They left drain covers uninstalled on drains, a ponding issue that needs repair on garage, the coping installed was incorrect and left a 3% slope in a few areas, water damage repair was needed inside over the kitchen area and electrical weather head supports were not reinstalled. Michael and Ryan were clean and meticulous in their work. Michael also did a great job managing the process of handling the engineering plans, permits, and sub-contractors. In addition, despite all the work they had to do, they always went out of their way to make sure we weren't being inconvenienced by the noise or their comings and goings. We now have a safer and more comfortable living space. Along with the quality of the work, one thing that is crucial in hiring contractors is trust. The downstairs bathroom was never given a second coat of paint and the floor wasn't leveled so the flooring is now breaking up. Shower door won't stay close. The vanity they recommended I get from someone they knew has unpainted spot. They also got a stone top for the vanity from the same friend and it now turning yellow. The plumbing in all the bathrooms was done by one of their workers, not a plumber and is so jerry rigged that I'm just waiting for it to fail. In the family room the track lighting is falling off because it wasn't installed properly. After they installed the flooring in the family room they dragged a piano across it and scratched the floor. After some arguing they did replace the flooring. Over all I was very disappointed and their work is not holding up. Stay away!

Beau is the best contractor we have ever worked with, bar none.  His attention to detail and his…read moreeye for design are both impeccable, and there is nothing we wouldn't trust him with.  He communicated clearly, kept us incredibly well-informed about the scope and timing of the project, and did everything he said he would, completing the project pretty much exactly when he expected to be finished, and on budget.  He gave us great advice throughout the process - including recommending when to order certain items, an impressive feat given the current global supply chain issues - in a way that was completely respectful and never pushy.  Our kitchen is now our favorite room in the house. A bit of background on our project: Beau dragged our kitchen from the 70s - no range vent, Formica countertops that buckled with the slightest pressure, cupboard doors that didn't fully close, to name a few issues - into the modern era.  This was a complete demolition, down to the studs, and rebuild.  Along the way, he removed an old chimney that ran from our basement, through the first floor, and into the attic; upgraded our hot water heater, and most of our old, galvanized plumbing; updated our electrical panel and removed a lot of knob-and-tube wiring; and widened our back door.  He had a clear understanding of what he could and could not do, and, for the latter, he had subcontractors lined up and ready to do the work.  Beau, his crew, and the subcontractors I interacted with, were all extremely pleasant, polite, helpful, and fun.  They were very nice to (and tolerant of) our pets, and did everything they could to make the process as unintrusive as possible.  They went above and beyond in so many ways, it's impossible to remember them all.  At the end of the project, the work was done as expected, was top-notch, and as much as we were glad to have the kitchen back, it was sad to see them go.
