Lisa, Debbie and Jen also have amazing heels choreo classes! Andy is my chair/sensual heels teacher and always brings the heat! Cindy and Rissa will get you flexible in no time! And Luna is an amazing hammocks teacher and performer! Jen fosters a welcoming community and truly cares about each student that comes through the studio. The first half of the class was a bit tough for me to get a hold of everything as these were new techniques to me but Claire was very kind and helpful to me and everyone else, fixing our form and helping us when we got stuck. Towards the second half of the class, it became super fun and relaxing towards the end. Highly reccomend and will be back :)

Having previously taken an initial trial class, I consulted your staff and later purchased a 1-week trial package online. The system allowed the transaction, and I scheduled three classes. At no point during my consultation or the online checkout process was I informed that this purchase was invalid. After attending one class, I contacted the assistant to upgrade to a 10-class package. Instead of facilitating this, the assistant informed me that I was ineligible for the weekly trial, abruptly canceled my remaining sessions, and demanded I pay the full standard rate for the single class attended. It is highly unprofessional to penalize a customer for a system loophole and staff oversight, especially when I was actively trying to purchase a long-term plan. I request a review of this matter and a fair resolution.

I've been coming to Inspiration Studios for many years now, and it's one of my favorite places to…read moretrain and unwind. They offer both Pole and Aerial classes, each with their own vibe and energy. Pole classes are held in Suite N and tend to have a bolder, more expressive atmosphere. Aerial classes are in Suite O and are usually calmer and more focused on flow and form. Make sure you head to the correct suite depending on your class. When you arrive, just check in with the instructor, or follow the lead of others in the room. Some instructors like to check everyone in personally, while others are more casual about it. It's a no-shoes kind of space. For Aerial, you're usually barefoot or in socks. For Pole, you're either barefoot or in heels depending on the class. I've taken a variety of classes over the years, but these days I'm more focused on Aerial. I especially want to shout out KC, who is my favorite instructor. She's clear, encouraging, and just a great teacher overall. Her classes are the perfect mix of supportive and challenging, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. I've been a student since the studio was called Poletential, back when it was under different ownership. It's been great to see the space evolve while still staying a welcoming and empowering place to train.

I've taken classes with Ly, Jane, and Katya and they're all amazing instructors! They are incredibly supportive in my growth and skills. I encourage everyone I meet to try it at least twice because the classes are so liberating!! Come prepared with socks, knee pads, a sports bra, and shorts. After warm ups, the first half of class is choreo and the second half is for tricks. Don't BS your technique because the instructors prioritize technique and safe movements!!! The environment is so welcoming, too. I've made friends with the regular girls I see in class. I love how sociable and open everyone is... it makes classes here even better!

I've attended classes with Ly, Yisha, Jane, Yoko, Jo, Katya, and some other guest and sub instructors. There are a variety of classes offered for a fair price point. Each instructor has their own teaching style, but they all focus on student success and encouragement. I originally started pole dancing as a way to honor myself and my body, and with the help of the instructors, I've gained a level of self confidence that I never had. If I ever need to cancel class, Ly always checks to make sure I'm okay and asks if I need anything. Even though she has a lot of students, she's very caring and mindful of each individual. The classes are structured with a warm up, the instruction and practice, time to record/practice independently, and a cool down. The instructors provide hands on spotting throughout class and will walk you through any move to ensure safe techniques to avoid injury or troubleshoot if a move isn't working for you. Instructors will also provide simpler or more advanced variations of one move to ensure access and a challenge for each student. I am a pretty sensitive and shy person, but the community at this studio helps me break out of my comfort zone with a lot of positive encouragement. I highly recommend Ly's pole studio for your aerial arts journey.

I am so happy to hear that they'll still be running! There is going to be a change in ownership. This is where you channel your inner sensual goddess & are free to be slinky. I love that all the classes are taken in heels, however, you do not have to wear them if learning tricks - your choice. You get your individual pole which is a major plus. No sharing so you have the pole all to yourself & you don't have to time your breaks or attempts before switching off. Two different sized floor to ceiling poles & two rooms to take classes. They have a variety of amazing classes and they incorporate new classes and work shops monthly. Thank you to Mayari, Erica, & Aspara Sin for being amazing instructors ! I love Mayari's stiletto flow and Erica's L2 classes. Stiletto flow is all about pole flow, edge work and heel techniques. You get a combo to dance with and are encouraged to freestyle at the end. Erica is amazing - she breaks it down to the basics and helps you get to your pole potential. She gives different methods, modifications, and entries for individuals & ensures safety going up and down the pole. Aspara Sin's inverted you helps you with invert conditioning and getting to your invert goals. I also taken L2 classes where she subbed. They are such great instructors and help you reach your goals wherever your progress is at. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging. They really take the time to warm up our bodies to ensure we are safe to go on the pole. I tried Xinnia's booty bouncing basics and it was so fun. I wish I was able to take more. The studio is dark and you're free to dress in any attire that you're comfortable in. There's an app where you sign up for classes and buy credits. Price is similar to other studios however, you have your own pole so definitely worth it. One thing I wish can be improved is the communications with email, sometimes will get slow or no responses. But otherwise love love love Sedusa !

I was already pretty good at movement then being a Qigong teacher, and acupuncturist, but I also wanted to explore my feminine divine, and flow even better in dynamic fluid movement. After I saw the movie "Rock of Ages", my feed keep showing Sedusa Studio in Campbell, and the Groupon ad brought me in. Carol was the owner, and her patience and sultry voice helped relax my fears and discomfort, so yes by the end of the Intro to Pole class, I felt more competent in this new movement form and sensual, accepting of and excited to explore this more feminine movement style. The main studio is large and inviting with low lighting, feels safe for women to explore being sensual, with other like minded women in the community. The strength of this studio is that it is women focused, make it a supportive environment and community. Fast forward 11 years, where I've taken weekly conditioning "Slinking Strength" pole classes, and other group pole dance classes. Have performed as a group with other students, in the internal dance showcases. While the studio has changed hands to Felicia, who kept it going through COVID, and some teacher changes over the years, the essential vibe of the studio is the same and these days unique in the pole dance community with other studios opening in the area. There are some really good teachers (Erica, Mz. K, Sade, Laarni, etc) at Sedusa that keep the place running, who helped further my self-healing and poling journey so that I was able to to dance my first solo for the showcase last Fall. Finally also competed in the Pole Sport Organization (PSO) Golden Gate Competition March 2025, and got a Silver Medal representing the studio. Thank you, Sedusa and the fabulous staff and community for making personal dance dreams come true. Highly recommend to get stronger and sexier with better body positive image. If you've any personal doubts, just start now and you won't regret it!

CorePower Yoga is a popular yoga studio with multiple locations. Lockers and shower areas available. Gift store is decent. There are many different yoga classes to choose from and each provides various exercising yoga forms and stretches to follow. Low mid high intensity workouts. Their program calendar looks amazing and fun. I came in for the one week trial free classes and was grateful for the opportunity to check it out. Great new year resolution with new body goals. I picked high intensity Yoga Sculpt. Full body yoga and cardio workout sweating bullets afterwards. It was a blast and an eye opening experience. It was much better than I had expected. This is hardcore work with high energy music. Yes, you're lifting weights with your arms & legs, as well as doing cardio stretches and more. Totally worth every inch of sweating. Instructor was high energy, motivated & dedicated. She cranked up the heater too/room was hot and good for sweatier results. Must love! People attending the classes are usually working middle class folks and locals. Mature audience. Co-ed/male & female students. Good sized class with 20-30 people desiring a great new year morning yoga workout. Feels very good so far. Yes, everyone is close to each other in space, but floor is marked and you'll definitely feel body heat during the workouts. Some people would want more spread out space especially if they feel too cramped together. Classes and membership fees are pricey, but I can see very good vibes and very good energy here. Natural lighting huge windows. I'll try more sessions into the week. If you like large classes and full body workouts, this can be fun!

BUT I will continue to come every week for Shubha's C2 class. She is amazing and her sequences always keep me on my toes. She's very thoughtful during class - whether that be memorizing all of her students' names or being proactive in correcting form. Would highly recommend everyone interested in yoga to take her class.
