CorePower Yoga is a popular yoga studio with multiple locations. Lockers and shower areas available. Gift store is decent. There are many different yoga classes to choose from and each provides various exercising yoga forms and stretches to follow. Low mid high intensity workouts. Their program calendar looks amazing and fun. I came in for the one week trial free classes and was grateful for the opportunity to check it out. Great new year resolution with new body goals. I picked high intensity Yoga Sculpt. Full body yoga and cardio workout sweating bullets afterwards. It was a blast and an eye opening experience. It was much better than I had expected. This is hardcore work with high energy music. Yes, you're lifting weights with your arms & legs, as well as doing cardio stretches and more. Totally worth every inch of sweating. Instructor was high energy, motivated & dedicated. She cranked up the heater too/room was hot and good for sweatier results. Must love! People attending the classes are usually working middle class folks and locals. Mature audience. Co-ed/male & female students. Good sized class with 20-30 people desiring a great new year morning yoga workout. Feels very good so far. Yes, everyone is close to each other in space, but floor is marked and you'll definitely feel body heat during the workouts. Some people would want more spread out space especially if they feel too cramped together. Classes and membership fees are pricey, but I can see very good vibes and very good energy here. Natural lighting huge windows. I'll try more sessions into the week. If you like large classes and full body workouts, this can be fun!

There's easy parking on the street or in the garage next door. Since this studio is located by a ton of offices, expect full classes after work hours. I avoid coming to sculpt classes for this reason. You're packed in like sardines and people's sweat is dripping everywhere. I wish they would keep the classes a bit smaller. BUT I will continue to come every week for Shubha's C2 class. She is amazing and her sequences always keep me on my toes. She's very thoughtful during class - whether that be memorizing all of her students' names or being proactive in correcting form. Would highly recommend everyone interested in yoga to take her class.

Initially, the description did not say that the class was heated so imagine my surprise when we both went into the room and it was HOT. The class itself wasn't too hard but it eventually got too hot my friend and I that we had to step out 30 mins in. The front staff was actually kind enough to recommend other classes that were low heat and low intensity free of charge since we weren't able to finish the class. She definitely did not have to but because of the great service I will be coming back!

Great classes and instructors!…read more Been coming for a half a year now and really enjoy the diversity of classes. There's a range of levels, so it's easy to find something that works for you. My favorite instructors are Diana and Taylor - both their classes feel challenging and are a great workout! The facility is very clean and includes a bathroom, storage area, and a water station. At first, I was worried about leaving my stuff since there are no locks, but haven't had any issues so far! The check in process is seamless through an iPad and there's usually someone at the from desk if you have any questions. The yogasix app is really easy to use, so booking classes is a breeze. The only feedback I have is that the cancellation period feels really strict. You need to cancel within 8 hours of the class which feels extremely long and is a lot less flexible than other workout classes. This is the biggest pain point for me and I wish it was shorter. As far as I know, this applies to ALL yogasix studios and is not unique to this location.

And challenging! ...come to think of it, the second and third classes were also pure torture, haha. But since the moves are the same each time, the learning curve is steep, and I enjoy how it forces me to focus on my body and my form. I've done various kinds of dance and exercise and at my age I appreciate how yoga works on strength, flexibility AND balance. It's a full body workout in one hour and while the heat may seem excessive or gimmicky, I can attest to the fact that between the circulatory boost and the induced sweating from every pore, it at least does wonders for the skin. This location has many students who have been going for years and you can really see how yoga has shaped their bodies--aspirational, if a bit intimidating! As a final note, the pricing can't be beat. It's less than half the cost of a pilates membership for monthly unlimited. Oh, and if you're new to this, definitely bring a towel for your yoga mat and another to wipe your face. You'll really need both! And a giant water bottle! (Cold water is available on the premises.)

The hot yoga session wasn't steaming hot that the mirrors will fog; they just turn up the thermometer to 80 degrees. I had no trouble following the positions and moves throughout the session, except I'm not flexible enough to flex backwards like a sandwich. After an hour session, we clean the equipment and handed cool eucalyptus towels to wipe the sweat off. Smells good and relaxing after hot yoga. Valeria was kind to ask everyone how's the class and the assistant made me sign a waiver and take a photo despite I was in a rush. I would definitely come back when I'm around Sunnyvale. Overall, it's a small studio with restrooms, a cubbyhole, and a mini clothing store in one place. It's conveniently located at the corner of the Orange parking garage. They also request that you take off your shoes before entering the space. There is ample parking and I haven't seen the cafe too packed or noticed it being too loud during a yoga session. There is only one wall with a mirror so if you do come late, there may be a chance where you won't be able to check your posture during yoga, but the instructors are quite nice and will help you reposition.
