They responded within one day of contacting them. They came out to access the situation and were honest about how bad the ants were and stated the initial service would take longer than usual. So we setup an appointment so they could treat my house and yard. The initial treatment was great it really stopped how many ants we were seeing. They also advised that it will probably need another treatment as it was really invested on one side of the house. Two weeks later I started seeing ants again and some spider activity so I called, they came the next day. Tony said it included another visit to do the same after two weeks but due to my family members illness was unable to return.
