Having had such a great experience with Salvador and crew on our shed and outbuilding re-roofing project, I called them out to fix the chimney flashing work that the other roofer performed. Wesley (who, if I remember correctly, was the foreman on our outbuilding job) came out about a week after I reached out to properly fix the other company's mistake. After seeing the pictures, I am confident we have the right repair up there. Pricing, as usual, was very reasonable and a good value. And, as a side note - the work they did on the outbuildings has held up for three seasons very well. We had a bit of a tricky situation with the larger outbuilding, which required some clever engineering on their part to get water to drain off a gently sloped porch roof. The custom metal work they did for the gutters has worked very well to get water where it needs to go. They are "our" roofers going forward and assuming they are around whenever we need to re-roof or get a repair (which, hopefully... is a long way's off) - they will be my first contact.

We were able to schedule our roof replacement when we wanted to get it done and the job was completed in just two days. We were impressed that it was such a quick and smooth process. After our roof was done, our gutters just took one day to replace.. so in total, it only took 3 days to get a brand new roof and gutters! Also, throughout the entire process, Elijah (the project manager?) kept us updated on how things were going and was also easily reachable for any questions we had. We appreciated the good communication! My only minor "complaint" would be that the cleanup after the job being done wasn't 100%. The story: I was in the market to repair my gutter that had been installed improperly by the builder. Due to the angle of the gutter. Water was leaking inside the house through the roof. However, the gutter that was improperly installed did not get replace/re-angel or fix. After searching on the internet I found HH Gutter Services. at first I did not know what to expect. I have dealt with many company who just out there to gut you clean. He also told me that he is available to come and take a look on Friday to give me an estimate. He came on Friday as expected. He looked around the house and quoted me the price of the fix on the gutter and also the leafs filter which he introduced it to me when he first arrived. I was not sure if I want to install any Leaf protector because I have been quoted by many company before and it was just not worth it. He told me he use the product on his own house and it was warranty for 25yrs (unheard of. most of the company I talked with insured for 10yrs or less). Most importantly I was not feeling any pressure from him at all. He was just giving me options to choose. He also educated me on every questions or concerns that I had. Nonetheless, I gave it another go and see if he Jesse can give me a reasonable quote. To my surprise I found the price is really reasonable not only for the work I want done but also for the leaf protector. He took time installing it on that same day and I cannot be more happier that it is now done. My Gutter looks awesome! (It looked like the sewage line prior because so much dirt from the trees/moss) I cant wait to see how it works when it rains. Btw, I have never heard any company that I hired to do work on my house says this. Jesse offered me if I want, I can wait to pay him for the leaf protectors until it rains....this was in the middle of summer. Winter is not until 2-3 months later. I was a little bit shock just because how much trust he put on his customer. Nonetheless, I admire his attitude and confident to his work and the product he sells. Their…read morerepresetative took the time to explain the roofing process and materials and gave me a few choices of quality, price, durablity, etc. They knew the specifics a roof requires in order to last long and protect my home from the PNW range of climate stresses such as rain, ice, wind and heat. I was very pleased with the quick scheduling and the thorough work they did. Fortunely they found that a few of the roof panals had black mold and they replaced those with fresh roof panals. The finished roof is beautiful with shingle colors that match the home perfectly. State Roofing provided a "CertainTeed 25 Year Shingle Manufacturer Covered Workmanship" warrenty that really gives me comfort knowing my roof will not be something i will have to worry about in the distant future. I am even more pleased when recently in Nov 2025 I was having some insulation put in (by another construction company) in my attic and while the electrician was up there he was accidently punched completly through my roof with one of his tools. I was worried about the State Roofing warrenty now that another company had compromised the integrity of my roof! Paul Jordison from State Roofing came to assess and then sent James Olson to repair the hole, replacing the shingles and resealing and my roof is back to new again!! My 25 yr warrenty is still intact with State Roofing! I am pleased with State Roofing for the new roof they built on my home in 2023 and am doubly pleased with the repair work and the support they provided recently when a repair was needed in 2025!! I paid $26,000 for installation of a new roof from State Roofing in June 2023. Two years later my roof is leaking! This past December 2025 the roof began leaking in the upstairs bathroom. As the pictures/videos show, the source of the leak is the bathroom exhaust fan. State Roofing sent a worker who nailed down a brown tarp over the exhaust fan cap on the roof. About 4 hours later the leak stopped ... but the damage was done. The bathroom ceiling has been compromised & will need to be replaced. I would imagine mold will also be a problem in the attic (no attic access). The solution would be simple, replace &/or recalk the exhaust fan cap. One worker, 3 hours at most, problem solved, happy customer (who paid you $26,000!!!). Instead, I received a "job proposal" from Paul Jordison of State Roofing to replace the 4" brown flapper & pay another $827.63. This "flapper" costs about $35 at Home Depot. I paid them $26,000 for a new roof that started leaking after 2 years AND they want me to pay to fix their leak. There are many roofing companies that would stand by their work. Mistakes happen, maybe a new worker, who knows ... but to take $26,000 from a customer & then ask them to pay another $800 to fix a leak that is the fault of State Roofing? Incredible, I do not recommend State Roofing at all. Lastly, if State Roofing reads this review & contacts me to repair the leak, at zero cost to me, I will amend this review accordingly.

I contacted the company for a simple blow off of needles and debris from my 11,000 sqft metal barn roof. I didn't have gutters and I would clean up. The company said they would do it for $700+. I said that I had the coupon - they said "we don't honor it on metal roofs." This is a typical bait and switch.
