Healthy, great atmosphere, and very yummy. Everyone who goes here loves it and wants to go back. I ordered the Hash Hash which was recommended by the staff. It was good, definitely meat heavy. My husband order the tacos and I'm going to try those next time. They looked delicious and he preferred them over the Hash Hash.

Ok so overall I'd go back but it's not coming into our regular rotation when we're visiting Utah. I tried the feta lemon salad and it was good, the greens were not chopped or torn at all and that was annoying. The chicken on top of the salad was by far the best part. I overall just wish the dish was more integrated, the quinoa fell to the bottom because the greens were too big and the chicken was presented as a whole filet rather than cut up. My husband made his own bowl and said it was good, he'd try something different the next time though. Price was pretty fair, given everything is expensive these days. You can tell it's good quality and good healthy food but just needs a couple adjustments IMO.

Are you craving yummy food but find it guilty? Then this place is for you. It's extremely healthy and the place is hygienic. We ordered 2 custom plates with tahini spices falafel with roasted Brussels sprouts and macho corn and another plate of roasted chicken breast with Brussels park slaw and pita . Everything was so good. The reason for 4 stars is the quantity of the food is small and they missed giving my pita in my take out order

Definitely reminds me of Aubergine (very similar food and vibe). Vessel Kitchen seems a little "fancier", but the portions are definitely smaller than at Aubergine. I don't think I'll build my own plate again here. It was just underwhelming when they placed the plate in front of me. I wish you could choose a sauce on the side or that it came with some bread. Or even just a little garnish. My friends got some signature dishes and they looked good, but portions were small in my opinion. I will rave about the falafel tacos though. Those are 10/10. Great price. Crispy and moist falafel, and the naan "taco" is genius. The sauce and veggies included in them went very well together. I'd definitely come back to VK for those falafel tacos!

I finally tried vessel kitchen a couple weeks ago when hunger struck and it was SO GOOD. I went with Mediterranean bowl, which includes falafel, couscous, pita and hummus, and some carrot/root veggie salad. The flavors were on point. I loved everything about it, especially that pita texture. My husband did too, moreso than the braised beef bowl he got. Probably because we make a similar bowl at home often. The interior was clean and bright. There are bottle/can beverages for purchase or you can use the water spout. Service was friendly and fast. The price was reasonable, I didn't have much leftover because it was delicious but I did go home with a little. I'd definitely eat here again. You can also build your own masterpiece if you don't like the premade menu options.

Ugh - first of all this place is completely confusing (and I've been to all of the zupa, zao types of places). There's no instruction as to how to order - you walk past ingredients and end up at the counter with a tiny yet vast menu. I seriously had no idea what I'd end up with. I gagged at the mushy cold yet burned brussel sprouts. The chicken was ok but just a chicken breast. They brought out pita chips and hummus (face cream would have more flavor). I had to send backthe super stale, hard as a rock, cold pita. And so expensive for what you get! $35 for two people, drinking water. The chili verde was just shredded pork with no sauce. Honestly I think everything is just frozen until served. I would have enjoyed Costco's frozen section more.

Kids meals are great too! The Mac & cheese is really good
