved and saw the situation for himself, things changed dramatically. It's easy for an owner to stay removed from customer problems, but Tyler did the opposite. His willingness to take accountability, cut through the noise, and work toward a resolution is the reason I'm updating this review and giving credit where it's due.

I had to work with another person within that company and Informed I submitted and printed what I personally was required to do. Due to the time crunch and ongoing weather I had to go elsewhere that would submit to my mortgage company the documents they are requesting same day. When informing the sales person that I had to find someone who was able to get it done through my mortgage and all within the same day. He proceeds to say I "backstab" the deal. Mind you we have been trying to get this processing for a whole month now. I know sometimes paperwork can be tricky and processing things takes time but the way they talk to you after is unprofessional. I even messaged them on Facebook as well and relaying a message about the response but ended up getting a response saying "how can we help you if you never pick up or not respond" I cannot pick up my phone or respond during my work hours. I'm a healthcare worker and cannot answer as I am assisting patients. They were quick to try to turn it on me not addressing what I originally messaged them about. I never shifted blame on anyone but needed to do what I had to do in order to stop more potential damage to my home. I am usually not the one to post reviews but sometimes things need to get said. They have left an impression. You win some and you lose some, but does not mean you have to be bitter. Hopefully they can control their frustrations on past/potential clients in the future. Below are the photos of messages I had with the sales person (via iMessage) and to inform the owner (business chat on Facebook who I check was the owner of the company) as you can read this is no way to talk to potential clients. Hopefully you can see that they care more about putting blame on someone rather than taking accountability for the way they speak.

I had talked to a few foundation companies prior to this, and All Pro were by far the most professional; and honestly; their prices are good IMO. Throughout the entire process I was kept in the loop and even now; afterwords; Rex has made sure that everything is still ok, and will monitor the property every six months to get data on the movement of the soil etc. I'd been putting this off for a long time, because it is an upheaval; but Rex and All Pro made sure that it was as smooth and stress free as possible. Olshan was the highest! Rex with All Pro didn't even bring his equipment to to door & told me they couldn't help...the issues were not the foundation, but rather water under the foundation. Immediately after contacting them they showed up to assess the situation. They were able to pinpoint the sources of the problem and make arrangements to get the work done before leaving. Within days a team of workers was out sealing the cracks and making repairs to the area that was letting in all that rain. I was especially grateful for how quickly they got it done because more rain was in the forecast for the coming days. And at this point, the mere thought of precipitation sent my anxiety through the roof (no pun intended!)
