I booked an Intro Body class through Classpass. It was the most beautiful Lagree studio I have ever been in. All the equipment is brand new, clean, and glides smoothly. The instructor was kind enough to teach us the basics before starting the class, rather than explaining everything in the middle of the session. So far, I haven't struggled much compared to my first experience at another Lagree studio, yet I still struggle with abs. She only corrected my form twice. Luckily, I didn't fall while standing up. I had a bit of trouble hearing her instructions over the loud background music, but I love the playlist since it's all K-pop, lol. Overall, this was a cool studio that has a single-use restroom and a refreshment fridge (must pay in the front) in the cubby area. Once in a while, they host pop-ups from local vendors at the front desk. I would go there often if I worked near Sunnyvale. It would be nice if they opened another one in Santa Clara or on the Milpitas/ North San Jose border, since the classes are always booked easily.

This is one of my favorite studios here in the area! The studio is so nicely designed and decorated and all the instructors are so knowledgeable and friendly. Huyen is so amazing with helping correct your form and she really made my experience super enjoyable. Also, I always feel sore after a workout here.

I love this studio and how it's super easy to book through Classpass. It's so out the way for me but I truly love coming here. It's a challenging but fun workout and I love how they always have fun events. I liked their caffeine with Kai where they gave away free matcha and coffee after class. It was super yummy. Today I went to their quick core + lower body workout class (20 mins) where they had a LNY Mega Market event. Cool vendors w/arts & crafts, flowsnapphotobooth, cookie & sushi bake w/Suki treats, diy bouquet making, & matcha/coffee with Sonder cafe! Can't wait for more events :)

I recently started incorporating lagree into my workout routine and it's no joke. I found Kai lagree through class pass and I'm glad I did! The classes are challenging and all the instructors are so nice. The interior is also decorated aesthetically and it feels clean. They also have a mini mart with drinks for purchase! Classes do fill up pretty fast as there's only 9 spots each session, but they have plenty of time slots throughout the days! I'd recommend this studio if you're looking for a challenge!

Been on a journey of exploring lagree/pilates class lately! Reallt cute studio, great music and easy parking. I did a class through class pass and you will be asked to sign a waiver if it's your first time. The instructor will also review the springs/reformer machine with you as well since each reformer machine is different from other studios. This studio is pretty far from me but I might visit back in the future (:

Cute studio, all the girlies go here! If you love a cute pop up, they always host the cutest events and have such fun instructors and energy here. Cindy is the best!! I love how community focused they are and all the workouts and instructors ranges so it's nice to have a variety and something new each time. I just wish it wasn't so far from me!

I've been doing lagree for 5 years, and this is one of my new fav places in South bay! Machines are new, great playlist, super aesthetic interior, and easy, ample parking. Great workout as well - challenging, but not too tough. I booked through Classpass and will definitely be back!

Had a fun experience on Sunday for a private group lagree class and enjoyed it! This was my first lagree experience tho i do do solidcore regularly. I was very familar with alot of the moves with some that were new. I liked the slower pace of the class that focused on one move for longer. It was def challenging and i broke alot of sweats! I liked the music and our instructor Huyen had a nice soft voice and good music and led us thru and gave girls form corrections. I love the vibe of the studio and def recommend and i want to come back!!

my review as a beginner's lagree girly who is familar with the machines but doesnt go offen. The studio is so cute I absolutely love it. I was greeted when I came in. So happy I was able to book on class pass. I took Kris's class she was so welcoming and nice and also checked in on my modification with my knee. This class was challenging but definitely doable for a beginner. There is a bathroom, cubbies in the back as well as a mini mart. They have the studio decorated still from vday which was cute. Kris played a good mix of music. I will definitely be back for another class.

One of the instructors there recommended Field Fitness, and I've loved what I have found. I've mostly been taking classes with Josh and he's so motivating and supportive. I've got an arm injury and he's been great about providing alternatives for some exercises while keeping the flow of the class going for all. So impressive. There is no 'hard sell' at this place - which I really appreciate, and their endurance as a studio is there because they offer great programming and great product via the classes that they have. Regardless of one's experience or comfort levels, anyone can benefit from their functional training for a better lifestyle, improved athletic performance, or simply having more fun. I am an amateur figure skater with specific athletic goals in mind when it comes to finding trainers, and 3FIT really stood out. When working with trainers, I hope for not only someone to keep me on track, but also someone I can learn from. The 3FIT team checks all the boxes. Marcel is very professional. He configures the gym in a way that any workout can be performed (be it fun or draining), and always keeps the clients' interests in mind by offering training advice, customizing programs, and providing a wide range of interesting group classes that welcome everyone to join. My main trainer, Smitha, further widens my horizons for training. Her background in yoga has helped me improve my flexibility and strength all at the same time. It's also the first time I've had a female trainer with whom I can comfortably discuss health concerns and receive advice and support. I would have continued to train here for the long term had I not had to relocate elsewhere. In short, if you have specific fitness goals like myself, definitely check this place out. Even for someone just starting out, 3FIT is perhaps the most welcoming and accommodating training space one could find. The knowledge, dedication, and client-first mindset the team has cultivated over the years can truly help everyone in their fitness journey.

Before 3fit, I used to find working out boring. 3fit workouts are always different and engaging and you don't realize how the time flies. I look forward to it each time. I learned to climb a rope, climb over a wall, keep my joints flexible, do a bar hold for a minute and do my very first push-up at 3fit. The community is great and we also meet outside of the gym to play pickleball which is a lot of fun. If you haven't heard of functional fitness and want a fun workout that gets results, I highly recommend 3fit.

Their workouts remind me of…read moreCrossFit WODs, but it's not exactly like CrossFit because I think they slow things down to focus on good form, and the coach-to-athlete ratio is smaller. Each day of the week has a different focus--upper body, lower body, conditioning, Olympic lifting--and they rotate the workout cycle every 6 weeks. This allows for progressive overload, and just when I think I've mastered the form, the program changes and keeps things fresh. Due to my main sport, I have an irregular schedule, so I appreciate that they offer a variety of flexible membership plans. A major perk is being assigned a personal coach who checks in with you weekly for the first 12 weeks and then once a month thereafter on paper. In reality, I see my coach Carina more often than that from attending sessions where she is coaching, and when I go to open gym. Carina has been incredibly helpful in supporting my specific fitness goals for my sport--crewing in dinghy team racing and working bow in big boat sailing. She created a custom workout plan (which she updates every few weeks) that incorporates the exact movements I need, like pulling ropes at specific angles--something I haven't been able to find anywhere else. She also helps me address any random soreness from other activities with targeted stretches and mobility work. The gym also has an InBody machine that you can use anytime to track your progress. I've seen a measurable decrease in body fat and an increase in muscle mass, which is very validating. This review might make it sound like I'm really into working out, but my natural state is being a potato. What gives me the extra push to haul my butt to the gym is worrying that the dogs Koa, Koda, Kona, and Loki will forget what I smell like if I skip a week. (Those are the regulars I see, maybe there are more fur angels?!) They're all super sweet and provide much-needed dog therapy. And if you're not into dogs, don't worry--they're well-behaved and won't bother you. I think I need a conclusion paragraph. Basically, I have found that FunLife is a good investment in my physical and mental health (yay dogs!) because of the flexible membership plans, variety of sessions, coaching, and other nice-to-haves like open gym sessions and the InBody scanner. Highly recommend!
